National Post Graduate College - NPGC Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Lucknow

Placements: The top recruiting companies included in the BFSI sector with companies like Federal Bank and BPOs visiting the campus. Average package would be 3,00000. There was no structured internship programme of the college during my tenure in the college which was a drawback.

Placements: Our college provided decent placements. Average salary package offered in our college was nearly 4 LPA. Companies like IBM Daksh, Concentrix Daksh, Alight Solutions, British Telecom, etc., visited the campus for recruitment during our course duration.

Placements: In my opinion, placements in our college are average. Around 40-60% of the students from our course get placed. The college is not huge. I don't know about the salary offered to the students because I did not get placed. There are many courses which have a high placement rate, but in BA course there are a few percentages of placements.

Placements: A good amount of students from our course got placed. About 60% of the students from our course got placed in HCL. Other companies also recruited. College also conducts many seminars related to recruitment for the students, which helps the students to get the best recruitment.

Placements: Placements here are good and enough, and top MNCs recruit skilled students. Entrepreneurship is really encouraged, and our college provides its support to students to motivate them according to their interest.

Placements: Most of the students were placed at MNCs. Getting a package from 2.26 lacs to 2.8 lacs Companies that came were - HCL, TCS, etc. Roles of software associate were offered. 20-30% got placement in the good companies. No extra curricular activities are there. Just study.

Placements: Almost 10% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 7,000 per month. Top recruited companies were Google and HCL. Top roles offered were a sales manager. The salary package offered was Rs. 10 LPA. Almost 70% of the students got an internship in companies and various banks like State Bank of India, LIC, BOB, etc.

Placements: Best college for B.A. Degree in Uttar Pradesh, our college offers various courses in B.A. Like English, political Science, economics, anthropology, geography, physical education, sociology and etc. Geography and Economics are best taught in the college.

Placements: If we talk about placements in BBA course is very rare as the companies do not hire for the industry-specific Job role as per students education background major offering are from BPO sector and salary packages for non technical background ranges between 2.4lac to 3.5lac for the role of CCE and average salary is around 2.5lac while internship is basically searched by students college administration do not play any role in it. Maximum internships are completed from Banks, ITC, Sahara and startups...

Placements: Around 40% of the students were placed in B.Com and were call centre jobs. The top recruiting companies are Alight, Concentrix, British telecom, AON. No student got an internship.

Placements: Placements were offered mainly for courses like B.voc BCA. However, it is also offered for other courses, if you are communication skills are better. Companies like Concentrix, Cognizant, etc., visit our campus for placements. The salary package ranges from 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA in cities like Gurgaon, Noida, and Delhi.

Placements: During placements, companies mostly include the BPO profile. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the average salary package offered was of 1.5 lacs. Placements were not 100% most of the students didn't get any job. About 30-40% of students were got placed through campus placements.

Placements: Maximum 100 to 200 students are placed. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month and the maximum salary package offered is 1-2 LPA. Companies were Google, HCl, BPO sectors, etc. Around 10-30 students are placed with an average salary package of 1-2 LPA. Internships are satisfactory enough. Last year 10-15 students were recruited.

Placements: 10 to 20% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 20-25 LPA. Average salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 5 LPA. Most BPO companies visit the college. Rarely companies related to our course visit here. Placements: College provides better placement opportunities as compared to other colleges in Lucknow as it provides campus placement in graduations only. At our time companies like IBM, HP was offering jobs, and a good quantity of students got selected, approximately 70% of students got placed at that time, maybe the placements are increased these years. The average salary package offered was 2.5 LPA to 3 LPA. So overall performance in placement was good, and the placement cell is also doing good.

Placements: Placements are not good. Mostly in sales and marketing companies offered with low packages. Few good companies visited the college. The salary is the same as offered by other companies for Freshers, but the location and the job positions are not good. Wipro was the only good company came at our time. Placements: Placements as of now are not very good, but it has the best placements around the city which we see as a good thing according to a government college in the city like Lucknow. Being a student at this college made me get the placement of around 3-4 LPA.

Placements: When it comes to placement for BCA NPGC has very decent placements as compared to any other degree college in Lucknow. In technical HCL visited the campus for BCA and B.Sc. students and in non-technical concentrix visited the campus. For BCA students, NPGC has the best placements in the entire Lucknow and UP region. I myself got selected in HCL Lucknow as a software developer and TCS as application developer.

Placements: Many students got placed in companies like Wipro, TCS, etc. To get placed in these companies, you have to qualify their tests and interviews. Most of the students from senior batch and our batch got placed in these companies. They get a salary package of approximately 2 LPA.
