Candidates seeking admission to the B.Des offered by the SVKM’s NMIMS Deemed-to-be-University had to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

Candidates should have passed Class 12 or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board with at least 50% marks in aggregate
Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma are also eligible to apply provided they are IB certificate/ & DP awarded candidates and have cleared their IB exam with total 24 credits having passed 3 HL & 3 SL mandatorily

Step 1: NMIMS DAT registration

First, candidates need to register themselves on the official website of the exam and fill out the online NMIMS DAT application form. NMIMS DAT application fee is INR 2000.

Step 2: Studio Test

The candidate has to next appear in a Studio Test. Call letters for the Studio Test will be uploaded on the candidate dashboard.

Step 3: Appear for a Personal Interview and Submit a Portfolio
