National PG college is the best college in Lucknow in terms of education.

Placements: In our batch, only 5-6 people got selected. Out of 330 students, only 9-10 candidates who appeared for the interview were selected. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 20000 per month, the lowest salary offered was Rs. 12000 per month and the average was of Rs. 16,000-17000 per month. Mainly the roles offered to the students were call centre jobs and dealing with the clients. 8-10% of the students got internships. There's no placement cell in the college.

Availability of good faculty for students.

Placements: Many companies had arrived for placement in our batch as well as our senior batch. Approximately 30% of students get placed every year, and the average salary package offered by the companies was 2 LPA. The private banking sector had mostly visited at that time, offering HRM, customer relationship manager jobs to students. Approximately 50% of students got an internship from college. The training was very helpful in making anybody more efficient for joining the private sector.

The college has a decent infrastructure, and good teachers to guide students in their path.

Placements: Placements are provided in our college to students. BPO companies visit the college for placements and offer a role of salesperson, which is not so worth according to the capabilities of the students. At the graduation level, it's not worth to provide BPO level jobs by the college.

A decent college in Lucknow.

Placements: Our college has decent placement. Mostly student pursue further studies but many get job in consultancy services. HCl, Wipro and many other local technology come for placements. Maximum package is about 4 Lacs. Lack of internship placement by college, students look on their own for internships sometimes adds of internship posted by students too.

Companies like Concentrix, British Telecom and Google awards etc. Visited inside campus. Mostly jobs were of BPO sector some of them were of technical field and no internship offers. Good college for graduation.

Placements: The companies come for placements are mostly BPO's and some BFSI whereas two to four IT companies for BCA students. Placement process is conducted really well everyone gets an fair opportunity. Most of the students sit for placement drives many of them get selected as well but very few join because of the BPO job. As far as placement percent is considered I would say that is somewhere around 85% ( Students sit for placement drives for that percent is mentioned). Salary ranges between 10k to 25k ...

NPGC, a college cum UG/PG school.

Placements: Some of the call centres approached the college 2-3 times, but the packages were not lucrative. Proper guidance was not given to the students. However, it was just a satisfactory response in regards to placement. The placements are not up to the mark.

The college is great for the students, who want to study, and good for the others too.

Placements: The placements in the college are diverse. However, the jobs are limited and mostly see companies of BPO and call centres. The students, who want to move out can see this college as a good option because NPGC attracts the companies from Gurgaon. Recently, Google participated in the placement drive and gave a great place to the students. The drive ranges from mild to stringent interviews and selection process. Overall, NPGC is great with the placements.

It is a good college for commerce and art students.

Placements: The placement and internship are available. We have a good scope on the career of students. The stipend for the internship is not more than 100-200 per day. The internship helps in building career. The college is good, and faculty members are also good enough and fine.

Overall, NPGC is the best college if you want to study in Lucknow.

Placements: The National P.G College certainly has an active placement cell which works really hard to get students the job they require. I won't say that it's one of the best, but it is certainly an above average college where placement is one of the main concerns. Various companies visit the college during the placement season of the college. Mostly banking companies come for recruitment.

This college is like a school.

Placements: The placements were mainly in call centres. Many companies come for it. Approximately, 20% of the batch is placed in B.Com. The jobs vary from store manager to call centre and BPO, etc. The highest package for my batch is around Rs. 20,000 per month while the lowest can be approximately Rs. 8,000 per month, but the campus placement is only limited as around 8 to 10 companies come every year. The college does not send us for the internship. You can do it on your own wish.
