You must go for NIT or other government colleges and trusted institutes.

Placements: The placement system of this institution is not that good because of the placement manager and college management. Companies offer a salary of Rs.10,000-12,000 per month for freshers. Only 2-5% of the students got placed. A few companies visit this institution for placements. So, the placements are poor.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. It has a playground, temple and large classrooms. It has a main building where the management of this institution is present. The library is not good, and only a few students can get books. It looks good, but it isn't good. So, I suggest one to know about the college first and then take admission.

Faculty: As everyone knows, not every institution has all the facilities and every equipment. It is the same case with this college too. Teachers don't know what they are teaching the students. None of them provides appropriate training. Take admission at your own risk.

Other: Other things in the college are good because of the brotherhood and familiarity actions among all the students.

If students believe in their potential, then take admission in any college.

Placements: There are no placements. The companies come here provide a very low. The companies sometimes give call letter, but actually, there were no vacancies in their company. Always be aware of all the terms and conditions of companies. The fraud companies also come to the college.

Infrastructure: The placements are not very good also not bad. There is a playground for playing. There is a good library for students. Also, A Gayatri temple for worship. It has a free Wi-Fi. The college has a super computer lab. There is also a garden beside the NH. Overall, it has a quite good infrastructure. The outside people irritates some students.

Faculty: There are different courses like Diploma, ITI, B.Sc. M.Sc. B.Tech, M.Tech and all are having different branches. Also, agricultural is a new branch of this college. This college is also famous for biotechnology. Very good placement in biotechnology. Some faculty members are very good and friendly in nature.

Other: The fest, Basant Utsav, happen in January- February.

MITS -One of the best colleges in Odisha.

Placements: Placement rate has decreased this year by approx 20. Though companies like RolonSeals, CPC Diagnostic, BEWL, Learning Spiral recruited students through campus placements. There is a good chance of having a good on-campus recruitment next year for certain reasons.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure can be described in some simple points 1. Our college has super computers. 2. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled - 500kbps-3mbps speed. 3. On-campus medical facilities are there. For a major medical issue, one has to go Rayagada Zilla Hospital. 4. Most of its classrooms are powered by digiClass which means the students have an opportunity for digital learning. 5. There is a central library with lots of books including syllabus textbooks and other books. 6. We have a large ground for playing cricket and football. Also, there is a common room for indoor games, for both boys and girls. Some cons- 7. The hostel facilities are not so good. The rooms are small and allotted to three students. Sometimes food is rubbish. I would suggest the students to stay in PGs. 8. There are two canteens on the campus. They provide average quality food for breakfast, lunch or tiffin. 9. There is a lack of instruments in the lab. 10. There are fewer number of highly qualified faculty members.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members are of friendly nature with really good knowledge. In a short period of semesters, they tried hard to complete the syllabus. The student to faculty ratio is slightly less than average. The faculty uses the digital medium to teach. They also provide knowledge of industrial exposure and help the students in their personality development. They also encourage students for learning. Subjects that are taught are very useful from industrial point of view (MATLAB, SIMULATION, embedded system, automation etc.).

Other: The campus is 12 kms away from the main town Rayagada in a village of Kolnara. The atmosphere is awesome for studies. The college provides buses for students residing In PG. Also, a manual tech fest called Basant Utsav is celebrated every year. In that fest, various activities are organised like dancing, singing, athletics, sports, latent search event, quiz competition etc. The students also celebrate Saraswati Puja, Bishwakarma Puja etc.
