Good infrastructure and teaching quality are the best.
Placements: About 40%. There are so many students who want to take Economics, but there are limited seats. For recruitment, I think you can go to the banking or government sector. The role/post is the same in the bank and government sector according to your capabilities. I'm not sure about the package, and an internship was compulsory to graduate. The college didn't offer any internships, we had to find them ourselves, and I did my internship at a bank.
Infrastructure: The classrooms at my college were very good, and the college didn't provide Wi-Fi to their students. As I was an art student, I didn't get to see the labs, but I heard they were also good. The library is really fantastic for book lovers, and the study area is also nice there.
Faculty: Teachers were really helpful and well-qualified. They made us understand everything with real-life examples or activities, and they didn’t complain when we cleared any doubt. Economics is related to finance, so it makes students ready. Exams were 50% tough and 50% easy.
Other: I want to crack the UPSC exam, and I chose B.A. because it helps you cover at least 30% of the UPSC syllabus. In the first year, you have to study all subjects, and if you don't know what your interest is, you can find it in the first year, as I did. I came from a commerce background, and I chose Economics mainly based on my own interest in the subject. The best thing about it is that you get to learn about the financial system, economic conditions, and the budget—all these things about our nation. I wish the college had also provided us with placement or internship opportunities, as it would have been very useful. The college arranges a lot of events, creative activities, and competitions, as well as various camps for NCC and NSS students. Each year, their departments arrange fests, and we arrange the Economics fest, named Ecothon, with the help of our teachers and seniors. I got the Mahadbt study scholarship for 3 years.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the staff .
Placements: Still not placed in any company but have heard about placements from various departments and are probably good in that sense. Students are made industry-ready by their teachers. I can't explain that much about placements, but they're good.
Infrastructure: Library, Wi-Fi is available but only works during exams, labs are in good condition and a gym is available. There are two canteens: one for juniors and one specifically for the engineering department, which is not open to anyone else.
Faculty: Teachers are probably friendly, but not all of them are cooperative. They are qualified, and the quality of their teaching is good. Yes this course is relevant and makes students industry ready. Semester exams are pretty hard, but they make us ready for more difficult exams.
Other: I wanted to experience college life without any attendance problems, but yes, 75% of attendance is compulsory. So far, campus is good, but no one is allowed to just relax on campus. The guards just push you out of the college.

B.A. in Political Science - Batch of 2021
    2.6

This college is on Jangli Maharaj Road, Pune.
Placements: I was doing Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) there. There were around 20-30 students in my batch. I did my B.A. in Political Science. For my course, there were no placements or internships. None in my batch got placement. Everyone got a job on their own. There are placements for other courses but not for B.A. and M.A.
Infrastructure: This college does not provide any hostel facility. I was living on my own. No hostel facility for any student or for any other course. Not just for my course, but overall the college itself does not have a hostel. Many students were not from Pune, including me.
Faculty: Faculty was good and helpful. The college staff, office staff, and every other staff were quite helpful. Teachers were knowledgeable enough and supportive enough. If any student needed help, the faculty was always ready to help. Overall, the college was very good.
Other: If one wants to do this course in this college, they can consider it. But keep this in mind that this course does not come with any placement; at least this college does not provide any placement for this course. Overall, my experience was average. Scholarship is for reservation category students only. Other students have to pay full fees.

It is an excellent college with good teachers.
Placements: Our college had excellent placements. Our colleges provided numerous job opportunities. The training was given to students by the college before the placement sessions. Top recruiting companies visited our campus.
Infrastructure: The college had a good library. Facilities were good. The sports department was excellent and encouraged players to join teams. Our classrooms had projectors, which helped us learn with slides and the topic.
Faculty: This college was autonomous, so the course would be more efficient and current situation-based. Faculty members were quite supportive. The curriculum was expected to be relevant because the college was autonomous. Our teachers were qualified.
Other: Our college organised many events, and the participation of students and staff members was quite commendable. I got admission based on my marks.

It is a good college with good infrastructure and good faculty members.
Placements: There are many opportunities after completing this course at this college. You can do M.A. You can apply for GIS and remote sensing courses at universities. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the highest was 14 LPA to 16 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus was good. The geography department had its own building. The infrastructure of the department was new and vibrant. The department had its own classrooms. The practical apparatus was new and in good condition. No Wi-Fi was available. The department didn't have its own library.
Faculty: Staff members in our department were good and supportive. The department conducted 2 trips. The pass percentage was 35%.
Other: Our college had value for money. Many opportunities were available. Placements were available. As I studied at this college for 3 years, I experienced many things like extracurricular activities, sports, functions, etc. Our department conducted a function called "Vasundhara Festival."

Average college, decent teachers, but not much in the flavour of events.
Placements: B.A. students do not get college placements, but the Modern College psychology department helped many of us with getting a good internship. Internships were unpaid, but I personally learned a lot, from assessing children to interpersonal and managerial skills. After completing the degree, most of my batchmates are now pursuing Masters in psychology.
Infrastructure: The main requirement for any psychology student is cubicles with sufficient testing and experiential apparatus, and Modern College has that. It's not top-class, but definitely above average. We have a canteen in college, and the food there is decent. I don't know about the hostel in detail as I lived in a PG, but according to my friends, the hostel is average and hard to get.
Faculty: Most of the teachers were helpful and knowledgeable; they guided us in all the events. The curriculum is good; it gives a decent idea about various branches and schools of psychology, but not in depth as they cover more topics. This style of curriculum is really great for cracking the entrance exams and getting the basic knowledge of everything about psychology. Exams were moderate.
Other: You don't get a campus in Modern like that of Fergusson or SPPU; it's just buildings and buildings. But the psychology course at Modern is definitely among the top 5 in Pune.
