Overall, the college is not so bad; it is just a below-average college.
Placements: The total no of students got placed is around 78%. The highest package of our college is 9 LPA and the lowest is around 2.5 LPA. The average package is 5 LPA. The mass hiring company is MetaCube and some local companies of Jaipur, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Hyderabad.
Infrastructure: The library is huge and neat and clean. The atmosphere is good and Wi-Fi is also available. Classes are not that much clean and the computers of the lab are also very old software. Hostel rooms are okay and food is average. The grounds of the hostel are good and well maintained.
Faculty: Facilities are good, supportive, and helpful. The level of exam is tough. Marking is tight. The exam paper is mostly the same; RTU just changes the order of old paper questions. You need to wear the college uniform in the exams.
Other: The college festivals are good. The sports facilities are also pretty cool.

Tech-focused learning and community engagement at MLV Textile and Engineering College.
Placements: Around 80% of Computer Science students in our batch were placed, with packages ranging from 3 LPA to 12 LPA and an average of 6 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, offering roles in software development and engineering. Approximately 40% secured internships with companies like Infosys, HCL, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: The college provides a solid infrastructure with high-speed Wi-Fi, equipped labs, modern classrooms, and a resourceful library. Hostel facilities are comfortable, though mess food quality could improve. The campus includes medical facilities and sports grounds for various activities, supporting a healthy, active lifestyle.
Faculty: Our faculty is knowledgeable, helpful, and focused on industry readiness. The Computer Science curriculum is relevant, covering key concepts like programming, data structures, and algorithms. Exams are fairly challenging but manageable, with a high pass percentage and good support from teachers.
Other: The program offers good value for money with reasonable feels and a solid placement outcome. Scholarships are available for eligible students, and the placement record adds to the course appeal.

Dissatisfied with the college faculty, rules, and placements .
Placements: 30 students are placed in the course. There are no packages for IT/CS students. 30 to 40 percent of students get internships. Only the college is very bad for IT students. Otherwise, it is good for the textile students. So, if you want to go into the technical department, a big no for this college .
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very low, and there is a room that has a circuit board, and when I turn it on, it gets spark and like this.
Faculty: Not any teachers are helpful. From 50 teachers, there is only 1 teacher who will be helpful. The teachers there think that we students cannot do any big thing like the other teachers. The teachers don't pay attention towards the students. Only textile students get better.
Other: No fest, not any other activities, only freshers’ and gatey functions .

Never take admission in this college.
Placements: Last year, there was zero placement in the IT branch. And this year there is no hope companies will come. There is some placement in the textile branch, but the average is 2.7 lacs per annum. And there will be no growth in the textile sector. You will work on this package for the next 4–5 years.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very bad; they don't have canteens. In this college also have water problems in summer days won't found drinking water in college.
Table chairs are always dirty; there is no proper working Wi-Fi; no lab computers are working properly; all computers are there for only showing. You will be amazed to see so many computers, but rarely are any of them useful.
Faculty: Always shortage of faculty. Never a course-completed teacher is not supportive, especially permanent faculty; they will ruin your future; they will never teach you but are always there for scolding you; they don't even support higher studies. They always try to keep you busy in unnecessary work
Other: It's my regret that I took admission in this college.
