Placements: Placement was good For CS, ECE & IS branches. Jobs offered were for a software engineer or developer. For core branches, merely 4-5 companies visited. Placements: All the eligible students got placed in some or the other company. Many IT core companies visit here and students from all the branches apply and a good number of them get placed in these companies. Mass Recruiters like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro and IBM take 200+ students each year. Some companies offer packages up to Rs 17 LPA, and CS students get placed in those companies. Infrastructure of the college is good. Hostel facilities are very good. It has one of the best hostel facilities in Mangalore. Placement is also good and the faculty is just average. If you want in-depth knowledge then you need to study on your own. Any kind of spoon feeding is not promoted.
This college has a good team of teaching staff members, and a well-organized wide campus. It is an autonomous college affiliated to Vishweshwaraya Technological Univeristy. It is a reputed college all over Dakshina, Kannada , Udupi and in Karnataka and is autonomous under VTU. It is a nice college with experienced faculty and beautiful campus. It has good sports facilities. The college has good placement for IT, Electronics and Mechanical. It provides various scholarships for meritorious students. The college has a decent canteen and good hostel facilities for both girls and boys.
This college has a good campus and faculty members. The library is well sophisticated. There are nice green areas to study or spend spare time. A park is also available inside the campus. Nitte Mahalinga Adyantaya Memorial Iinstitute of Technology is the best college in Karnataka. The faculty and placements are very good. I recommend all to go for this college without any doubt. The teaching is superb and I am very proud of being an alumni. Finally I want to say NITTE rocks.
It's an excellent college located amidst the Western Ghats with beautiful sceneries around it. It has very good labs and the labs are air conditioned and well maintained. NMAMIT is a pretty well-known autonomous college for the quality education it provides because of the excellent lecturers. The infrastructure is good and the college has shown excellent placement results, especially for the computer science branch. The labs are quite well equipped, but the campus Wi-Fi is limited. It has joined hands with several top companies. It also has the basic facilities for an engineering college. But it doesn't have a parking area for the vehicles.
It's not a good college. The main problem of this college is location ,it is in the jungle where you will find nothing. You will find a very few shop over there. Hostel food is average. you can survive. The playground is worst. Learning environment is not there. One will be asked to write assignment ten times. Scoring is tough because teachers are preplanned to not give marks.

The College is situated 1 hour from Mangalore, and it is basically in a remote place but the surrounding areas are really green and beautiful. Good college, great placement and even better campus life. It has groomed every student from being a shy new student to a professional engineer. It is a reputed college and has completed 25+ years. There is something called as a robotics lab where one can work on different robotics related projects.
Although this college showed promising placements prior to 2010 batches, there was a steep decline after that reconciling with the location of the college. I had found the placement department hardly enthusiastic towards placing the non IT students. Campus life and facilities are adequate.
NMAMIT is one of the best college in South Canara. Faculty is good, but not great, most of the time you will find new faces. Few old lectures are really great. It is an autonomous college so the expectation from students is also high. Placement wise, it is average. Not many companies visit but mass recruiters like infosys, TCS take students in bulk. A few core companies do visit. CSE is the best department in this college.
Great faculty, great infrastructure, an autonomous college, good placement, many MNCs come to college every year. And good placement record over the years and a great placement team which helps students in getting placed in companies. Labs should be improved and the equipment should be replaced by new ones.
The college provides a good environment and is surrounded by the forest. It provides good sports facilities like national level basketball court, well equipped gym and a huge under construction cricket ground. There's also a waterfall nearby the college. The main attraction of this department is the Director Dr.KM Hegde who works actively with the students in developing their skills and participates in activities. He is the most energetic person who works hard for all to get placed in good companies. The faculty is good and the facilities are nice.
It's a good college. Faculty members are good. Good environment for studies. Worth to choose this college. No disturbance because it's in a rural area. Most of the faculty members had done PhD .Very good support from the teachers. It’s a very good college. Worth to join.
