The unsung review of Maharaja Surajmal Institute
Placements: Top companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, SAP, Capgemini, etc., visit our college to hire students for technical jobs. The placement cell of our college is very strong and helps students get placed in different companies like British Telecom, JIO, and Amazon.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for BBA is okay, but the labs are good. Above-average library facilities and high-quality teaching labs are provided by the college management for students of various courses. It has a book bank, a great library with Wi-Fi, computer labs, and a huge playground, but the quality of food in the canteen is not so good.
Faculty: The teachers here are quite knowledgeable and do help students in the best way they can. The course curriculum is relevant and helps students get ready to work in the industry. I have chosen this course because it makes us code from the start of the year directly on the computer, which is the best thing about this course.

50% of the faculty is supportive, has good placements and has average infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are quite good. I mean, whoever applies for a placement gets an offer either with a good package or an average package.
There are top companies that visited the college, like Amazon, Jio, De Shaw and Deloitte. The average package is 4 lacs.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is about average. The college canteen is in really bad condition but the labs and classes are good. The library is in good condition but the problem is that they don't have enough stock of every book. We have to buy books for our course from outside.
Faculty: Faculty and staff are quite supportive. Some of them only want attendance, like to attend their classes no matter what the situation, while some facilities support other aspects, like career guidance and funding from the college for various events.

It's an old fashioned college but teaching is good.
Placements: There were a great number of placements for our graduating class. The highest salary offered was 80 LPA, the lowest was 2 LPA, and the average salary was between 1 and 5 LPA. Some of the recruiting companies were JK Cement, JLL, Kotak Life, Union Bank, and IDFC Bank. Some students received very good packages.
Infrastructure: The college provides all the necessary facilities, but the infrastructure and facilities are outdated. For example, the library is outdated, and the ACs are damaged. The wooden gate and broken glass are a safety hazard. On the plus side, the food is good in the canteen, and there are sports clubs, even though there isn't much in the way of sports facilities.
Faculty: Some teachers are good at teaching and are helpful. The curriculum is relevant and can prepare students for their future in this course. Semesters are generally easy, and students can get good marks.

Satisfactory in terms of faculty and curriculum.
Placements: About 90% of the students get placed; the highest package was of 20 LPA, the average was 4-6 LPA and the lowest was 2-3 LPA. The recruiting companies are Amazon, Federal Bank, Godrej, Bajaj Allianz, etc. The top roles offered are sales manager, HR manager, Business Analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: There is no access to Wi-Fi; computer labs are average; classrooms have AC and are spacious; and libraries have all the required books. The food at the canteen is very basic. The food is bare minimum. Lifts are rarely operated. The medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very helpful; they are qualified as well as knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and it also makes the students ready for the corporate world. The difficulty level of internal exams is moderate; paying attention in class would help students pass the exam easily and the pass rate is 40%.

I am dissatisfied because of the infrastructure but the placement staff is nice and helpful.
Placements: The total number of selections for the business and commerce department is 116. The highest salary package offered is 8.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.705 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, Amazon, Talentserve, Airtel, House of Originals, Softage, etc. The average salary package is pretty low.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for our course or department isn't that great. There is no Wi-Fi. There are labs and a library. I don't know about the hostel. The canteen food is average. I don't know about sports and games much but sports days are held here. Sports are not given much relevance.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Students have to do some internships to gain practical experience. Semester exams are not very difficult.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. The best thing about our course is that it has an easy syllabus and more practical exposure is provided to students. The campus life is good but not as good as DU.

Admission in IPU and securing a college such as MS need rank less than 5000 but there are reservation for the defence category then may you get the college.

Maharaja Surajmal is better among all, as the college has one of the best campuses in IPU.
MSI has a faculty which is diverse too. You will find teachers to be really good at their subjects.
