Mid range experience for my 4 years of journey in this campus .
Placements: 1) Only 2 ( 1%) students got placed from civil engineering.
2) The highest package is INR 3.60 lac/A and the lowest package is INR 2 lac/A, hired as a junior engineer from civil batch.
3) 2% got internship form civil engineering and the company is from out of India ( Oman ).
Infrastructure: Classroom : They have projectors and whiteboards. Workshop : Well facilitated equipment. Cafeteria and dining hall : Canteen is available for college students and dining hall for hostel students. Transportation : college provides the bus facility to Mehsana and visnagar area.
Faculty: Faculty : most of the staff are qualified. They teach very well in their respective departments. Also sometimes they plan visits of industries and site visit regarding the education. For exam : The mid exam is not much hard as that is on a college level, but final exam is conducted by GTU.
Other: Need to improve the campus. Different types of festival and events were celebrated here.

The college has a good infrastructure.
Placements: Merchant Engineering College is the best platform for me, and because of that, I have chosen the right path and also the right field.
Infrastructure: Our course is electrical engineering. Our college hostel is near to the college, which is 1 km, so it reduces the time. In the hostel, food facility is the best. There is a big ground for sport, and students are going daily in the early morning for cricket. The college is eco-friendly.
Faculty: In Merchant Engineering College, staff members of electrical engineering are very good in communication skills. There are a total of 30 teachers, and for all subjects, different teachers are allotted. All staff members are the best at teaching.
Other: In our college, in a week, an event happens for the electrical branch in which all the students join. Scholarships are offered to SC or ST cast students.

The college is value for money paid.
Placements: Many multinational companies visit the college for campus drive like S.R Steel, L&T, Tata Consultancy Services, Voltas, Windsor, Wipro, etc. All the students have to do either internships or research on the project which was done by PhD students. They are offering a salary package of 5-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are pretty much good, and the campus can be attractive to the students. The teaching environment is good, and professors are ready for students guidance at any time. The college itself has a medical hospital. E-library is available till college time after then we can get through hostel Wi-Fi. The lab has highly rated computers for analysis software like Ansys, Hyoermesh, Solid works, Creo, etc.
Faculty: All the teachers have done PhDs in their field. They have already given the material of the subject and curious about students ideas. They are always there to solve our problems. Some expert faculty members are invited for clearing the doubts about the new technologies.
Other: I have chosen this course for expanding knowledge in my field and ideas I can implement in my field or my job for improvement/growth of future industries. The students who obtain more than 7.5 SPI can get scholarship directly from college.

This college is the best for studies.
Placements: Many students got placed through the job festival conducted here. A lot of companies visit the campus and participate in the job festival. They hire students through interviews. Overall, the college provides placement facilities here.
Infrastructure: The campus is huge, and this campus accommodates 5 colleges and a hostel. The infrastructure of the college is good. Events like sports week and other activities are organised here. They also provide practical knowledge through labs. The college also provides a workshop for automobile engineering subject.
Faculty: Our college hs a lot of faculty members, and our teachers are also good at making the students understand the concepts. They complete the syllabus before the semester ends. Question banks for exams are also available in the college.

Placements: Our institute has consistently maintained an excellent recruitment record and stands testimony to the high professional standards aimed. The engineering students have been recruited by some of leading global multinational corporations and Indian companies. Companies like Tata, L&T, Mahindra, Ford, etc., visited the college for placements.
Infrastructure: The institute has developed a well-equipped computer centre and computer lab. The latest computers have been networked with a broadband connection. Laboratories are well-equipped with modern equipment for students. The institute provides spacious classrooms fully equipped with ultra-modern facilities. The seminar hall is fully media equipped with LCD, overhead projector, and HD sound system.
Faculty: The institute has highly qualified and experienced faculty. They are dedicated to providing the best training for students with interactive classroom teaching and personal attention. They continuously monitor students' academic performance including their attendance, marks in quizzes, minor test, major tests, and discipline. They discuss all issues with the students whether it is personal or official.

The college is not recommendable for engineering.
Placements: There were no placements for automobile and mechanical students. Very few companies visit the college for civil and computer engineering students. The placement scenario in the college is very bad. Not even a single company related to automobile engineering visits the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The classrooms are spacious, and the library is huge enough with various books and magazines. A digital library is also available in the college. The campus is quite huge and has 5 different colleges.
Faculty: The teaching staff in the college were very good. They were qualified enough to teach students. They also had good knowledge and industry exposure. Some faculty members were helpful to students. The course curriculum was as per GTU guidelines.
