LL.M.Candidate must have passed LL.B./B.L. 3 year/5 year degree from a recognized institute/university. Candidates who have appeared/appearing for LL.B./B.L. final year examination are also eligible.
LL.B.Candidate must have passed any Graduate Degree with (10+2+3 pattern) of a recognized University or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the Universities concerned with 45% of aggregate marks for General category, 42% for OBC category and 40% for SC/ST. If any candidate secured less than 45%, 42% and 40% respectively in graduation as stated above, theye should have secured same percentage or more on the aggregate in any Post Graduation or B.Ed. The percentage of 44.5% and above for General category, 41.5% or above for OBC, 39.5% and above for SC/ST will be considered as 45%, 42% and 40% of aggregate marks respectively. Candidates who have passed Degree examination by single sitting without undergoing three years course either through regular or private or correspondence and those who obtained the degree through open University directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible. There shall be no age restriction.
B.A. LL.B.Candidate must have passed two year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University concerned or the Board of Intermediate Education, T.S. with 45% of aggregate marks for General category, 42% for OBC Category, and 40% for SC/ST. But there are only a few differences: LLB gives an overview of various subjects, whereas, LLB (Hons) gives more in-depth knowledge of those very subjects. As the college offers both 3 years and 5 years law courses, thus makes it possible to do LLB (Hons) by a graduate of the college. However, LAWCET needs to be cleared.
