Placements: MICA has achieved a record of 100% placements all through the years. Some of the top recruiters here are Google, Amazon, L'Oreal, GroupM apart from FMCG companies like Amul, Retailers like Future Group, Advertisement agencies like Leo Burnett and the list goes on. MICAns are hired for the roles in marketing (like strategy, brand management, digital marketing) and strategic communications (like PR).
Placements: The placements have been following a steady rise of 20-25% each year. The placements are completed way before almost all other colleges and a steady 100% placement report is prideworthy. Many MNCs, ad agencies, and IT and e-commerce companies have been recurring recruiters and we have also seen a spike in FMCGs and international companies coming for placements.
Placements: For the batch of 2015-17, 100% placements were recorded with an increase of 60% in the highest salary and the average salary was 12.65 lacs per annum. 70+ companies had participated in the placement process. Many pre-placement offers from companies like Star, Times of India, Sony, GroupM, Amazon and Reckitt were there.

The college offered nice infrastructure. Unlike many MBA colleges, it was never a wallet sucking machine. It gave me a different viewpoint to witness the world around. But kindly be sure before what you are getting into, because the courses are not very number oriented, they all are general management types.
Extremely talented bunch of fellow mates. The campus is beautiful and so is the culture :) I love the fact that people are open minded here and also that we get to learn many subjects that focus on the important and sensitive issues in our day to day lives like women empowerment and LGBT rights among others. Placements: Mica has recorded 100 percent placements with students joining respected and reputed companies. The highest salary is 58 LPA and the lowest being 9 LPA. Companies such as HUL, Google, p and g were part of the process. Final placements have grown substantially with the average placement being 12.8 LPA. Roles such as brand manager and account manager were offered.
Placements: Placements were good. 100% placement record. The highest was 24 lacs. The lowest I am unaware for summer internships. There were about 60 companies that visited from FMCG, Advertising and other sectors. Students were offered marketing, planning and sales roles. It was very efficient and useful.
