I am dissatisfied with infrastructure.
Placements: A very small percentage of students got placed. Top companies that visit the college are KPMG. Mainly finance-related placements are offered. Internships are also not good enough as most internships are in HR and NGOs, which are unpaid. Most students do internships outside the college. I have also done an internship outside the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite poor as the desks in the classrooms are broken and not comfortable to sit on. Although the infrastructure of the library is very good, toilets are in very poor condition and cannot even be described. College keeps renovating unnecessary things and does not focus on the necessary areas.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful throughout our college journey. All teachers provide students with the best study material to prepare for their internals as well as for their exams. Students will find all the books in the library and e-books are also available.
Other: If one want to get into this college, the best course to choose will be psychology as it is considered the best department in our college. Moreover, being a Delhi University college, fests and other activities keep going on.

Do not expect anything from this college in terms of placement or opportunities.
Placements: Our college does not provide good placement opportunities. On campus, placements are very few. We don't get any information about ongoing placements. Teachers are also not so supportive of this thing. We have to manage it by over self. So overall the placements are not so satisfying.
Infrastructure: College Wi-Fi is something we never get, and it's an advantage. No one shares its password with us. The labs are fine, and the library is also good. Classrooms are non-air-conditioned. According to the fee, they don't have such classy classrooms. Sometimes, we feel suffocated in class.
Faculty: Teachers here are fine. They are qualified but still lack in making us understand the topic. Most time they just recite the chapter. They take leave at the last moment when the students already reached the college. Students don't get any knowledge from college studies.
Other: I chose this course for my further studies.

M.Sc. is a good option here, it's a girls college.
Placements: No good companies visit for placements except Amazon, Ferns and Petals, and Zomato, but most of them were regarding the roles of customer support. I don't have numbers for the same. Roles offered were mostly that of customer support. 20% of the students might have been recruited. The roles were not u. It’s a girl college, so safety is there.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in our college. It is a quite small campus. Labs, auditorium, and library are quite nice owing to the fees. The college is value for money. Classes are okay, not so good with the benches being quite old. Washrooms aren't clean. But according to the fees that we pay, everything is good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Some teachers are excellent while the others are pathetic depending upon the subject. Some teachers use laptops and projectors to teach while others don’t even teach. The course doesn't add more value and doesn't make the students industry ready.

College life at Mata Sundri College for Women, Delhi University.
Placements: A total of 120-150 students are enrolled approximately in B.Com. programme at Mata Sundri College. The placements of the college are not so renowned but I would say they’re just average. About 30-40% of the students got placed in jobs and internships. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, etc. You can choose accountancy, HR, Marketing, SMM, and many other roles after graduating in B.Com.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Mata Sundri college is not mind blowing but is above average. It’s plus point is that the campus is kept clean and tidy. The washrooms are clean and hygienic. We have 5 labs here and the classrooms are aesthetic as well. Library is very aesthetic and you can sit there all day. Mata Sundri does not have any hostel at the moment, but they are working on it’s construction.
Faculty: Faculty at Mata Sundri is literally awesome. Some teachers are not good, but in general the faculty is nice. The teachers are helpful and the faculty of commerce department is very cooperative. The administration staff is helpful as well. The college also provides VAC and SEC courses which help in supporting your main subjects. The course curriculum is absolutely relevant, though you may find some differences as compared to the other colleges of DU. Semester exams are not so difficult when it comes to B.Com. The passing percentage is 30-40%. Honestly, it is very easy to score 6 SGPA in a semester.
Other: The best thing about the course is that it’s not very difficult and so you can focus on other important areas of your life. You can do internships side by side and join any society to enhance your cultural interests. Fest at Mata Sundri is average I would say, it’s not extraordinary. You would find better fest in the other colleges of DU. We always have some or the other event happening every week.

Good placement opportunities but disappointing infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: Official report for placements of the year 2023-2024 hasn't been updated yet. And from my batch, people have been offered a job letter from auditing firms with a package of around 2 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are KPMG (and other big 4). Top recruitments of the year 2022-23: 8.6 LPA. Internship stipend: 30,000. Top roles offered in our course are business development and marketing. Top internships provided are for marketing and sales, content creation, and social media.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is not that great, basically, there are 2 buildings and a small parking lot on the main campus. As for the college sports ground, it is on a different land, walking distance from college. Library conditions are good, but they do not let you take your own books inside the library. Canteen has a lot of food choices, but not all of them are worth trying. Also, despite it being a girls' college, conditions of the washrooms are not so great either.
Faculty: Teacher quality is above average for sure, but I believe the curriculum can be improved, and the value of internal assessment is a lot and can be hard to score 50+ out of 70 marks. Core subjects are very relevant to the course I've selected, but the additional choices aren't in our best interest and seem just an additional burden in a few semesters.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue a career in business. I wish the quality of the college could be improved, i.e., hygienic washrooms, clean canteen, and working appliances (fans). College does organise great fests and events but usually the timings are 11 am-3 pm which is highly warm in the summers. College also provides fee concession for the students who meet the criteria for it.
