Satisfactory placement, infrastructure, curriculum. Boon for nature lovers.

Placements: Placement was good For CS, ECE & IS branches. Jobs offered were for a software engineer or developer. For core branches, merely 4-5 companies visited. The package for software jobs ranged from 3 to 10 lakhs. Worst placement record was for civil engineering. One good point is that it has been awarded as one of the best start-up districts. It has got a platform known as NAIN club, which encourages the students to work on their innovative ideas. It also helps them in providing fund from the state ...

Satisfied, good placement opportunity, student-friendly campus.

Placements: All the eligible students got placed in some or the other company. Many IT core companies visit here and students from all the branches apply and a good number of them get placed in these companies. Mass Recruiters like Infosys, Accenture, Wipro and IBM take 200+ students each year. Some companies offer packages up to Rs 17 LPA, and CS students get placed in those companies. Now, some companies are even visiting to hire Business Analysts from Engineering. If you are good in academics and have a ...

Infrastructure of the college is good. Hostel facilities are very good. It has one of the best hostel facilities in Mangalore. Placement is also good and the faculty is just average. If you want in-depth knowledge then you need to study on your own. Any kind of spoon feeding is not promoted.

This college has a good team of teaching staff members, and a well-organized wide campus. It is an autonomous college affiliated to Vishweshwaraya Technological Univeristy. The college is located in a healthy environment of greenery, and a comfortable and fully facilitated hostel is also available inside the campus itself. The hostel provides a healthy and tasty enough food at the right time. It is the best institute for the professional courses. I have chosen this college as it is one of the be...

This college has a good campus and faculty members. The library is well sophisticated. There are nice green areas to study or spend spare time. A park is also available inside the campus. Some hotels are located nearby. The college canteen is not so great but it is edible. The hostels are average but the food in hostels is edible. The classrooms are well sophisticated. Many small snack shops and juice shops are available inside the campus for break time. Strict rules are followed by the college...

NMAMIT is a pretty well-known autonomous college for the quality education it provides because of the excellent lecturers. The infrastructure is good and the college has shown excellent placement results, especially for the computer science branch. The labs are quite well equipped, but the campus Wi-Fi is limited. It has joined hands with several top companies. It also has the basic facilities for an engineering college. But it doesn't have a parking area for the vehicles.

It's not a good college. The main problem of this college is location ,it is in the jungle where you will find nothing. You will find a very few shop over there. Hostel food is average. you can survive. The playground is worst. Learning environment is not there. One will be asked to write assignment ten times. Scoring is tough because teachers are preplanned to not give marks.

College has a good reputation and has good placements record too. But is situated in an extremely isolated area. No exposure. Faculty Members are good and experienced, but some are narrow minded. Food quality is good in the hostel but taste sucks. In short, some pros of the college would be the scenic location of the college, great infrastructure, good faculty members, placements and the college is full of activities and fests throughout the year. Not to forget about the few cons; strict attenda...

The College is really good, only bettered by NITK Surathkal and MIT (Manipal). Although, it is good but it's really improving its facilities as it is trying to become a Deemed College. There are remarkable changes taking place, ever since I joined this college, especially the sports section, they are constructing sports facilities of national levels as th...

There is something called as a robotics lab where one can work on different robotics related projects.

NMAMIT is one of the best college in South Canara. Faculty is good, but not great, most of the time you will find new faces. Few old lectures are really great. It is an autonomous college so the expectation from students is also high. Placement wise, it is average. Not many companies visit but mass recruiters like infosys, TCS take students in bulk. A few core companies do visit. CSE is the best department in this college.

And good placement record over the years and a great placement team which helps students in getting placed in companies. Labs should be improved and the equipment should be replaced by new ones.
