Full review of North Calcutta Polytechnic .
Placements: We have to score above 75% to get admission in this college. The highest package offered is Rs 45,000 and the lowest is Rs 15000. The top recruiters are Tata Motors, TCS, Power Plants, and L&T.
Our 85% of students get internships in L&T, Transformed Assembly Factor, and Thermal Power Station.
Infrastructure: The college building is huge, and two other buildings were present for the different types of labs and auditorium. We have neat and clean labs, and Wi-Fi is also available in our college. There is a big generator in the college to prevent load setting.
Faculty: Ours are very good and qualified from respected places like IIT or different big and reputed universities. They teach us in a very good way and always help us to study related problems. Our semester exams are getting hard, and the pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose these courses because I want to be an ALP in Indian Railways, so that's why I chose this stream, and many other opportunities also come from this course. There are many events that are conducted by our college, like College Fest, Farewell Party, Freshers, and Tech Fest.

I am truly satisfied with the professors, college infrastructure & placements offered are good.
Placements: The college has a good placement policy. Nearly 65-70% of students get placed in college campus interviews. Due to the COVID pandemic, the placement percentage has gone down in recent years. Companies like L&T, Jindal Steel, Atlas Copco, Voltas, and Bajaj Auto Ltd have come for recruitment. About 75-80% of students got internships in reputed establishments.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent. The Electrical Engineering labs are well-equipped and well-facilitated. This college provides the best lab facility for the students. The classroom is well-arranged and provides all necessary arrangements for a smooth continuation of an academic session. This college does not provide hostel facility, but lots of paying guest options are available in nearby areas.
Faculty: The college faculty is very good. The professors are very helpful and provide proper guidance. They provide proper guidance not only in academics but also in industrial aspects. Their teaching quality is excellent. This course makes a student technically efficient and prepares them for industrial jobs. The semester exams are moderately tough, with a passing percentage of 40%.

Placements: 100% placement is guaranteed.
INR 3–5 lacs is the average package offered.
L&T, Tata, etc. come to our college for placements. Our college polytechnic organizes the best events on campus every year and supports students all the time.
Infrastructure: Our college has a very good digital structure, and all the best teachers are available in our college. Hostel mess is available in our college; sports are organized every year; and events are specially organized in every other facility.
Faculty: Teaching quality is the best in the state; teachers are knowledgeable, and they also help students. More facilities are available in our college exams, and question papers are much easier to understand due to college's teaching quality.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a civil engineer.

Infrastructure: The college has a well maintained library, with different books related to the course. The classrooms are well maintained, with good quality desks. The classrooms are cleaned regularly. Different types of food are available in the canteen.
Faculty: The teachers are well educated, very friendly, and help the students understand each and every topic, with a unique style of teaching. The semester exams are tough. Passing marks for the semester is above 60%.
Other: The campus is very good. Events and fests are organised by the college and the students.

I am satisfied with faculty members, infrastructure, and facilities in 2023.
Placements: Our college provides excellent placements. Almost 70% of students who pass out of college are given jobs via a campus interview. Currently, campus interviews are closed due to the corona crisis. The authorities have announced that it will be available soon.
Infrastructure: The college has a well-maintained library with different course-related books written by distinct authors. Our classrooms are well maintained with good-quality desks. Our classrooms are cleaned regularly. Various types of food items are available in the canteen.
Faculty: Our teachers are well-educated and very friendly. They help students understand every topic with a unique style of teaching. The semester exams are difficult, but the question paper has many choices. The pass percentage is 60%.
Other: The campus is very good. Our college organises many events and festivals.

Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in our course. L&T, Jenpa, etc., were the top recruiting companies. Almost 10% of students got internships in L&T.
Infrastructure: In our college, laboratory, classrooms, and library were available. There were two buildings. There was no hostel in our college. The food served in the mess was good. Canteen was also better. There were many messes nearby our campus.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. Few teachers were friendly. Our course curriculum was relevant. It also makes students industry-ready. Semester exams were averagely difficult, and the pass percentage was 80%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. Events and fests were conducted. Our campus crowd was normal. Our surroundings were also good. Scholarships were provided to merit students. Extracurricular activities were also conducted in our college.
