MAC, Central Kolkata's lesser know educational legacy.
Placements: A large chunk of students were already holding active job titles during their course of study. The degree is a supplement to their career, helping boost their job roles and placement opportunities in different companies. Apart from this, there was traditional surveying by companies through digital channels for opportunities.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is state-of-the-art, with a digitally well-decked language lab that provides a technological dimension to our learning as well. The hostel has to be sought separately and is centrally allotted by Calcutta University at a nominal price, with all necessary accommodation.
Faculty: Faculty consists of some of the best in Calcutta, with the HoD being an eminent writer who is read both locally and globally. Other faculty members also bear a happy-to-help attitude. The curriculum and exams are held by CU, and faculty operates under their guidance with their own experience.
Other: The specialty of this course lies in the fact that, despite being very cheap, it provides quality education that is at par with anything provided anywhere else.

Review for Maulana Azad college .
Placements: About 70 percent of students will get placed. In my course, many of them go abroad for research. The highest and lowest packages of my course are 3 LPA to 20 LPA. Every company needs statistics, so for almost every company, you have a chance. Data scientist, statistician, data analyst, and risk analyst are the top positions in my course.
Infrastructure: The department is so small, and the students are limited. But we have all the facilities, like Wi-Fi, water, and AC. The college has its own hostel and the canteen is not so good. And the hostel is only for Muslim candidates. We have medical facilities like first aid, but there is no field for playing sports.
Faculty: The teachers are highly educated and helpful. They teach us very well. They believe in quality, not quantity. Yes, this course's curriculum is relevant and the course is future-proof; in the near future, it'll have great opportunities. It's making us future-ready. The difficult level is hard. The pass percentage is 70 percent.
Other: If you like mathematics, than it's only mathematics with data science. You become a data analyst and a data scientist. It's a valuable subject. Skill-type classes are needed. We have all the basic events, but they are not very big. The campus is relaxing. If you have a poor financial background, then you can get a Swami Vivekananda scholarship. Extracurricular activities are there.

I'm absolutely satisfied with this college as the feel is so nominal.
Placements: No placements are there in the college. In terms of placement, my college was nothing. Actually at Calcutta University at any college, there is no placement committee. To get direct placement students do a Master's at least otherwise there is no chance.
Infrastructure: The classroom and library were amazing, The Hostel was also good but that was only for minorities so I didn't get a chance to stay in the college hostel. But I heard the price is very low. There a badminton, table tennis and carram playing options. Yes, the Gym facilities are close to the college. The college canteen was good but most of the time the canteen was off. I don't know why.
Faculty: The college is under Calcutta University. So semester exam was tough undoubtedly but yes I enjoyed it. 33% were passing marks in this university. College teachers are helpful specifically the HOD sir. Teachers are very polite also as we need as a student.
Other: The college environment was as good as possible. Anyone can join without so much thinking.

Our college provides good placements.
Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed in our college. They offer good salary packages. Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Almost 80% of students got internships. The top role offered is a lecturer. The salary ranges between Rs. 70,000 - Rs. 80,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college has Wi-Fi, classrooms, etc. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The lab has laptops and computers. The library has many books. The hostel facilities are good. The food served in the hostel is good. The hostel has guards, clean rooms, etc.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. we can call them anytime to ask for answers. They are good, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They are Ph.D. holders. They provide good knowledge. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 45%.
Other: I opted for this course because it is very helpful to know about the earth. It has good subjects. Many events and fests are held in our college. Students connect very easily. They are helpful. Our college has good surroundings. It conducts extracurricular activities.

Absolutely satisfied with the quality of education.
Placements: No such placement as it is made solely for B.Sc. and M.Sc. Very good for higher dedication. No such roles. As no placement no hig or low salary package. No such recruiting companies. If you want a jod should find it on your own. It is very good place for dedication.
Infrastructure: Hostel should improve. More students should be given hostel facility. Infrastructure should improve. Mess facility should improve. Clenliness should be taken care of. But no such restrictions regarding timing. It os fully funded by government. Feels very low.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified. Very good for higher education. One of the best college in Kolkata. Cirriculam is very well structured. Being one of the best college under calacutta t offers brilliant dedication and very well developed syllabus.
Other: B.Sc. Hons in Zoology. Infrastructure ahould improve. Pace and good for studies.

Maulana Azad College - A Proper Complete Institution with Very Good Infrastructure
Placements: 20% of our batch has been placed in our course. I don't have exact details about the packages. Three students from our batch of 26 got selected in IITs: one in IIT Bombay, one in Madras, and the other in Kharagpur. One student has secured an internship in KGP.
Infrastructure: In our Mathematics department, we have a laboratory with approximately 25 computers. The department has three classrooms for the three years of students and one staff room for professors. While our department does not have a dedicated library, there is a Central Library on the 2nd floor of our college with a wide range of books. I am not familiar with the hostels and canteens.
Faculty: Our professors are very helpful and highly qualified, as all of them hold Doctorates. The course is relevant, with subjects like C programming language and Sagemath in the DSE paper being very useful for our future careers. The semester exams are a bit challenging in this college.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Honours in Mathematics because I love Mathematics. The best aspect of this course is that you have to understand the concepts deeply rather than just superficially. I’ve learned that it’s one of the best colleges under Calcutta University. The only improvement needed is to increase the time gap between the semesters.
