National Post Graduate College - NPGC Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Lucknow

Placements: Only a handful of students get placed here, and most of the students opt for masters. The salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS and Wipro visit our campus for placements. Once, Google also visited this only college of Lucknow. Many students do not opt for placements.

Placements: The college does not give placements to B.Com students. Though it is affiliated with Lucknow University, companies do not come for job offers. Minimal training is offered to get job by their own. There is no structured placement cell in the college.

Placements: Only HCL visited the campus for placement, but B.A. students do not get opportunities as compared to other courses. Afterward, whatever opportunities came they are not up to the mark, and there is no job security in those jobs. It's was not good.

Placements: The placements are quite good. Approximately 60% of students got placed. If you want to go for higher studies, it is very good. With 20-30 companies coming for our branch, about 40-60% of students got placed. Our placement record has been good. The average package offered is around 6-7 LPA. Nokia, Samsung, and several other companies are among the top firms. However, there was a slight decrease in placements this year.

Placements: The combined batch strength for BBA and BBA-MS is around 120. Of which, around 15-20 were offered jobs from campus placements. Few big names that come to campus are HCL, TCS, and Cognizant, which offer packages of around 2.5 LPA. Some local firms of Lucknow, Noida, Delhi and Gurgaon come and offer placements with packages of 1.8 LPA to 2.0 LPA. As far as internships are concerned, the students of BBA and BBA-MS are supposed to do at least 1 summer internship at the end of their 4th semester. No ...

Placements: Only average companies approach here for placements, and the salary packages offered are also very minimal. But it is good for B.A. students. The placement process here is very difficult. Only a few students get placed every year. I would not recommend this college if you want placement.

Placements: Google visited our campus for placement in the previous year. Our college offers very good placements, and many companies visit the campus for placements. There is a different cell that looks for placements. Almost every student gets placed. Many MNCs visit the college for placements.

Placements: Around 40% of students got placed in my batch. I don't know much about the packages offered. Infosys is one of the top recruiting companies. You'll get many job opportunities, but the packages won't be that good. You'll mostly get the profile of call centre.

Placements: HCL was the top recruiting company in the year 2018. The package offered by HCL was around 2 Lacs per annum. Since it was our UG course, there was no internship in our curriculum. However, you can gain good practical knowledge. It depends upon students whether they want to sit for placement drives or not.

Placements: I got placed in Amazon for the position of customer service associate. The salary offered ranges from Rs. 10,000- 13,000 per month. Companies like Wipro and HCL visit our college to hire students for a customer service role. There were no other major recruiters, and only 10% of the students got placed here.

Placements: Not many companies visited our college to hire B.Com students. Some good companies like Wipro visited our college to hire students for a customer care role with a salary up to Rs 20,000 per month. The jobs offered are mainly located in Noida. The salary package offered is not very high. Placements are not very good here.

Placements: Most of the students of our course opt for an MBA, so they don't attend the placement process. The salary package offered here ranges from 2 LPA-3.2 LPA. Some of the companies which recruit students from here are Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL and few others. Students have to find an internship at the end of the 2nd year on their own and create a report about their learning.

Placements: Very less students got placed from our course. The highest salary offered here was Rs. 15,000 per month. There were no placement opportunities. Google and Wipro visited here to offer call centre jobs. Students will rarely opt for placements because there are no opportunities. Our college is good only for studies, and there is no life in National PG College.

Placements: HCL came to our college and recruited students. HCL offered the same salary package of 2 LPA. In our college, you have to get an internship on your own as they don't help you.

Placements: National post graduate college provides placement assistance to students of various different streams. Students from streams like B.Com B.Voc B.Sc. BBA get placed with some top notch companies. Over the years, various top MNC like Google, Wipro, HCL came to recruit students from the college.

Placements: As of now, I am in 3rd year, and the placement process is going on for our seniors. Around 75% of students were placed in top companies like Wipro and HCL. As per my knowledge, there is no internship in our college as I haven't seen any student doing an internship in our college. The minimum package offered is 2 LPA, and the maximum package is 5 LPA, according to my knowledge. The maximum package can be more, but the minimum package can't be less than that.

Placements: I suggest that if you are taking admission to this college for the sake of placements, then clear your mind. This college will not provide good placements if you are in commerce or arts. There are chances of getting a good placement if you're a science student. The companies which come for offering placements are usually local companies, but sometimes, HCL and Google also recruit students.

Placements: Companies visited our college to offer placements in BPO services and technical services. Companies like Atmecs, TCS and Wipro visited our campus. But only TCS recruited students for technical jobs like server handling, etc. Wipro recruited students for BPO services.

Placements: Placements are not very impressive. Although companies like TATA, HCL, Wipro and IBM come to recruit, the number of students actually selected are very less. The batch of 2020 had only 8-10 students placed out of almost 250, though many don't even sit for placement. The highest placement was 2,50,000 per annum. The companies mostly offer roles in the marketing domain. Internships are rarely offered, that too in the final year. So if you want an internship in the first two years, you have to sear...
