Infrastructure/Facilities
- Library
Central Library has room for over 200 students, open access study places and IT work stations. There are over 1000 books on Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical and Bioengineering in the MIT Bioengineering library. There are national and international books, journals, magazines and periodicals.
- Hostel
The Institute is fully residential and hostel accommodation is provided to the students. Hostel provides accommodation with compulsory food facility to students from various faculties as well as institutions. The food hotel mess is common for both boys and girls and is located at river front in-campus. Visiting guest for admission purpose as well as parents willing to meet students can book guest houses on request basis based on prior booking through website. Internet connectivity and Solar water heating systems are provided in the hostels.
Boys Hostel|Girls Hostel - Sports Complex
The Sports Infrastructure includes a well-equipped gymnasium, Olympic size swimming pool, water polo, badminton courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, football playground, cricket playground, kabaddi playground, kho-kho playground, table tennis, rowing, chess, boxing, archery and facilities available for all students.
