Matrix Business School- Money making by fooling & playing with career of students.
Placements: The placements in Matrix College is very poor. During my academic session 2015-17, only 1 or 2 companies came to the college. Adecco was one another was some marketing company. We have HR specialisation in the 2nd year, and no company was called. I have been asked to go for the summer internship in marketing. I have gone through Naukri portal in search of the job. I started my career with a consultancy with a monthly income of Rs. 8000/-, which was not enough to survive in the city like Pune. Only fake commitments are given to students at the time of taking admission in Matrix. The placements reports which they show all are fake. Even on display board they put and show that they have done our placements with fake CTC. So you can think how Matrix is fooling the parents and even students. They are playing with our career.
Infrastructure: The campus is big and good, but there is only one e-classroom to conduct classes. Apart from that, there is a small seminar hall where all functions and activities are conducted. Wi-Fi is there, but of no use the range and connectivity are poor. In the library, you won't find new authors books. Only Indian publication books are there in the library. What should I talk about canteen it was only for the namesake. There is no proper food, no hygiene and contaminated water.
Faculty: I can't point out about their knowledge, but their way of teaching was rubbish which was not up to the mark as management instituted. The lectures from directors were worthy rest was all no use. The knowledge which was shared with students was all bookish knowledge. No industrial knowledge was shared. The curriculum was not helpful but to quite extend.

Good placements in 2012 and 2013
Placements: Placements were good. Seniors also got the placement from the college. The average salary they offered was from 2.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA. Roles offered are relationship manager and marketing manager. Most of the students got the internship from the college while others have tried on their own.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, the library and classrooms are good. The quality of food in the canteen is good. Snacks, tea, lunch and dinner are served here. Hostel rooms are excellent and there is no problem with the infrastructure of the college campus. There is a library available for students for study with good classroom conditions.
Faculty: The faculty team in the 1st year is good and then for the second year, the college has to arrange teachers from other campuses for teaching the subjects. The industry exposure is 50% and the course curriculum is good. Teachers are not that rich in experience. Some are new teachers and they have teaching skills.
