Mahatma Gandhi Mission's College of Engineering and technology.

Placements: Placements are very rare, but there are some companies like Mankind, L&T, etc. That are visiting the campus for the last two years for placements. But very few students get a job. This college is good for placements of all branches. It is good even for the civil branch.

Faculty are helpful for students.

Placements: Placements of the college is quite good for computer engineering, the MNC companies like TCS, INFOSYS, Congnizant are visits in college placement. They provide good package. Also they provide the internship with stipend. But some students are placed but average students are searching job outside.

Try not to take admission in this college if you have last option as this college.

Placements: There are no placements for this college since atleast 5 years as heard by my seniors and if the companies appear their package is as low as 1lakh-1.20lakhs no placement for civil anyhow even IT people won't get placement in this college. They don't have proper place for placements.

Satisfied with the college as it has good placements, infrastructure, and faculty.

Placements: In civil engineering, different types of companies are offering placements in our college, so I'm glad that the aim of the college is to provide good placements. The college works hard to provide placements for all the students, and students give their best.

Satisfied infrastructure of the college campus. Quality teaching staff.

Placements: Mgm doesn't give any much campus selections for the field of civil engineering but the staff and the HOD over there are hard working and they do think and guide the students for the placements opportunities. Well graded students have the most opportunities for the placements.

About 80% of the faculty are satisfactory. 60% of placements are good. Very good infrastructure.

Placements: About 60% of the students of my batch and about 75% of my seniors batch got placed in various industries with a minimum package of 3.5 LPA. The maximum package offered is 6 LPA. Companies like Oracle and many more visited the college for placements. About 50% of students go for internships. The highest stipend is Rs. 8,000, and the lowest stipend is Rs. 4,500. We have a placement cell in our college. Its efficiency is about 60-70%.

Should not be amongst the first options.

Placements: There are almost no on-campus placements. They will send you to pool campuses and the success rate is very low. Hardly 2-3 students got placed from my batch which is very less as compared to other colleges in the circuit. The placement cell is not up to the mark and not many activities to improve placement is done.

Our college provides moderate education and some opportunities for computer and IT branch.

Placements: Placements were good for computer engineering and information technology departments in our college. Core companies also visited for the civil department. For our course, companies like Infosys, TCS, Gate, Larsen And Toubro, Infotech, Oracle, etc., visit our college for placements. The role of a software engineer was offered with a salary package ranging between 2.0 LPA-3.5 LPA.

Dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: The first batch of the electrical department has no placement. I don't know about other departments, but I never heard about placement during my batch. They only hire people who teach us how to prepare for a job (just heard about it but I never seen). They are unable to bring the companies for placements.

Mgm college (kamothe) review.

Placements: 80 percent of students were placed in companies likes wipro, TCS, Parle G, Jio, Orcale, Molecular Products, Larsen & tubro and Reliance. 12lakhs was the highest LPA given to a student. Faculty was very helpful in guiding us to get placed in big companies.

It's a B grade college. No placements, please don't join this college it would ruin your future.

Placements: There are no placements. I repeat there are no placements. Hardly 2-3 companies visit for placements and they hire only 2-3 people. Placements Branch wise: Comps/IT - only 2 companies visited. Extc/electrical - No core companies came for placements. Mechanical/civil/biotechnology - NA for placements. All this happens just because of poor placement officer. Who even don't know how to bring companies to campus. One more thing here Principal doesn't care about it. It's request to AICTE kindly shut ...

Placements: Placements for mechanical is very low about 25% of students placed from college campus. The highest salary acheived was 30k per month an the lowest was 15k in my previous batch. Not much or famous companies visited for placement only designing related companies visited and hier those who did designing software externally from college. Most are hiered as a designer. College do not provide internship they only provide permission letters for internships. Placement cell is available but much useful ...

College is average and one can take admission if he or she is talented then college does't matter.

Placements: MGM do not have tie up even with one company to place there students. This college does't have a placement cell even. They are just mass producing engineers without quality of teaching. And after graduation they are asking for Appointment letter to show there placement record. I don't recommend this college for engineering. But Medical MBBS is good in MGM.

Our MGM is good, and concern for our civil, it has got experienced faculty.

Placements: L&T and the various other companies arrive in search talent among the students. Building construction companies and many more also come to give placement, and they offer good salary package. Marks matters and good marks get a good job, and per year students get a placement with good packages.

Disappointed with the college.

Placements: There are no placements in this college. They send students to all pool campus drives. The package that students get is nearly 3-3.15 LPA. I would not recommend anyone to join this college. There is no efficient placement committee, and the college lacks company intervention. The college does not provide any internships.

This college makes you a better person in life.

Placements: The placement was not that much good. Only, 30% of the students got placed on my batch, and I was one of them. I got placed in Seven Summits Consultancy, Bangalore with an annual package of 4 LPA. Many companies including Indian army and Planet Cast visited the campus for the annual recruitment.

Overall, the management of the college is average.

Placements: The college had good placements for the final year students, who have above 60% marks. Pool campus is there for all the students who are interested in doing the job after completing a degree. Famous companies are also coming for the interview. In our batch, till now, 3 students are placed.

When I was there, they are good at fests, and all the other things are average including teachers.

Placements: The placements wise, our college is not that much great as the only biomedical site have great placements. Otherwise, the students don't get that many placements. They also don't provide to go to other colleges to attend the interviews. So, we can say it is the worst.
