    Q:   Is NIT Agartala good for B.Sc.?

    A:
    {Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

    Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here's what we've gathered:

    * Teaching Quality: Most students agree that the teaching quality is good, with many professors being experienced and knowledgeable. However, some students mention that the teaching style may vary, making it challenging for students from certain regions to understand.
    * Course Curriculum: The curriculum is considered relevant and prepares students well for industry requirements.
    * Research Opportunities: NIT Agartala offers good research opportunities, especially in fields like physics and mathematics.
    * Infrastructure and Facilities: The college has a good infrastructure, with modern classrooms, libraries, and recreational spaces. The hostels are also comfortable, although the mess food could be improved.
    * Placement and Internship: While the placement record is decent, with around 40-50% of students getting placed, some students feel that the college could do more to support students in securing jobs. Around 7/8 students get internships, and these are often with reputed companies like Google, Infosys, and Microsoft.

    Overall, while NIT Agartala has its strengths, it's essential for prospective students to weigh the pros and cons carefully before deciding whether the institution suits their needs.

    Here's a summary in bullet points:

    * Pros:
    + Good teaching quality
    + Relevant course curriculum
    + Research opportunities
    + Modern infrastructure and facilities
    + Decent placement record

    * Cons:
    + Teaching style might vary
    + Limited support for students seeking placements
    + Average food in the mess

    Note: These points are based on the reviews provided and are intended to give a balanced view of NIT Agartala's B.Sc. program.

    Q:   How successful is the placement cell in securing jobs for B.Sc. students at NIT Agartala?

    A:
    {Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

    Placement Cell's Success Rate for B.Sc. Students

    Based on the student reviews and feedback, here is what we can infer about the placement cell's success rate for B.Sc. students:

    * Limited Information: Unfortunately, there is limited information available regarding the placement cell's performance specifically for B.Sc. students. Most reviews focus on general aspects of the institute, such as faculty, infrastructure, and amenities.
    * No Direct Feedback: None of the reviews provided direct feedback on the placement cell's success rate or percentage of placements secured by B.Sc. students.

    Given the lack of concrete data, it is challenging to assess the effectiveness of the placement cell for B.Sc. students. However, it is essential to remember that this assessment might not be representative of every individual's experience. We encourage readers to seek additional information from the institution itself or other reliable sources.

    Conclusion
    While we couldn't find direct evidence of the placement cell's success rate for B.Sc. students, we recommend exploring alternative sources or contacting the institution directly for further information. This will allow potential applicants to make a more informed decision about their academic choices.

    It's for 2023, you will be received some information of college campus related.
    Placements: 40-50 percent of the student were placed this year. The highest is 22 LPA and the lowest is 6 LPA and average is 9-10 LPA. IT sector related. 70 of the student got internship in this year, Microsoft and varies other companies. Professor and it sector related.
    Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is fast and available everywhere in college campus, labs are good, I mean okay, some classroom are excellent and some are okay, library is excellent. Hostel facilities are very good but mess food are not very well, but canteen food is good, madical facilities is good, sports facilities is excellent.
    Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable but some teachers teaching quality is not good. Yes course curriculum is relevant. Yes it make students industry ready. First year is easy, farther year it will become difficult. Pass percentage is 40 %. .
    Other: It's have computing, it is the base reason. Students have so much time to learn coding. If this course become BT-MT, IT will be better for student, events and fest is very good, connectivity is good.

    Review of NIT Agartala - National Institute of Technology.
    Placements: There are 25 seats in our batch. The highest salary package offered was 25 LPA. The top recruiting companies are mainly IT. This branch is underrated among students despite having good potential.
    Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available on our campus and hostel. There are computer laboratories for coding. The library is also excellent. All the necessary commodities are available on our campus like NITA Hospital and sports complex. Games like lawn tennis, table tennis, basketball, badminton courts, football, and cricket ground are also available. Gym is also available. Swimming pool is under construction. There is a shopping complex as well. Temples are also available. It has a TSR park and a guest house. Hostel facilities are good. The food served in the mess is average. The department of the MNC branch is built in the KV building.
    Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. The difficulty level of the exams is difficult, and students should follow classes precisely. Second-year classes are conducted by CSE faculty members.
    Other: I opted for this course because I wanted to learn coding as well as mathematics. This course is a good alternative to CSE.

    This college is very underrated but things are different here.
    Placements: I am studying BSMS Physics here. This is a pure science course. Most of the students in this course go for higher studies, including me. As this is an engineering college, most of the companies focus on B.Tech. students. Even though BSMS students can also get placement, they have a good CGPA and skills. The highest package given here is 52 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA and the average is 5 LPA. Top recruiters includes Google, Infosys, Texas, IBM, Bharat petroleum, Indian Oil, etc.
    Infrastructure: The facilities on the campus are good. All students will get 2 GB of Wi-Fi per day. The speed of Wi-Fi is adjustable but sometimes there will be connectivity problems. Classrooms are also good. The campus has a big library with a capacity of more than 5,000 books. When compared to the labs of other research institutes like IISER, NISER, etc. The lab facilities here are a bit smaller. But for B.Tech, it is okay.
    Faculty: Most of the faculty members at this college are Ph.D. holders and well-experienced. The teaching quality is also good. But because of the difference in accent, students like me, who come from South India, find it difficult to understand the classes. The course curriculum is relevant. The difficulty of semester examinations is above average. Students should score 40% in order to pass.
    Other: I am very interested in research. That's why I chose this course. I actually tried for research institutions like IISER, but because of a certificate error, my seat got cancelled. Then I found the BSMS course here and applied. There is a myth that this campus has less connectivity, but as in Kerala, the connectivity is good. The campus has a good greenery as it is mostly covered in forest.

    The department is average, but it would fulfil your needs.
    Placements: I am from the BSMS mathematics course. Most of the students in our course opt to continue further studies. The college gives equal opportunities to every student to sit for placements, even if you are from a general background. It is a win situation, but you have to sit placements with CSE students.
    Infrastructure: The quality of facilities is average, but the infrastructure is good. There is an enriched library and lots of labs to enable you to do research on any kind of topic. The food in the canteen is average.
    Faculty: Teachers are very helpful here. Passing the exam is not a problem. Just by the course curriculum, you can't be industry-ready. You have to work hard on your own. Semester exams are average, but the pass percentage is high. The teaching quality overall is below average, but there are some very good and knowledgeable teachers. In our department, usually, non-technical aspects are focused, but teachers provide everything. It is up to students.

    It is the best NIT of North-East India.
    Placements: Out of 10, more than 6 students get placed every year. The highest package offered was 10 LPA, and the average package was more than 5.5 LPA. Brilliant Coaching Centre, Allen Career Institute, and GALE came here. Every 4 students out of 10 get internships. After completing the course, you will be able to sit in any medicine company, paint company, oil company and many other industries.
    Infrastructure: Labs are highly maintained. Special apparatus is available in the field of Nano Science. The classrooms are very neat and clean. A library is available in the department, and there is a central library on campus. Nita Hospital is inside the campus. You will get mess food according to your choice (from the northern, southern, north-east, veg etc).
    Faculty: Almost every teacher in the department is highly qualified and a PhD holder from NITs, IITs, and other top colleges from India and abroad. You will get every possible help regarding placements from CCD. You will have to score at least 45% to pass the subjects. Semester exams are not very tough, and you can easily pass if you study on a daily basis.
    Other: The college fest is known as Moksha. Every year, Moksha comes with new vibes with the super star singers of Bollywood. Campus is surrounded with greenery. It has the biggest sports complex among all the NITs. Hostel facilities are of A1 class. It is situated 2 km from Jirania railway station, 13 km from Agartala City, and 22 km from Agartala airport.

    The teaching quality is average.
    Placements: Placements were good for our batch, but none of the students got placed from our senior batch. Our teachers are not supportive regarding placements. Our batch was the first batch to attend the placement drives. The previous batches did not get placement, and the teachers are still not supportive.
    Infrastructure: The quality of infrastructure is good, but the food served in the hostel is totally bad; it's not edible. The classrooms are good. Our director set a rule that every student has to eat in the mess; no student is allowed to eat outside which is very oppressing for students.
    Faculty: Most of the teachers are not helpful, and their classes are not up to the mark. They teach only theory and give notes. They pressurise students to do a PhD under them. Some of the teachers are not that knowledgeable.
