What is AP ICET?

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) is a state-level MBA and MCA entrance examination conducted for admission to colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. AP ICET is conducted by Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. AP ICET is conducted over a window of two days and two slots. According to APSCHE, as many as 65,000 (approx.) candidates appear for the exam. Around 40,000 (approx.) candidates qualify for the exam. The computer-based test (CBT) is conducted in 43 cities across Andhra Pradesh. The scores of AP ICET is accepted by over 290 colleges across Andhra Pradesh.

Q:   When is the APICET exam conducted?

Q:   What is the qualifying score for APICET?

A:
Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying score refers to minimum marks required to pass the examination. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria will be able to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ICET counselling process. As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying criteria candidates who will secure 25% that is 50 out of 200 hall be eligible for assigning rank on the basis of merit. Q:   In how many cities will the APICET exam be conducted?

APICET 2025 exam will be held across 25 districts of Andhra Pradesh. Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying score refers to minimum marks required to pass the examination. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria will be able to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ICET counselling process. As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying criteria candidates who will secure 25% that is 50 out of 200 hall be eligible for assigning rank on the basis of merit. It is an exam for Andhra Pradesh colleges for MBA and other courses. And, moreover it depends on what kind of caste or reservation you have. So, if you have at least 1-200 rank for OC for opting Andhra University. If you are not OC, you might have luck on your side while counselling. Maybe, you can get a seat. But, one thing is for sure, if you go for Andhra University, you'll get seat in top ten colleges.

Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying score refers to minimum marks required to pass the examination. Candidates meeting the qualifying criteria will be able to appear for the Andhra Pradesh ICET counselling process. As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET qualifying criteria candidates who will secure 25% that is 50 out of 200 hall be eligible for assigning rank on the basis of merit. AP ICET 2025 Counselling

APSCHE will announce AP ICET 2025 counselling dates at icet-sche.aptonline.in soon after results are announced. Candidates will be able to exercise web options after registering for counselling process. AP ICET counselling 2025 seat allotment result will be announced tentatively in third week of August 2025. Candidates from first to last ranks will be eligible to register for the AP ICET 2025 counselling process.

AP ICET counselling registration 2024 commenced online. Candidates ranking from first to last could register for AP ICET counselling. Prior to registration process, candidates must have ensured to keep the following documents ready:

  • APICET Rank Card
  • Transfer Certificate (T. C)

The application fee for the AP ICET 2025 exam is INR 650/- ( for Other Categories); INR 600/- (for Backward Class); INR 550/- (for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes) candidates, which is inclusive of a fee amount and a service tax of INR 29.50. In case of unsuccessful payment status, candidates will be refunded the amount paid within seven working days. Candidates must ensure to enter the details correctly while paying the application fee. The last date of Andhra Pradesh ICET 2025 application submission by paying the late fee amount of INR 5000 will be notified. AP ICET 2025 registrations will commence in first week of March. Candidates will be able to apply for the exam without late fee tentatively till first week of April. Candidates failing to register on or before last date of registration without late fee will be required to pay the late fee along with the Andhra Pradesh ICET application fee prescribed category wise. Candidates failing to meet the first deadline will have to further pay the late fee of INR 2000, INR 3000 and INR 5000 as per the schedule.

Q:   I have registered for the APICET exam, why am I not issued admit Card?

A:

If candidates leave APICET registration incomplete, they will not be issued hall ticket for the exam. In case they are not issued the admit card, they have to check the application status or check the receipt of the application confirmation email or SMS after registration. While filling the application form candidates must have ensured to complete all the details in the APICET application form soon after paying the application fee. Incase the payment has been successful, candidates will be unable to download the hall ticket they must immediately contact at the helpdesk of AP ICET. The AP ICET 2025 admit card will be available for download till the date of examination. It is an important documents that has to presented on the day of examination. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the examination hall without the admit card.
