A fantastic college for Hospitality Management.

Placements: We've observed excellent placements in the past 5 years, and it's a good thing to have placements. The highest package is INR 16 LPA, and students are placed not only in India but in many other countries, but internships are not much available at this college.

Dr. YSR National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management is good.

Placements: Our college is famous for tourism and hospitality. Our batch and our seniors got good placements and internships. Students got placements in many companies like Thomas Cook, SOTC, Cox & Kings, EBIX Travels, Rainbow Travels, and 5-star property hotels, and corporate events companies, etc. The job roles offered were sales and operations. We had a separate placements coordinator.

It is a request to all my young and energetic juniors, don't join this college.

Placements: There are very few placements for tourism sector and hospitality. Westin trident and lemon tree companies visit for hospitality sector students. Cox and Kings, Thomas Cook for the tourism sector students. Until the director Mr XXX is in the college, we cannot expect good placements.

The faculty are just awesome and good placements.

Placements: The placements are done as per the choice of students. Almost 80% of our senior batch has got placed. The starting salary may be low, but it will be increased as your work gets experienced. The roles may be the front office manager, chef FnB service and housekeeping.

Best institute to learn Hospitality.

Placements: Placements are best. Till now more than 12 companies came to campus for MT and HOT. Almost all the students got job offers from various hotels and other hospitality related industries like airlines, retails etc. This campus provides 100% placements and it happens here.

The college is average to learn good.

Placements: Almost, 100% placement assistance is provided for the students, but it is up to the students to get the job on their ability. Director and principal put the good effort to bring the placements into the college. The average salary is Rs. 15,000 per month for entry level in the hotel and the resorts.

Well experienced faculty and also best about the placements.

Placements: The Institution assures 100% placement, almost all the top companies come forward for the course we do for both Tourism and Hospitality Management. The roles for the placements depend on the experience and for the level students are suitable. The college provides the best, rest depends on the performance of the student.

I have had a very good experience in NITHM College that I’ll never forget. But there is no management and even they would not help their student in placement or in a career guidance also. But if you want only an easy degree and course then it would be the best option. And for the North Indian candidate, please don’t prefer this college.

It is nice experience with NITHM , good Faculty members, quality education, entertainment with cultural activities. I can say one thing it will new world for me. You will have hostels inside the campus with good facilities, Internet connection, Hot water, also there is small ground for sports. Every semester they take us to historical places as a part of education.

A good environment with poor management skills.

Placements: I got placement in green park Chennai. I'm happy with my placement. I got job in housekeeping as a HOT. There is plenty of opportunities for who having skills and knowledge. But again here management is not giving potential support to students as well as placement and training department.
