Narasaraopet Engineering College: A Brief Review by Students.
Placements: Minimum 45% in both 10th and 12th standards. The highest package is 20 LPA and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Amazon, Wipro, TATA Consultancy. Maximum 80% students got internships and courses related to their branch. Roles like Software Developer, Web Developer.
Infrastructure: The facilities are well and good in our college: high-speed internet, good equipment in labs, and classrooms are clean and hygienic with fans, projectors, and screens. The library has a wide range of books and a digital library. We also have indoor games, a canteen, mess facilities, and a gym.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful in gaining both technical and industrial knowledge, and they are highly experienced and hold doctorates. Our course is relevant to the curriculum, and all students are willing to go into the industry. Semester exams are strictly held by management, the paper level is moderate, and the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course based on my interest in electronics. The best thing about our course is that students will be able to handle both software and hardware. Also, there are fests, extracurricular activities, student scholarships, etc.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2024

If anyone wants a bright future, this is the best place to join.
Placements: We are from the 2020 batch, and we have enjoyed a lot. The total placements from our college amount to 500. The highest package is 11 lakhs, and the lowest package offered is 3.6 lakhs. The companies that recruited include Accenture, TCS, Mindtree, Amdocs, PepsiCo, and many more.
Infrastructure: All necessary infrastructure is available, including Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. Various types of books are available, including storybooks. Everything is very neatly structured, with labs and classrooms that are large, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The labs are also connected to Wi-Fi.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified. They provide support, and the quality of teaching, along with real-life scenarios, is excellent. All teachers behave in a friendly manner, making us feel like we are at home. The environment is also very pleasant.
Other: I would like to suggest joining our college for good placements for everyone.

B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2026

Our college is good with great infrastructure.
Placements: The percentage of students being placed in campus placements is about half of the total number of students passing out. However, there is expected to be a gradual increase in placements in the coming years due to the growth in the semiconductor industry, which is projected to create 10 lakh jobs by 2030. The highest package was offered to a senior student, "K. L Chennai Kesava," with 14.5 LPA by Synopsys. The average package is around 3 LPA, though I don't know about the lowest package. Top recruiting companies for our course include TCS, SAVANTIS, AMDOCS, and PEPSICO. One of our seniors is working as a manager in the semiconductor industry with an 18 LPA salary.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our ECE block is quite large and spacious, with filtered drinking water on each floor. Every classroom is digitalized. There is no special Wi-Fi facility for students, but we have a central library in our block with a digital library accessible through the college website. We have many labs with costly equipment accessible to every student. The college has both A/C and non-A/C rooms for both girls and boys. Wi-Fi is provided to hostel students after college hours. The food here is good but not exceptional. Students can play games after college on the hostel grounds and use the gym in the evenings.
Faculty: The lecturers here are highly qualified, with Ph.D.s in their respective subjects. They are student-friendly and always available to help students clear their doubts. The course curriculum is the same as in other colleges, as it follows the AICTC guidelines. Success in placements depends on the student's hard work. The college organizes various programs to prepare students for placements, including hackathons and CRT classes. Semester exams are manageable if you study; you need to score at least 50% in each subject to pass. The pass percentage is 70%, varying by subject.
Other: The main reason I joined this course is the opportunity to pursue both software and hardware jobs, which boosts confidence. Additionally, there may be significant changes in the electronic and communication field due to rapid digitalization, increasing demand for electronic and communication students in the coming years. This course covers both hardware and software subjects, which other branches may not offer. I believe the present syllabus should be revised to include current trends, making it easier to understand concepts and providing more practical learning experiences. The college hosts many events, including those organized by ITST, IEEE, and others. There are also service organizations like NCC and NSS, which students can join through a selection process announced in advance.

Not fully satisfied with the faculty and placements. The facilities are good.
Placements: 5 to 10 people in my batch got placed; 1.8 lpa is the lowest package, and 4.5 is the highest package. We passed out in pandemic time, so in my course no one joined an internship. There are plenty of companies, MNCs, and startups hiring. We got the placements at the time of pandemic time.
Infrastructure: Nice lab and faculty, hostel, and maintenance were good; making projects practically have to be done from the first year tends to be good; whenever we go outside for doing jobs it will be helpful. For playing sports, there are grounds, and there is time for sports period.
Faculty: Not excellent, but good faculty and teaching; the pass percentage in my course is 100%. Faculty complete the syllabus early, and they conduct tests, which is helpful for us to clear in the semester. It's an autonomous college, so exams are conducted in the college itself and the pass percentage for the students is high.
Other: I took a MCA course to go for an IT side. I improved my skills practically with the help of lab facilities. Events and everything is okay. We get the scholarships, but for the 3rd year we do not get them because the government changed, so they do not provide scholarships for that year.

Thanking you sir for giving me this wonderful opportunity to review my college .
Placements: 70% of students were placed in my course. *) The highest package is 12 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and every year, an average package of 5 LPA is offered in our course. *) The top recruits for my course are Qualcomm, Intel, Synopsys, AMD, and Microsemi. *)When it comes to internships, less students got internships from ECE on the core side; it is very difficult to join as an intern in an MNC company, and Amda recruits our college students. I didn't hear from anyone who got placed in MNC's; they have not gotten a top role but got a fixed job in the company; they were first offered a small position in that company.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for my ECE course are in my college; each classroom contains one smart projector. My ECE block is Wi-Fi-enabled block and Wi-Fi is available in every corners. My college have one library, and there is a digital library as well. My college library have lot of books; each and every departments books are available in that library. My block contains adc lab, ecpc lab, edc lab, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are movies close to us and eco-friendly with us; they don't even hesitate when we are asking a doubt. Most of the time, they are always willing to provide and shake hands with us. It's great to have them around us. My college faculty members are not everyone, but most of them are qualified Ph.D. members, and some of them are also doctorates. The teaching quality is underrated, and they are teaching very down-to-earth. Overall, the teaching quality is excellent. *) No, this course curriculum is not conducive to job-getting opportunities. Not completely, but it had some impact, and it made the students industry-ready. *) The difficulty level in my course is very tough when compared to other courses. The pass percentage of people is above 50%..
Other: I chose the ECE course because it will be helpful for either the information technology or hardware side. The best things about my course are that it tells about hardware technology and gives practical knowledge. *) The thing that would be better implemented in my course curriculum is that college management should be directly involved in MNC companies and give students permission to do internships in MNC companies. *)Teach fest was held last year; the major event is the silver jubilation, connectivity is less on campus, and the and the campus crowd is busy on campus. The campus surroundings are not that interesting. Scholarships are given by the respective governments, and they are useful for middle-class families. Scholarships reduce so many burdens. There is no hike in the scholarship; it all depends on the government.

This year, there were no placements due to the recession.
Placements: This year, no placements due to the recession. In the past 2 years, placements have been decreasing gradually due to the recession. But the campus recruitment training is good here; faculty give their best efforts to teach their students and upgrade their skills.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good to see; the college environment is good, and the college infrastructure is, at all times, very cool. All the infrastructure is recent and has a good environment as well. Trees and plants were growing around the college as well.
Faculty: The faculty is as good as follows: The college faculty has been very experienced, skilled, and masterful in their subjects. Specifically, the ECE faculty is good, and the math faculty is good as professors in universities. In one word, the college faculty is good.
