Excellent college with good infrastructure, trained teachers, and affordable fees.
Placements: Around 80% of people are placed in our group. The package offered for our group is 30 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package offered for our group is 14 Lacs per annum. Mostly, 70% of students get internships in top companies like EY and etc. The roles offered for this course are data analysis.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure available in our college is best compared to other colleges. As a hostel student, I would suggest you take PG outside rather than staying in the college hostel as it's too expensive, and the cost is too high. One major problem in the hostel is that you can't wash your clothes.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable ones. Semester exams are conducted 3 months once in our college, and the pass percentage for all the subjects differs from subject to subject. Moreover, attendance is more important in this college. If you have less attendance, you are not allowed to write the exam.
Other: As I'm interested in coding, I chose this course. This course is one of the basics for data science. There are too many events and fests that happen every month. The campus is fully surrounded by plants.

Our college makes our life pretty and easy for your future.
Placements: Around 80-90% of B.Com students secure placements. Top recruiters are Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Amazon, and ICICI Bank. The highest salary package ranges from 7-10 LPA. The average salary package ranges from 3.5-5 LPA. The lowest salary package ranges from 2-3 LPA. Around 70-80% of students secure internships at companies like Deloitte, PwC, and Cognizant. Roles offered for B.Com graduates are Accounting Executive, Financial Analyst, Tax Consultant, Audit Associate, Investment Banker, and Marketing Executive. These roles provide diverse career path across finance, accounting, marketing, and consulting sectors.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is excellent. Wi-Fi is reliable on campus. Labs are well-equipped. Classrooms are available with modern teaching aids. A comprehensive library with textbooks, e-resources, and journals. Hostel facilities are comfortable, with clean rooms, common areas, and 24/7 security. Mess provided nutritious and varied meals, while the canteen provides snacks and light meals. Medical facilities include basic healthcare with a nurse on duty and access to a nearby hospital for emergencies. Campus also provides sports facilities, including outdoor courts for basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, and more.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive. They provide personalized guidance both inside and outside the classroom. Teaching quality is excellent, with a mix of lectures, discussions, and real-world applications. Course curriculum is relevant and designed to be industry-oriented, providing students with essential skills and practical exposure through internships and projects. Semester exams are challenging, requiring an in-depth understanding and application of concepts. Pass percentage is consistently high, with students performing when well-prepared. Extra classes are available for doubt clarification, and teachers are always available to assist students.
Other: I chose this course because of its strong academic reputation and alignment with my career goals. The best aspect include experienced faculty, a well-rounded curriculum, and opportunities for practical exposure through internships. I feel the course could benefit from more industry-specific workshops and updated resources. Campus i s vibrant, with events, fests, and a dynamic student crowd. Additionally, extracurricular activities, scholarships, and campus surroundings contribute to a holistic learning experience.

B.Sc. in Interior Design Management - Batch of 2023

Can pick the college because of the power of its name outside for good placements.
Placements: In my course, the percentage almost doesn't matter. What matters is your portfolio. Make really good projects. The highest package is 37k, and the lowest is 12k. Internship was optional for us as we were the Covid batch, but in a class of 30, only 3 participated. Companies like Homelane and Rolls offered roles as design project manager and interior designer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, charging points, and smart classrooms are included. A library of decent size is also provided for students. Faculty members are usually not so friendly. The hostel is mostly given to early applicants, and other facilities like sports and medical services are alright.
Faculty: Teachers did their job, nothing more, nothing less. They taught us how to use the software but not completely. I'm not sure if it was because of online classes or if it's generally taught half-cooked, but it was alright. The curriculum needs more real-world knowledge for students to grow because real-world work is nothing like what is being taught. The exams aren't easy, per se, and the pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I honestly didn't have a clue about my course, but all I knew was that I got to design, and that was more than enough for me. The best thing about my course is that you have the freedom to design whatever you want with no restrictions, with countless possibilities design-wise. Money-wise, it could be much better because they don't provide any tools for us, and we have to buy those too after all the fees we paid, so it's double expenditure. Please teach the students how to survive in the real world. A fest like Cul-ah is conducted every year, along with other festivals.

A very good environment, until you do your own work without getting into any issues.
Placements: Around 5 to 6 students were placed in our course. The top recruiters are Indigo and Dream Holidays. 20–25% of students got internships with SOTC holidays, etc. There is huge competition for placement because there are thousands to give a competition to one post-interview for.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-equipped and maintained, and there is a huge library with variety in books, starting from storybooks to subject-related books of each course. Some books are written by college staff themselves. We had books to refer to written by our subject teachers.
Faculty: Exams are stressful teachers are knowledgeable. It provides courses like AI, Excel, HTML, etc. This helps in gaining skills. I had two backlogs. There was no proper understanding of NEAP policy when introduced. The major issue was in language: whether to take regular or functional Kannada.
Other: I wish a change in food services that's offered in Triple C. One pros is that there are plenty of places to spend time with friends. There are events conducted throughout the year.

Life inside: Mount Carmel College.
Placements: My courses had a placement rate of 60%. The highest package offered was 7 lakhs per annum, the lowest was 3 lakhs, and the average was 5 lakhs. Top companies that provided placements included Green Room, Amazon, Tesco, Indigo, and TCS. Approximately 80% of students got internships from my courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Mount Carmel is the best. The labs, classrooms, and library are aesthetically built, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hostel is good, and the food is also good.
Faculty: The teachers at Mount Carmel College are very helpful. They are well-trained and provided me with the guidance I needed to learn the material. The exams were challenging, but not overly difficult. Overall, the difficulty level of the exams is medium, and about 90% of students pass.
Other: I chose this course because I've been a commerce student since the 9th grade. I knew I could excel in this course because I was familiar with all the subjects and topics. The best thing about my course is the career opportunities it offers. While almost everything is perfect, the student body could be improved. On the other hand, the events and fests are like a festival at our college.

Mount Carmel College Bangalore Communication Studies.
Placements: Placements at Mount Carmel College are very tough to get. The average package they say is 4 - 7 LPA. I really don’t have an idea about placements here because I am a newbie and I am in my 1st year. I have done one internship with Indian Artists Collective, which was a non-paying internship. If you want internships, you must be in the good books of the professors.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in my block is really good, while other blocks, like the LSCB block, have very old benches and stuff. However, every classroom in my block has a computer and a projector. If not every class, at least my block does. There is no hostel for boys here, and since this is the first year for boys, girls are chilling around in the hostel. They have told me it's pretty decent, so don’t expect much.
Faculty: The faculty here is really professional. The professors do have personal talks with students if they are having problems with their studies. Also, the administration here is chill, unlike other colleges. When it comes to exams, I had one CIA and one end-sem exam in the 1st semester, and this is how it works in every semester.

I don't have access to real-time schedules for specific institutions. It's advisable to check the official website of Mount Carmel College or contact the college directly to get the accurate start and end timings for BCA classes.
