The WBJEE 2025 registration for MCKV Institute of Engineering admission to the BTech and BPharm courses will start on Jan 22, 2025. The WBJEE 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on Apr 27, 2025.
A few more updates are given below:
- The XAT 2025 result for the MBA/PGDM courses has been announced. Candidates can log in and check or download their scorecards from the official website.
- The MAT 2025 registration process for the Feb session is open for PBT and CBT; the last date to apply is Mar 2 and Mar 9, 2025, respectively. Further, MAT 2025 PBT and CBT will be scheduled on Mar 9 and Mar 23, 2025, respectively.
- The CAT 2024 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM courses. Candidates can log in and download their scorecards on the official website.
- The JEE Main 2025 Session 1 exam for admission to BE/BTech courses is scheduled to be held between Jan 22 and Jan 29, 2025. For BArch and BPlan courses, the exam is to be conducted on Jan 30, 2025.

Detailed Review of MCKV INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING.
Placements: Last year, 92% of students in my course got placement. The highest package is 45 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant. 75% of students got good internships. Roles offered include software engineer, AI & ML specialist, and root engineering, etc.
Infrastructure:
Classrooms are totally fine. Projectors or smart boards are available for better understanding. Video lectures are good. Wi-Fi facility available for students in the cafeteria and library. All kinds of books and a digital library are also available. In the canteen, foods are good, and the hostel is average. Medical facilities and first aid are also available. The campus is totally veg. You can't find any non-veg items in the whole campus and canteen, but still, the foods are tasty and hygienic.
Faculty: Our college always promotes extracurricular activities. There are a lot of clubs for students to join for extracurricular activities like dancing, singing, photography, drawing, writing, literature, and last but not least, for innovative ideas too. Our college also arranges a lot of fests for students, which is great entertainment for us students. Semester exams are moderate, not too difficult, not easy. Those who properly learn can easily answer any question.
Other: I chose CSE AIML because it is one of the top-rising courses in the whole country and also the future of everything, so there is no fear of not getting a job. There is no such need to make it better because the subject is hard, so we can't do anything about it. Our college organizes a lot of tech fests and cultural fests.

My college is absolutely good and so much fun.
Placements: In our college many companies come and our college seniors sit to give interviews. Around 4 to 5 companies come to our college, like TCS, Mahindra, Amazon, etc. The salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA - 6 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Around 60% -70% of students are placed. Some students got internships from the from college and some got off campus.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good. Classrooms are good, but no air conditioners are provided in the classrooms. However, air conditioners are provided in all labs which is good. Our college also provides Wi-Fi and library is good. The hostel is not so good due to some issues and canteen is bad.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable and teaching quality is also good. Semester exam is also good and all things are good, but the hostel and hostel lunch are bad, and it's not good for health. That's why I don't eat college lunch. Please solve this problem.
Other: Event fests and all things are very exciting and so crowded.

Review of MCKV Institute of Engineering
Placements: 60% students were placed. The highest package offered in this course was 7 lakh and the lowest was 3 lakh. Top recruiting company was TCS. 20% of the students got internship. The top role offered was software engineer.
Infrastructure: The campus is too small. There was one library and a computer lab. Library was very good and there were many books on different fields.
Faculty: For IT department teacher was very good. Not all but some teachers were very good and helpful. They provided help like how crack interview and how to behave in the interview. They also helped students in getting internships.

Review of MCKV Institute of Engineering.
Placements: Since it's an emerging field and a new course added in our college, next year's passouts will be the first batch to graduate. But, in Computer Science and Engineering, over 80% of students got placements. The highest salary package offered rang from 8 LPA. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Amazon, Wipro, and Infosys. Internships were also provided. In my course, top roles include data analyst, data specialist, and others.
Infrastructure: Our college we had Wi-Fi available with a 5G network. Labs were well-maintained, but they were less spacious. Classrooms were a bit smaller compared to the number of students admitted every year. Library was good enough and a peaceful place, every student's favorite place. Quality of food in hostel was not good, nor was it in the canteen. Sports and games amenities were available.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Mentoring was very good. They address every single query well. Course curriculum was good and prepared students enough for the industry, but more self-preparation was needed. Semester exams were easy since they were autonomous. Pass percentage was 95%.
Other: I chose this course since it is in the emerging field of computer science. Scholarships, such as government schemes, are available.

I will say it's decent as such the campus is not that big but the life here is friendly
Placements: I have heard from the seniors that in our branch there's a lot of internships but you have to work hard for you soft skills and as such in placements there about 70% students who gets placed in this year. Top recruiting companies are TCS , Wipro etc. Highest package is 18 LPA and average package is 6 LPA and lowest package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure for the Department of Computer Science and Engineering are average in my opinion Let's start with the classrooms, which are well-ventilated and equipped with the latest teaching aids, including LCD projectors and Wi-Fi connectivity but there is a limit in wifi of only 35 mb. The department also has ten laboratories with updated hardware and software, including over about 50 computers with dedicated standby UPS and internet facility with about 30 Mbps.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in this course and teachers are strict and disciplined that's actually good for us to study even harder and they also had a friendly nature. They clear doubts in front of everyone and also there's a different class for doubt clearing sessions and as for difficulty in this course it's a little hard because in DS you have to do maths very likely every time it's very important.
Other: I got the course through the 2nd choice my first choice is aiml though I like this data science course because there's a very wide varieties of opportunities you got from this course like if you wanna become a data scientist, or some data analyst or anything from software. And as such in campus life it's very comfortable and a safe environment for girls. The fest here is massive and very enjoyingly and good. Sports competition also done here so overall I can say it's good.

I am absolutely satisfied by MCKV Institute of Engineering.
Placements: I am from the last year batch, 2023, and currently, I am in the IT department. In my college, the package ratio is average, but some students got a good package from the campus. The curriculum is quite old, as with other colleges, but overall it provides a good experience.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is on the average side. The classroom sizes are decent, and Wi-Fi connections are available in the library and labs only, not in the classrooms. The hostel facility is good; the girls' hostel is inside the college, and the boys' hostel is at a walking distance.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, but sometimes the language becomes a barrier. They start to teach in Bengali, which becomes tough for some students to cope with. The course curriculum is quite tough in engineering, but it's not that much, and the semester exam is a bit tough.
Other: I chose this course because I was looking for NDA but could not clear the exam. The best thing about this course is that you can explore many things.
