Great college, needs improvement in placements.

Placements: The placement is the most disappointing aspect of this institute. Many of the seniors have not been placed yet and some of the first-years also had to find internship from outside. The coordinator is not good and is very rude also. She is the least helpful among all the staff members.

MET is one of the good management colleges in Mumbai. They just need to improve their placements.

Placements: Placements were good earlier but for the 2017 batch and further, they are getting worse because the placement staff team is not at all efficient. They are very arrogant and need to be changed as soon as possible or reputation of the college will get spoiled. Especially Vidya Kotak needs to be replaced as she is so reluctant to call the companies and even she is not providing past placement records so that students will get an idea about placements.

College is at good location in Mumbai with the best infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: In 2014, I had completed my PGDM from MET, Mumbai. I got placed in CRISIL. Many big companies had come for the placement including HDFC Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Marsh Insurance, E-clerx. Credit, RM, and product management roles were offered for finance and for marketing sales, business development, and digital marketing. Around 70% of students got the internship and around 90% of students got placed. The highest salary was Rs. 8.00 lakh per annum, the lowest salary was Rs. 3.00 lakh per annum and t...

Decent college for the upper middle class students.

Placements: 40% students get placed on an average. I think the college should work on improving the placement cell for better results. The first few companies pay well and hire the best lot of students. It gets difficult to find good paying jobs later on. There is no focus on improving soft skills of students, hence students who lack in that area lag behind in placements.

Placements not good but the faculty is good.

Placements: The placements were average. Not all students were placed through the college. The highest Salary for HR specialization in our batch was 4 LPA. Approx 50% of students were placed from our specialization. Companies like TCS, Lafarge, BSE institute, Radio Mirchi etc. visited the campus. Roles varied from company to company. The internship ratio was too low (stipend was from 0 to Rs. 5000/- appx.).

Before 2015, the placements are good.

Placements: The placements are average. Some good companies need to be forced for the students and also give good internship offers for the juniors. Few companies like Lodha, Trust Group, HDFC, etc., visited in this year, but still few more companies should come for the placements to hire the students.

Good placements and excellent faculty.

Placements: The college provides decent placements as good companies comes for recruitment. I still receive proactive updates in the alumni group about recent vacancies. However, most of the placements that are open are more focused on the students who come with very less or up to 2-3 years of work experience. As such, there are negligible to zero offers available for students who were part of the part-time courses. Obviously, the part-time course students are already working professionals but any job open...

The college gives you the exposure to many subjects which is very useful and trains students with real life case studies. The college has a good number of visiting faculty who is expert in their respective subject and the faculty who are working in big companies adds a lot of value, as they share their experiences from the corporate world. The college has a very good infrastructure with air conditioned classrooms with a capacity of 60 students in one classroom. The college has a big library with...

The only negative aspect of the college is its staff members. They are very rude. But overall is a very good college. External faculty members are excellent. It is one of the top 10 colleges in Mumbai. Various courses are offered which is the best part of the college.

Easily one of the top 15 B-Schools in India with great brand value. The faculty consists of people with tremendous industry experience & certain government enterprises. Overall, the faculty is excellent in terms of their knowledge & support. Most of faculty members are always willing to go an extra mile to support students. The college also has a lot of committees which give students platform to showcase their abilities.

The placement scenario of the college is improving year on year with more than 110 companies visiting the campus. This year it is surely to increase as the Placement committee team is charging on. The facilities are awesome. For a sports fanatic it is paradise - tennis, football, squash, badminton, synthetic jogging track to name a few. MET offers its student with the great knowledge and practical learning's thanks to its highly efficient teaching and assessment methodologies and highly experien...

It’s good value for money and has amazing faculty members. Campus facilities are nice and sports activities are one of the best across B-Schools all over India. The only thing is college lagging behind is too much of ethics and ideologies followed by college management.

Situated in one of the prime locations in Mumbai (Bandra-west). The course serves the purpose for what it's known. Top notch faculty with years of experience in the Industry and well-known authors of various management books, make their presence felt in MET as visiting Faculty. Apart from that, even the full-time faculty at MET have core specialization expertise in which, they have decent teaching experience. One such personality is Ms. Farida Virani, for HR. The College offers good placement op...

The infrastructure is just awesome and is very different from all other post graduate degree colleges. It is an 8-floor building and has spacious and air-conditioned classes. Best teachers from all over India are there to teach. It was the best decision of my life to join this college. Overall a great experience and a great college to be in.

A perfectly located campus which gets its name printed in the top 10 MBA colleges in the city. MMS as a course gives you a chance to explore and grow and also get placed in the one of the top brands in the country. Also unmatched infrastructure and also a kick ass college festival (FYI headed the core team). MET UTSAV is the USP of the college.

It’s really a great place to study. You will get numerous opportunities but you should have potential to grab them. And if you ask about infrastructure and facilities then its excellent indeed I don’t think any other colleges would have offering such infrastructure and the most important is placement, everyone looks at college's placement prior to admission and its really worth I think.

The college pays a lot of attention to development outside the conventional curriculum. Students are encouraged to participate to inter and intra college events and competitions. MET has is really focused on interactive learning. The faculty is from the industry itself so a lot of times the projects and presentations are specific to the industry. Subjects like Events Marketing and Retail Marketing are taught by professionals at the senior level in companies relevant to the sector. The college music room is a great stress buster. The canteen is also extremely hygienic. The curriculum is a bit outdated but the faculty makes it extremely relevant by quoting their experience...

The college has great infrastructure and campus. It also has a very good recreation facility for the students to destress. The classrooms are equiped with visual aids such as projectors etc for enhanced learning. The faculty is good and has relevant industry experience. The non-teaching staff is helpful. The placements are in the range of 5-8 lakh. And the college has a healthy track record of companies likeTCS, Siemens etc coming on campus. Peer learning is limited.
