My life in Padmabhushan Vasantdada Patil Pratishthan College of Engineering.
Placements: Till now, the percentage of students placed in our college is approximately 98% to 99%. The highest salary package offered by the college is approximately 22 LPA - 25 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our college are TCS, Capgemini, and many more. We also have a placement training organisation that helps with internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Live classrooms, Wi-Fi, and libraries are well-maintained by the college. Which helps students focus on their studies as well as on sports.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful and highly qualified, with many holding positions as doctors and professors. They possess knowledge not only in their subject but also in other areas, which helps students make connections and stay focused. Teaching quality of the faculty members is excellent.Faculty members are very supportive and help whenever we need assistance. They also act as counselors, helping students whenever they face problems.

Placement of college is good .
Placements: Placement is good in this college. A lot of companies visit during the final year, and the average package is around 4 LPA. Roles offered include software engineer, software developer, product analyst , business analyst , Java developer , SQL , etc. Internships are also provided by the college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of college is good. College is of 6 floors, and each floor is dedicated to a specific department and branch. They have their own labs and classrooms for lectures and practicals, which is a good thing. Hostels are also provided by the college.
Faculty: Faculty is really good in this college, and curriculum and exams for all the departments and branches are taken as per the instructions from the Mumbai University. All the rules given by Mumbai University are followed by the college, which is a good thing.
Other: College provides different departments and branches of engineering. All the branches are technical, and all the required labs are there for students where they can learn new things .

Placements: In the academic year 2022–23, 99 students were placed out of a total of 118 students. Some chose to further their education, while others chose to become entrepreneurs. Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS Ninja, IBM, etc. are our top recruiters with the highest package of 22–23 academic as 15.6 LPA and the average is 3.5 LPA. As your college is currently NBA-verified, we are expecting better recruitment in the next academic year.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are very helpful. Considering our academics and doubts regarding any topic, students are provided with extra doubt sessions after college too if they request help. The campus could be improved, as for now, construction is going on in the campus area and the canteen can be upgraded by focusing on their food taste and appearance.
Faculty: Yes, the curriculum makes students industry-ready. Exams are not that difficult; we just need to be consistent while studying for exams and refer to faculty notes, which helps us score better. 5 external kts and 3 internal kts are allowed for the next year until the golden kt exam. If you extend 5 kts, e.g., 6 kts, you will not be eligible for next year. You will have a drop if you don't clear your kts until your golden attempt.
Other: This is one of the best course one could opt in engineering and this college is well known for this course. There are some yearly cultural college events namely Maiboli, Sportivo, etc. It has their own committee too which managers at least 1 event in 2 months all department related activities are held in this event to improve child's caliber .

Absolutely dissatisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2024, really.
Placements: 85 percent of students were placed this year from our college. Companies like Infosys, Bank of America, and more were involved in the recruitment of students. 75 percent of students received an internship from our course. Top roles such as software, database, and computer engineer roles are offered by learning our course.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good library with lots of books in it. Labs of all departments are pretty nice with AC available and 24/7 internet. All the classrooms are very well-maintained and airy all the time. A good canteen is available in our college. A turf is available for students.
Faculty: The college teachers are very helpful, and the teacher has a Ph.D. He clears every student's doubt every time. The teacher makes the students industry-ready by following the college curriculum, teaching new technology, and helping them to pass the semester exam in one night. There are criteria.
Other: Computer engineering and information technology should be taken, and the fest has a traditional day, supportive hackathon, and fresher party. It is well-organized.

College has great faculty.
Placements: Avg-4.5-5 LPA; this is in the current situation of recession; otherwise, it gets higher packages. Around 90-95% of the students get placed; Bank of America gets you a decent package. The Founder of EKEEDA is from our college, and they also help you to get industry-friendly internships.
Infrastructure: Yes, there is hostel facility available for students; there are two hostels:
1) Wadala
2) Kandivali
Cost for Accommodation: Rs 10,000 per year
For Food (mess charge): Rs 54,000 per year
The quality of the food is awesome. I'm in the Wadala branch hostel, and I can assure you this is the best hostel environment you can get at this rate.
Faculty: Awesome faculty members; they definitely make you industry-ready. They strictly follow Mumbai University guidelines, and all the professors are highly qualified with thorough knowledge of their subjects and have decent teaching experience. The internal assessment exams are standard.
Other: Yes we do have fests, cultural meets and sports .

Impressive infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed who were eligible. Talking about the packages offered last year, the highest was 22 LPA, the lowest was 5 LPA, and the average was 11 LPA. Top recruiting companies include JTP, Amazon Web, and more. Almost 80% to 90% of students had internships in various companies. I don't know what roles were offered, but they were mostly as consultants and backend developers.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is not that bad. We have high-speed Wi-Fi all over the campus. Labs are good, but some of the lab ACs don’t work or don’t have any. We have 4 labs, 2 with good AC and chairs, and the rest are with fresh air. Classrooms are average, with no projectors or whiteboards. The benches are not too bad. The library service is good, but there are no PCs or AC, and it becomes quite uncomfortable to study during exam weeks. There are no hostel or food services available, and the college canteen food can be rated 8/10, with the overall canteen rated 5/10. Medical services are available, and the best thing about our college is the turf where you can play sports and games after or before your lectures.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good, and teachers are helpful, friendly, and well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. The semester exams are not too hard; you can pass easily if you study well before the exam, with the passing percentage around 90%.
Other: I chose this course because of the growing trend of AI, and the best thing about it is that it is very interesting and improves your logic efficiently. The course should include teaching about new technologies along with the old ones. The events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, surroundings, scholarships, and extracurricular activities are the best, like in any other college.
