Somewhat dissatisfied by the infrastructure but good opportunity for events.
Placements: The college offers good training opportunities and internships in top event companies. But the placements are low as compared to the Masters degree. The average placement is only 3-4 Lacs. But at the same time placements also depends a but on the training that has been done throughout the 2 year course period.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of colleges in Mumbai is not so great. There is no big campus. Its only a building where the facilities are provided but you cannot expect a very advanced infrastructure. The canteen in the college is just one with very limited variety.
Faculty: The faculty members are well qualified and knowledgeable about the subject. They are helpful in getting you in good training that will help you learn. But you need to be regular and in good terms with the faculty to explore the best in the college. Most of the knowledge in the course in gained by practical trainings and internships.

NAEMD- Experience in PGDAME '19.
Placements: The placement council is very good. Approximately 85% of the students of the batch were placed. The top roles offered were client servicing, production, operations. 100% of the students got internship opportunities which could also turn into placement offer depending upon the performance of the students. The internship was approximately 2-3 month long so you can do 2 internships in a year that will help in the placement interview.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not available, although the college has a broker who can help you get a home with your own batchmates that will be better to know your batchmates better. The classrooms are well ventilated, has AC and table benches for sitting. The size is big enough to accommodate 160 students at a time.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. We had guest lecture every Saturday where the speaker used to come from different parts of the event industry, such as weddings, live event and corporate event companies. They used to tell us the practical aspects of the events other than theory which in turn helped a lot. This helped us at the time of placements!
Other: This course not only help you in events, but also in aspects of media and marketing as the name suggests. The exposure you get during the course is very good. You get to do many big events like sunburn, the lil flea, top weddings of the country, iifa etc. There is an annual fest of the college named Josh that helps you develop your confidence by participating in different areas.

This is the best college to get industry exposure.
Placements: We had got a great exposure through college and had worked with all the top companies in PR and Media Industry. There are 100% guaranteed placements, but it all depends on how you perform throughout your academic year. The faculty members of our college are very much supportive in terms of getting internships, and they give the right guidance to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is spacious enough for 800 to 1,000 students to accommodate at a time. Our college provides facilities like in-house canteen, Wi-Fi, air-conditioned classrooms with projectors, and 24*7 security surveillance. The food served in the canteen is hygiene with a cheap rates.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are qualified and experienced professionals in the industry. They use the best and new teaching methods for teaching. They divide the course into two parts, which is 50% theoretical and 50% practical knowledge. 80% attendance is mandatory. Students have to participate in the minimum number of events throughout the course.

National Academy of Event Management and Development is good for event management.
Placements: The college provides placements opportunities to the students. The highest salary offered was 4.8 LPA and the lowest package offered was 2 LPA. Around 70% to 80% of the students got placed through college placements. There was no placement cell in the college. Companies like ABEC, Red Cherry and Scarlet came for the placements during my time.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. The classes were fully equipped with projectors and AC. We have WiFi enabled throughout the campus. The college has its library. Our college does not have a big campus; there are no medical facilities, and also, there was no playground on the campus. Our college doesn't have a hostel facility for boys.
Faculty: The teachers were helpful and knowledgeable and were highly-qualified with Masters in their fields. Our college provides high industry exposure and an industry expert used to visit our college frequently. They used to conduct on-field training on a regular basis. The college also provided the internship oppurtunities to its students.
Other: The college event like Josh is celebrated with full enthusiasm, and the student's of other colleges would also take part in the event.

There are really good faculty and placements.
Placements: I'm currently working as a freelancer, but I've good contacts in event industry because of NAMED. College also helps to get your internship or job if you want. The campus interview also happens in the college after completing your course. You must join this college if you want to make your career in event-field.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. They have air-conditioner facility in the classrooms, and the campus is quite big. They have a library too. You can use books if you want or computer is also there. The only problem is classes are on the 5th floor, and they don't have the lift, so it is quite difficult.
Faculty: They have various courses like the diploma, PGDM, BBA in event management and PR. BMS in event management and PR and MBA in event management and PR are offered in the college. They've recently affiliated with the Mumbai University, which is very good for students. Otherwise, it might be affiliated with another university.
Other: The college organizes an event named Josh; it is an inter-college festival. Also, they celebrate other events too.

Other: The college's teaching faculty is very experienced and encouraging. The administration staff is supportive too. The only thing that can be improved is its campus and the facilities in campus. Event coordinators must be sent in outdoor events as well which lacks sometimes. The test and the study material is also very helpful to show where the student exactly stands and practical training gives you exposure to build contacts and also learn the basic things required in event industry.
