Best college satisfied with faculty, infrastructure and good placement.

Placements: The recent placement is very good. The salary is offered to the freshers according to their capabilities and abilities. The college provides opportunity to get placed in growing company in India. The 80% of student got internship from the college to got placed in a better organisation or company. The average stipend offered during internship is about 15k to 20k. In our college there is a placement cell named corporate relations and talent transfer.

Good faculty and infrastructure, but placements were not good.

Placements: Placements in the college were not good in 2014-2015. No popular MNCs visited the campus regarding placements. They have invited Micromax which offered a salary package of Rs. 10,000 per month. There were pool drives with similar offerings. One or two handful number of relatively good companies like Globosoft visited for placements. The training and placement cell is a disaster; there is no connection or coordination between the TPO and the central cell. Majority of the students of our batch got...

A well-maintained infrastructure is available in the college.

Placements: Good placements are available for the senior batch students, and they placed in good companies like Alstom, Simplex etc. Management placements are better in comparison to technical jobs. Overall, the placement record is good throughout the course. The placement record for technical students is also going well.

Dirty politics of faculty members in *** NFET CAMPUS.

Placements: There are only two companies placement had come to the campus. Otherwise all selected students has gotten their job from pullcampusing held at another colleges. The placement shell in not doing anything for the NFET STUDENTS. The one faculty members are playing dirty politics with others faculty members as well as with students.

NSHM, a knowledgeable campus.

Placements: I got placed in 3 companies, but frankly speaking, the college brings in fake companies for placements. However, I had options to choose from, which helped in growing my career. Many pool campuses are organised, but only if you have the potential, you will you be able to get a job. It has been 3 years since I have left the college, but still 60% the students are not into jobs now.

NSHM is a knowledgeful campus at Durgapur.

Placements: No one has got placed from the civil department in the year 2015. The college said that they would not serve any job. Some of my friends have no work till now, and they are trying to get a job. The college management has no responsibility to give a good job for engineering students.

The review of our college.

Placements: Not good campusing in our batch and our senior batch. 30 to 40 percent of the students are placed. The highest salary is 3 LPA and the lowest 1 LPA. All companies are not visiting the campus. Mostly call centres, or sales companies came for campusing. 50 percent of the students go for the internship. No stipend is offered during the internship in any company. In our college, we have a placement cell. It is helpful to us.

NSHM is for average students.

Placements: The placements were fine but concerning civil engineering, it was dull, and only 2-3 companies visited the campus for the same. The percentage of student placed were around 60% of the total, and in core branches, it was way too low. The salary offered on an average was 3 lacs per annum, and no internships were provided.

The placements are very good in our college. Some big companies like Paytm visit to recruit.

Placements: NSHM graduates have been placed in the reputed companies world over. Not have they just made a mark but also created a niche for themselves. They have a bigger picture by impacting life in general with their intellectual culture and social perspectives. They have worked with the best companies worldwide making us proud.

Placements: I think our batch gets the better opportunities compared to our seniors. They got the placed in the different companies like Essar Oil and Gas, Simplafix Structure, Shyam Industrial, and many more. Some of the seniors also got good marks in GATE and CAT examinations.

Placements: The placements are very good in our college. Some big companies also come to recruitments like PayTm, Tech Mahindra, etc. The placement cell is very helpful to give the jobs to the students. The college helps us to get a job, and the college wants every student to get placed in good company with a good package.

This is an average college for the B.tech students.

Placements: The placement is average. We cannot say that they give huge packages, but it is average. But if you have good skills then you can get a good package. Recently, BYJU recruited a student offering a package of Rs. 9 LPA which is the highest till date. Believe in yourself.

For study, an average college. for placements, have faith in yourself. Infrastructure is good.

Placements: 40-50% students were placed from the last batch. It was not too good and not too bad. The average salary offered was 15,000 the highest was almost 20,000 and lowest was 8,000. Some of them were recruited to work as customer support services. And some for a higher post. 15% students got the internship from the college from the current batch(3rd year) with an average stipend worth 6-7,000.

The company visited on campus are - Cognizant, Mindtree, Flippo, Accenture, Amazon, etc. These companies offered roles like Customer handler, software engineering, market representatives etc. 30% students got the internship from the college and the stipend range is 3000 to 7000. ...

Average college with not so decent placement record. It will definitely improve in the near future.

Placements: Didn't participate in counselling as I already had a job offer from a firm from my hometown. Though very few students from my stream landed a good job with the core companies which visited our college. Most of the students opted for higher studies. The average salary was more or less between 3-3.2 LPA.

Placements: Placements were not at all good during my tenure. As less as 10-15 students only got placed which is terrible. But having said that the recent development at the college is promising. I heard from a few of my juniors that the placements have improved drastically and now students can expect a placement from the college. Companies like HCL, L&T, Accenture, etc. now visit for recruitment and offer good packages.

Placements: Since we were the first batch of engineering stream in the college, the placement part was not up to the mark. In fact, some of the on-campus appointment offers were later found to be dummy or fake.I was one of the culprits. However, due to the guidance provided by the faculty members and the awareness of the placement team. Some were handsomely placed through mass placements organised by companies at different engineering college campuses, thanks to the never die attitude of classmates travell...

Never join NSHM Knowledge Campus.

Placements: I belonged to the first batch of NSHM. Just like others, I also expected a great placement. But it was really unfortunate for our batch. We had a disappointing placement season. The majority of the companies were BPOs, others were either fake or offered minimal package (approx 1.2 PA). Around 5% of our batch got placed.

Needs time to be among the best.

Placements: Placements are the one thing a student looks on while searching for a college and the placements for this college is not at all what you look for. There are hardly any recruiters which come and the ones who do come offer very little packages. I went there when B.Tech started so now, the placements might have picked up because some of my juniors are well placed in good companies at the moment and they said the placements are now better.
