Placements: The placements of our batch have not yet started. Companies will visit normally from September. The placement of our senior batch was incredible. 5 CS students got placed in Microsoft with 10 lakhs offered. The major recruiters are Infosys, UST Global, Mu Sigma, etc. About 120 students were placed in different companies last year. There is a placement cell in the college to help students in talks and interviews.
Placements: There are not much placement opportunities here. Just 2 or 3 companies come here for interviews and just around 40 people were selected last year. The average salary is between 20,000 to 30,000 per month. I think the main recruiter is Infosys. For the first time, Microsoft recruited 5 people with a salary of 9 lakhs per annum which is the highest salary offered in this college I guess.
Placements: Placements are good as compared to other colleges in Trivandrum. Last year, Microsoft recruited 5 students from the college. 86 students got placed from the whole college. The placement training is good and the faculty members help the students a lot in getting placed.
Placements: As my course was civil engineering, the companies for campus placements were less in number as compared to the other trades. At least 2-3 companies visited my department which was from the IT sector (like Infosys & MuSigma). Approximately, 20% from the civil department got placed. Maybe this is because of my trade, as it has direct application in the field (design & construction field). Whereas the mech, electrical and computer science department got the maximum placements. CS had the most numbe...
Placements: The placement cell department does a good job in bringing good quality companies to the campus. In 2016 batch, 137 students were placed in top companies including Infosys, TCS, UST Global, MU Sigma, IBS, Envestnet, Qburst and so on. Of this, around 100 students are placed in Infosys. The vast majority of these companies are IT domain companies and the job profile was software engineering. Around 20% of the students were placed in various companies. Each year this percentage is growing in a stea...
Placements: If we talk about placements, only IT companies turned for recruitments. Last year MBCET got NAAC accreditation so Microsoft came last year and 3 or 4 students got placed with good packages with a maximum package of 9 lakhs per annum and the lowest being 3 to 5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Mu Sigma, IBM, etc. visited during my year. College doesn’t help students for getting internship.
Placements: The placements vary for each batch year by year. It is according to the company that are willing to conduct placement sessions. As a matter of fact, comparatively the placements provided by the college are more for IT/Computer students. This year, Microsoft also came among two other companies (Infosys and IBS). The salary package offered is quite convincible for a fresher.
Placements: Placements for my batch were very limited.Considering the fact that my specialisation was Signal Processing, I expected placements from electronics core companies. But NEST was the only electronics company that visited the campus. And they only recruited about 5 students from the whole M.Tech The department included Signal Processing and Communication specialisations. The package offered was 3 lakhs per annum. Other than that, software companies Infosys and TCS visited the campus. Only about 5-...
Placements: MBCCET always has excellent placements for the students. When I was in the first year, the top companies were TCS and IBM. TCS has recruited 200+ students in my batch. Verison, MuSigma, Wipro, SAP labs, IBS, etc. were the other top companies in my batch. About 20+ companies had come for the recruitment in Computer Science Batch only.
Placements: The placement was quite good. The college used to arrange aptitude tests, skill development tests etc. Almost half of the students got placed. Mphasis, Oracle etc. companies visited the college for recruiting students in their organization. All the students got internship from the college.
The college is good and the teachers are friendly as well as supportive. The infrastructure is just average. They will provide placements only for IT companies. According to me, only 40% of the students get placed through campus placements. The college encourages co-curricular activities.
The college provides good facilities and infrastructure. Most of the faculty members are well experienced and dedicated. The college management is very strict and because of that, the students are denied a college life that everyone dreams about. In addition, getting good sessional marks is a thing of concern. The college provides good placement opportunities too. I would recommend this college to anyone who does not mind studying in a college that is more like a school.
It is a nice college with good atmosphere and Labs. Faculty is good but the college rules are very strict, more like a school. Almost all of the students get placed. The placement cell is good as it provides good training for the recruitment. Placement cell consists of staffs and not the students.
It is one of the best institution in Kerala. It has a great infrastructure and very experienced faculty. There is maximum exposure for every co-curricular and extra-curricular field that one can name. With no politics to mess around with the campus life, it has the campus where anyone would love to study in.
It is one of the best colleges on Kothamangalam side. There are good facilities for students that includes gym, hostel, a badminton court etc. The faculty members are good and helpful. In computer science departments, we have good computer labs for practicing and a computer centre for our assignments and other needs.
Placements: This campus provides extra space for the placement skills, thereby, many of the companies are approaching here for the right person. Students are more eager to attend the interviews. We have many experiences of attending interviews. All the companies arriving are better and have a good, withstanding name.
The good climate around the college is like a boon. You should not expect a college life, expect a school life only. The faculty is good. The infrastructure is average but the climate makes it a heaven. The placements are good, but only for computer and IT fields, very less for mechanical stream.

The college has a very good teaching faculty and a good infrastructure. They encourage extracurricular activities and have good coaching for them too. The college has good labs and the practical sessions are very interesting. The lab instructors have good practical knowledge. I study in the mechanical department. The department is well known for its good teaching faculty. The classes are interactive.
Recognized as one of the best private players in the city , Mar Baselios college holds a good image in imparting quality education and culture. Decent infrastructure , good workshop facilities , qualified faculties and moreover a peace and calm atmosphere , that all makes this college a best choice among the others. Ideally located at a suitable place , not too far from city center nor have any disturbances from the urban population. The college is also very much particular i n maintaining disci...
