One of the best college if you're from or around Bangalore and Udupi.

Placements: The placements for our batch are comparatively better to the most of the colleges around our college. But the highest number of students that got placed are from the CS, IS, and E&C departments. Most of them get the internships as well. But as of the other branches, the placement rate is less.

I am satisfied with everything that I am getting and that I got from my college.

Placements: It has good placement for IT sector like Sony, Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, and many more. There are few placements for civil and some for mechanical like L&T, etc. The highest placement took place in 2017, that is around 700-800 students were selected, and the lowest was around 300-500. It has placement cell, and it is too efficient. They train us very well and support us and tell the selected student to organise some exam, so the junior get to know what to do during placement, and it is mandato...

I recommend you to join this college.

Placements: Placements here are pretty good compared to other colleges in this area. 90% of the computer science students are placed every year. The average salary is 4 lakh. Many students get placed in core companies. All the students of computer science get internships from the college. The average stipend is 1.5 LPA.

Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology - My Alma Mater

Placements: NMAMIT is famous for its placements. In the year 2016, many companies had visited the campus. These included Allegion, Infosys, Accenture, Sony, Oracle, VMWare, Wipro, Wallmart and MindTree. Overall placement was almost 100% and the call letter was also received very early. Some companies like Infosys had sent the call letter in the month of February and the DOJ was 10 days after the final paper.

Satisfied, good placement opportunity, student-friendly campus.

Placements: All the eligible students got placed in some or the other company. Many IT core companies visit here and students from all the branches apply and a good number of them get placed in these companies. Mass Recruiters like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro and IBM take 200+ students each year. Some companies offer packages up to Rs 17 LPA, and CS students get placed in those companies. Now, some companies are even visiting to hire Business Analysts from Engineering. If you are good in academics and have a ...

Infrastructure of the college is good. Hostel facilities are very good. It has one of the best hostel facilities in Mangalore. Placement is also good and the faculty is just average. If you want in-depth knowledge then you need to study on your own. Any kind of spoon feeding is not promoted.

This college has a good campus and faculty members. The library is well sophisticated. There are nice green areas to study or spend spare time. A park is also available inside the campus. Some hotels are located nearby. The college canteen is not so great but it is edible. The hostels are average but the food in hostels is edible. The classrooms are well sophisticated. Many small snack shops and juice shops are available inside the campus for break time. Strict rules are followed by the college...

NMAMIT is a pretty well-known autonomous college for the quality education it provides because of the excellent lecturers. The infrastructure is good and the college has shown excellent placement results, especially for the computer science branch. The labs are quite well equipped, but the campus Wi-Fi is limited. It has joined hands with several top companies. It also has the basic facilities for an engineering college. But it doesn't have a parking area for the vehicles.

College has a good reputation and has good placements record too. But is situated in an extremely isolated area. No exposure. Faculty Members are good and experienced, but some are narrow minded. Food quality is good in the hostel but taste sucks. In short, some pros of the college would be the scenic location of the college, great infrastructure, good faculty members, placements and the college is full of activities and fests throughout the year. Not to forget about the few cons; strict attenda...

The College is situated 1 hour from Mangalore, and it is basically in a remote place but the surrounding areas are really green and beautiful. The College is really good, only bettered by NITK Surathkal and MIT (Manipal). Although, it is good but it's really improving its facilities as it is trying to become a Deemed College. There are remarkable changes taking place, ever since I joined this college, especially the sports section, they are constructing sports facilities of national levels as th...

Good college, great placement and even better campus life. It has groomed every student from being a shy new student to a professional engineer. It is a reputed college and has completed 25+ years. There is something called as a robotics lab where one can work on different robotics related projects.

NMAMIT is one of the best college in South Canara. Faculty is good, but not great, most of the time you will find new faces. Few old lectures are really great. It is an autonomous college so the expectation from students is also high. Placement wise, it is average. Not many companies visit but mass recruiters like infosys, TCS take students in bulk. A few core companies do visit. CSE is the best department in this college.

He is the most energetic person who works hard for all to get placed in good companies. The faculty is good and the facilities are nice.

If you are a foodie, sorry this place would disappoint you as there is nothing great in and around the campus, the disadvantage of studying in a rural campus.
