Placements: The placement was normal, and the students were placed with an average package of 3 to 4 lacs. The college was also helpful during placements, and the placement cell improved their connection to provide the best placement. The highest package of a student is 10 LPA.

Placements: No placements are there in the college. In terms of placement, my college was nothing. Actually at Calcutta University at any college, there is no placement committee. To get direct placement students do a Master's at least otherwise there is no chance.

Placements: 20% of our batch has been placed in our course. I don't have exact details about the packages. Three students from our batch of 26 got selected in IITs: one in IIT Bombay, one in Madras, and the other in Kharagpur. One student has secured an internship in KGP.

Placements: About 70 percent of students will get placed. In my course, many of them go abroad for research. The highest and lowest packages of my course are 3 LPA to 20 LPA. Every company needs statistics, so for almost every company, you have a chance. Data scientist, statistician, data analyst, and risk analyst are the top positions in my course.

Placements: Our college does not provide internships.

Placements: Maulana Azad is a government college in Kolkata. There is no placement system available in our college, specially is department of arts and science. There is an yearly campusing programme in the department of commerce. Apart from that the students have to get a job on their own.

Placements: Almost 60% got placement in our batch. The highest package was 15LPA, the lowest was like 3.5 LPA and average was 5LPA. TCS, AMAZON, and COGNIZANT etc. are the top recruiters. Every student got internship according to their skill. Most of the internships were unpaid while some were paid. Top roles were offered like Manager, Assistant Manager, Process Associate, etc.

Placements: Physics department of the college is best among colleges under Calcutta University. Graduation in Physics is not a technical course, s no placements are organised by the college.After graduation, most students opted for Masters from CU. Some went to places like IIT and Research fields etc.

Placements: When I passed out, I witnessed that more than 45% of serious students were placed in this course B.Com honors. Very few students got the handsome package of 4 LPA, and the remaining students got the average salary package of 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Amul Milk, Infosys, Amazon, etc. Almost 45% of students got internships in all mentioned companies. Placements: We only have around 30 students in our course with an above-average percentage scale. College does provide placements but I don't have much knowledge on this as the pandemic started in my very first year of college. But still, I am sure there are many courses from our college with placement.

Placements: 70% of students got placed in my course. Many recruiting companies come for our course. About 60% of students in our college got internships from our course in reputed companies.

Placements: Our college doesn't provide placements. Most of the students get jobs or internships from outside. Mostly students get into banks and other sectors of the industry as the college has a good reputation in Kolkata.

Placements: No roles were offered, and there were no formal placements in our time. Few students did internships, but the college didn't do anything in it. They individually searched for internship opportunities, but a signature from the HOD is required to join which the students obtained with ease.

Placements: Although there was Placement & NSS cell but None of the students were asked for appearing in Placement Interviews. None of the students were placed so there was no package for B.Com students. No Placement was provided in the final year. There was no average salary or any salary offered for B.Com Students. Even the Senior passed out student did not have any placement done.

Placements: I am a student of B.Com (Hons) in MAC Kolkata. As for my knowledge, placements are not offered to commerce student in this college. Due to no placements, there is nothing about the salaries offered. But 2 students got an internship in nearby companies.

Placements: The college does not provide placements to the students. Eligibility to apply for a masters course is students should be a junior research fellow.

Placements: Though there is a placement cell in the college, yet no student from our batch got placed. The placement cell is not active when it comes to the postgraduate course in zoology. The cell does provide placement in some other courses but not in the zoology course. Internship opportunities were not provided in any company from our college. The placement cell aims in placing students who are pursuing technical courses and does not place students from the general courses.

Placements: Currently I am in 5th semester and there where almost 60 students in my class. No placement cell is in this college. This college is very affordable for poor students as it is fully government college. It provide the education in all stream like B.A. B.Sc. and B.Com.

Placements: After B.Sc, the college had not provided any placement opportunities. The college doesn't even have the placement cell. But, you can get a job with your own efforts by applying for different walk-in interviews and pooled campusing. From walk-in and pooled campusing, few of the students from our batch got placed with a salary package of 2.5 LPA, but most of the students were looking for high profile job opportunities. Placements: Placement opportunities aren't available for the students of the physics (Hons.) department. However, with the help of its good reputation, anyone can avail a decent physics oriented job or students can also pursue M.Sc. from top IITs. If you are a bright student and want to study physics, Maulana Azad College is one of the finest colleges under Calcutta University.
