Not satisfied with the faculty. Good placements in CSE last year.

Placements: The percentage of placed students in civil engineering course is about 10%. The packages range from 7-8 Lacs per annum. The highest package is 12-14 LPA, and companies are also not from the core branch. Either TCS or any other CS company comes for placement.

Value for money, not good college or campus life.

Placements: Placement for core branches are not so good. If you are from IT or CSE branch, then you will definitely get placed. If you are from any core branch like civil, mechanical, or electrical, you have to suffer a bit to get placed.

Our college is the best.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are not good but salary packages provided by various companies are sufficient. The salary package offered the previous year was 12 LPA. Many great salary packages are provided if students do some internships by which their experience is increased and can get many great jobs in the private sector.

I am very disappointed in choosing this college for BBA.

Placements: Out of 120, only 1 student in our course got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Some companies like TCS, Infosys, Myntra, etc. Students got internships at some small startups. The top role offered is sales executive.

It provides knowledgeable teachers, campus is large, and has a big library.

Placements: The package is not high. They offer companies for placements, and students should also be eligible for the placements offers. Different companies offer different jobs are there in this college.

It is not the best place to study.

Placements: My batch was the first batch of electronics and communication engineering. The entire premises and connecting roads were under development when we joined. Placements available not only for my stream but also other streams were a big zero. No company visited the college to conduct placement drives.

Not upto the mark like I have expected. It's just like a school.

Placements: The placements in NIT Raipur are just amazing. More than 40 per cent of students are getting placed. And the percentage is still improving. The average salary offered is twelve Lacs per annum which is very good. That's what I want to tell all the people.

I suggest you don't take admission in this college.

Placements: Only 5 students from our course got placed, and I am not sure if we get placements or not. Faculty members say that if you have the potential, then you get off-campus placement. Only 60% of the students get a job off-campus. Only 1 senior in the 5th semester got placed, and about 40% of the students have backlogs in their academics.
