B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2019
3.2
2Placements4Infrastructure3Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
Our college has good infrastructure and facilities. Teachers are not much knowledgeable.
Placements: I was from the 2012 batch of B.Tech in computer science course. Only 4 to 5 students got placements from this college, and the salary package offered is also not good. Top MNCs do not show interest in visiting the college for internships or placements. Overall, placements in our college are below average.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well designed. There is a huge library and properly maintained labs with a Wi-Fi facility. There is 24 hours of water supply and electricity facility in the hostel. There is a safe environment to study in the hostel. In the mess, good quality food is available.
Faculty: Teachers here are supportive and are helpful in nature, but there is a problem with their teaching skills and experience. Our college has a maintained lab, but teachers are not much focused on practicals. It is the main reason for students not to have strong practical skills.
Other: Our college organises fest and cultural activities which enhance students' creativity level and teamwork spirit. Teachers should have better quality teaching skills.

B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering - Batch of 2017

The faculty members here are very knowledgeable.
Placements: Placements are awesome in my college. It is about 75-85% and the highest package is around 10 LPA, lowest is 3 LPA and the average package offered is 6 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Yamaha, Mahindra, Honda, Maruti Suzuki, etc. visited the college. 60-70% of the students gets internship from the college.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms are fully Wi-Fi enabled and ours labs are very good. The mechanical lab is very big in our region. Our library is very wide with large number of books. Musical facilities are very good in our college. We have many playgrounds. The quality of food in our canteen and the mess is very good and delicious. Our hostel rooms are awesome with many facilities like AC, fully Wi-Fi enabled and pure water.
Faculty: Our faculty members are very knowledgeable and well qualified. If we have any kind of problem in any subject, they all are with us any time. They uses video lecturers, foreign writer’s book, reference books, etc. In our college, student to faculty ratio is about 10:3.

Other: I study in MIT, Aurangabad. It is a very unique college in Marathwada. I like the campus and the campus life of MIT College. But the fees is very high, therefore sponsoring the education here becomes very difficult. MIT college offers many courses such as BE, MBA, B-TECH, Polytechnic and many more.

I do not recommend you join this college if you want to get placement.
Placements: Some companies visit our campus for placements, but it is not encouraging. The salary package offered was low, and the BPO job offers are more here. According to my memory, two companies visit our college and hired just 2-4 candidates. In our batch, we had about 400 students.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge, as it comprises of 2 more colleges, i.e., architecture and another is B.Tech. Wi-Fi facility was not available here. The library had a good amount of books. The workshop was fully equipped. The only good thing was the scenery around the campus, and it gets beautiful during monsoon.
Faculty: Faculty members available in the college are average. It sometimes hires graduate students from the same college, and it is pathetic. The course curriculum is old, and it has never changed. BAMU is archaic. It seriously needs to come to the level of industry standards.
Other: I have chosen this course because I did not have any other option. I did not want to waste a year as I am not looking for placements, and I had plans to do post-graduation.
