Satisfied with the placements and staffs.
Placements: In 2021, batch placements were impressive; most students—nearly 80%—got placed in their final year during campus placements. Bristol Myera, Infosys, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IBM and 20+ other companies are arranging the interviews. The average package offered was 5 LPA and the lowest was 3.6 LPA. The top role is data scientist.
Infrastructure: Apart from studying, college is known for its campus activities. We have many events on campus; the annual fest is the most famous. Wi-Fi is available on campus, our labs are very clean, and all apparatus is in working condition. The library is big; it has all kinds of books. The hostel provides good-quality facilities, and the food is healthy and tasty. They include fruits and eggs for breakfast. At the cultural fest, many gaming competitions were organized.
Faculty: Teachers at our college are helpful and supportive in nature. Our HOD, sir, organized expert talks and an alumni day for students to better understand industrial conditions. In our curriculum, we have a total 4 semesters. In each semester, we have 5 subjects: 3 are fixed and 2 are choicable. Our college has an excellent passing percentage of 90%.
Other: I wish some basic facilities like water and parking would be better.

Good to go with NWIMSR, Pune.
Placements: Almost every student in our batch got a placement. I got placed at SG Analytics as a talent acquisition intern, later converted into a full-time job. The top recruiting company is BCG, which hires two students as data analysts with an 8.7 LPA. We all got one internship in our final semester; some companies give stipends, and some do not depend on their requirements.
Infrastructure: Facilities given by the college are separate desktops, mineral water, and Coursera course subscriptions. Wi-Fi is available all over campus and we have a big, newly built library. The hostel is a little away from college, but the facilities are not good. The food is moderate in quality, and the canteen food is good but it was overpriced.
Faculty: Faculty members frequently interact with students and try to solve their doubts. Some faculty members are qualified from the IIM MBA program, which requires confidence, public communication and personality, but the curriculum is not enough to develop such skills. Some changes in the curriculum are needed for semester exams, which are hard to score 30 out of 80.
Other: I chose MBA because it suits my ambition and goals. The course curriculum needs to be updated.

    My experience with NWIMSR.
Placements: Our institute takes utmost training and provides suitable job opportunities to all students. Various big MNCs and Indian companies are invited for final year placements. Regular mock interviews, workshops, and soft skill sessions are held to train students. Internships are mostly provided; I got an internship at Pune Polymer with an 18,000 stipend.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were excellent and good. There is a shortage of rooms in our time so it is allotted on a basis of merit. But 2 hostels are under construction now. We cannot enjoy our campus life due to the pandemic; there are no fests or sports games for our batch. We are the most unlucky batch.
Faculty: Teachers mainly conduct their lectures via Zoom meetings. They use many YouTube videos to explain concepts. But it has certain restrictions; lecture timing is from 10 AM to 2 PM, after which 2 hours are given for practical sessions. The course makes us corporate-ready; it is affiliated with Pune University.
Other: I wish I could enjoy some fest and cultural event but overall have a good experience in college.

Absolutely satisfied with placements, faculty, and campus life.
Placements: Good placement; I got placed in Spacewalk as a relationship manager. Our college conducts regular placement talks and aptitude tests, so we do not feel any pressure during the placement process. Reliance, Spacewalk, HDFC, AU Small Finance Bank come for hiring drives. Initially, we get internship opportunities in regional Pune companies. The top role offered is a business analyst.
Infrastructure: Our college is highly reputed in Pune. The infrastructure of the college is the best, with a green and friendly environment on campus. Wi-Fi is available everywhere in the campus and buildings. Hostel rooms are good, but facilities are average, and sometimes there is a shortage of water and electricity. Mess food is good. Students themselves organize sports events during cultural fests.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful; they conduct mock interviews and tests before any company comes for hiring. They try to place as many students as possible. The course curriculum is provided by the university, and it is more balanced in terms of real-world situations. We have four semester exams, which are difficult, but if we follow the teachers' notes and sessions, it is very easy to crack the tests.

The college has a great campus and infrastructure.
Placements: Our college has a good placement cell and around 80% of the students were placed. The highest salary package offered was Rs. 2 LPA and the average was around Rs. 40,000–Rs. 80,000. Internships were also provided and the stipend depends on the companies, maybe around Rs. 10000.
Infrastructure: Every student lives in the hostels and I love the life of hostels. There is a very low hostel fee, and the food provided is really good. twice: food of the best quality and breakfast. The charges are payable on a yearly basis for living and food. So it's quite good compared to the students living outside the campus on rent and managing their daily lives. External Expenses: Rs. 4000–Rs. 7000.
Faculty: The course curriculum was good and aligned with the central board. I chose this course because I wanted to. The faculty were also good and in our class, there were about 40 students. The teaching method was decent enough to understand the program. The exams were timely. Class size;-77 The course costs INR 149000 per year.

Annual fest and flash mob are amazing.
Placements: Placements are not good. They promised full placement at the time of admission but only 50% of the students in the batch were placed. The top recruiting company is Deloitte; it hires one candidate in the business analyst role and gives him an 8 LPA package. 100% of students in class get internships but the stipend is approximately 12,000 rupees.
Infrastructure: Our campus is the most refreshing environment with all the stress. Every year, we have flash mobs, cultural events, sports events (football, cricket, volleyball, chess, kabaddi, etc.) and many sports competitions. Hostel facilities are less and the facilities provided are also of lower quality. The canteen setting arrangement and facilities are good.
Faculty: MBA student must have highly good communication skills, management skills & analytical skills faculty have experience in the corporate world; they train us and build our essential skills. The course curriculum needs to be replaced; it should include events and practical skill development. Exams are difficult but in our batch, 90% of students pass.
