Good quality of education centre.

Placements: Around 50% student placed in engineering. Higher package will be around 6lacks and the lowest will be 1 Lacs. Top companies will be TCS, Tata AIG, polycab, etc. Generally gte offers to the students but some students goes for internship in various companies due to their own link. College doest have to do for it.

It is a good college having low fees and good facilities.

Placements: Every year, almost all of the students in computer science and information technology are placed, but for mechanical and automobile engineering, there are fewer placements as compared to computer science and information technology. EE and ECE students are placed every year in good companies.

Good faculty members. Good placements. Strong alumni network.

Placements: The placements were moderate in number. Students have been placed to top MNCs of the country. The placement assistance is good. The college provides in campus as well as off campus placements to the students. Students from the college have also been placed in Fortune 500 companies.

This college is very good for education, but the placements are not that good.

Placements: Placements are okay. You will get placed if your skills in mathematics and English are good. But the salary package offered is low. The salary package offered is around Rs. 10,000 per month. Many reputed companies didn't visit the college. The students are not capable enough to get placed even if they visit the campus for placements. So, if you need education, this is the best college, but the placements are not that good.

Good placements in 2017 and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in the college were good. Total 70-75% students were placed this year. The highest package offered was 4.10 LPA and the lowest was 2 LPA. The major companies that have visited for placements are TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, etc. Basically IT sector job profiles were offered to students. Internships for this course were not available in the college. There is a placement cell, but it is not much useful.

Placement scenarios, facilities should be improved however college, is overall good.

Placements: During the past years, the drive was strong enough and many reputed companies came for recruitments. But in the current days, very few reputed MNCs like TCS, CAPGEMINI comes, and mostly startups. The highest salary-6lpa, the lowest salary-96000per year. Current year-40% was placed. No internships offered from college, students has to find internships through their own effort. Yes, there is a placement cell but it's efficiency is doubted.

The college is good enough, but the placement scenario should be improved.

Placements: The placement used to be really strong in the earlier years, but currently, it's slacked by a lot, and most of the companies are usually startups with a few reputed MNCs occasionally visiting the campus. This year only 40% of the final year batch got placed. The pay package is ranging from 2LPA to 6LPA. Regarding internships, the college doesn't take any such initiative to get internships of any sort for the students. The students have to get them on their own.

Small campus, decent infrastructure, average placement, good faculty members.

Placements: MCKV college always has a decent percentage of placement every year except for the 2018 passout batch. For the 2018 batch, only 25-30% of the students got placed, mostly from CSE, ECE and IT departments. Companies like Capgimeni, Johnson Controls and TCS comes every year. Other than that last year Promact, Tech Mahindra also came. These companies provided role such as Assistant system engineer to the students and offered a packages ranging between 3 to 4.5 Lacs per annum. Other small companies a...

MCKV Review. All departments.

Placements: Placements for our batch (specifically Electrical Department) wasn't quite good, but that was due to a recent change of the TPO, MCKV later paced up it quality from the next batch onwards. Other departments got placements from TCS, Mahindra Automobiles and Tech Mahindra. MCKV also hosted a small job fair om our year, giving about a 100 of students fair jobs.

Overall, our college is enough for a degree course. But, the placement is an issue in our college.

Placements: The placements for the students of our branch are not good. The percentage of placement is not very good. Some student got good jobs, but most of the students are suffering from the lack of placements. Many companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra visited the college for placements and hired only a few students.

Overall the college is good, but has to focus on the placements.

Placements: Placements of the 2016 batch were good compared to the previous years. But after that, less number of companies came and recruited less number of students. We are expecting that placements for the 2019 batch will improve in automobile sector due to hybrid technology.

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty. No good placement in 2017, no good facilities.

Placements: As far as I know, my college placements are good, but not very good. The approximate number of the students selected from each stream are thirteen to twenty-three students from my college, every year.

MCKV is good for computer science engineering.

Placements: The placements are good in this college. Apart from the other colleges of Kolkata, it is quite good in placements. The placement cell is very supportive. All the faculty members try their maximum to improve the placement. This year, about 60% students got placed from B.Tech and 40% students from M.Tech.

Really good study environment, poor practical experience, well enough infrastructure.

Placements: MCKV used to have a good placement record. The placement cell of the college does good work. 70% of the students used to get placed before. But this stat has gone down for last 2 to 3 years. The placement scenario nowadays is not good. TCS does not come as they have some conflict. Tech Mahindra, Infosys are some companies which still visit and some small companies. The highest packages are good, more than 40k per month packages are offered. But overall the placement percentage now is less than 4...

I think it is good college by placement, infrastructure and other thing.

Placements: Placement are good for CSE, it or ECE department but not soo good for mechanical department and other department. Many of the student goes to it industry because only one or two core company comes here, so students of other department have option to go to the job thorough outside.

The opportunity is better for average students.

Placements: The placements on the campus are good. Here, the companies come and give a better opportunity to all the students, and even the college cares for the average students, so they provide better opportunities for them also by calling companies that would provide a chance to an average student also.

Automobile engineering in MCKV.

Placements: I'll start off by saying that, getting placed is one factor which depends on you. It doesn't matter what college you are studying in, neither does it matter how many classes you have attended. A core guy can crack an IT interview easily with little focus. Mahindra and Mahindra is the only giant core company that comes to our college with a good pay scale. Apart from this, there are other few like Bengal Tools, that does come as well, but their packages are around 2 LPA to 3 LPA, so when the camp...

Learn, gain knowledge, feel every moment of life and go with the flow.

Placements: The placement record was good previously, but nowadays it shattered down. Only 100 students got placed from the whole college. According to the current competition and job market, I am suggesting you have to try on your own. Don't solely depend on the point that college will be placing you a whitecollar job. Enhance your skills, and you will receive the sweet fruit automatically.

If you want knowledge, then go for it.

Placements: In CSE and IT, there is very good placement record. Up to 60% is also present in ECE. It is not good in mechanical and other branches. That's why strike happens in our college every year by the students. There is a placement cell in our college. They clarify the problem and also provide the written hard copy of the list of companies visiting.
