Moderately satisfied, decent placements, decent staff.

Placements: Placement drive went out good for my batch compared to the previous year. Every 6/10 students were getting placed. The lowest CTA was 240000 per annum and the highest recorded by me was 425000. Don't remember the companies that came in but some of them were persistent, citrus, tcs.

I am very much satisfied, and I had a great learning experience.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. But, not all the students were placed. In a small state like Goa, there were only three engineering colleges (at that point of time), and we expected most of the students to be placed. There were no mass recruiters, though.

Absolutely dissatisfied as there were no placement opportunities.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities for mechanical engineering students. There were some software companies which recruited mechanical engineering students, but it was not relevant to our course. It was totally useless for the mechanical engineering students. I hope that there will be some improvement.

The infrastructure of PCCE is good, but the placements are not good.

Placements: Various companies like Tata, Seimens, Bosch, Amazon, etc., visit our campus to offer placements. Most of the mechanical students were not placed, but the students from IT and computers were placed in good companies, in 2016. I cannot recall anything about the salaries and roles offered to the students, but it was good. Almost everyone gets an internship as the college is located around 5 kilometres from the industrial location. Stipends were not offered. The college has a placement cell, but I t...

I am satisfied with the placement opportunities offered by the college in 2018.

Placements: Placements for our batch were really good. Our TPO did a great job in inviting some of the reputed companies for students. Our placement cell is always enthusiastic about getting companies to recruit students. The highest package offered to us was 6.7 LPA by IVP company. The average package was offered by the MNCs like Infosys, TCS and Wipro. Many more startups visited the college to offer placements.

Absolutely no regrets in studying at this college, and the faculty was great.

Placements: The placements were going great in PCCE till 2016, but after that, there was a little downfall. There were only startups coming to college, but not many MNCs. Some MNCs came, but only for tech support roles. So, the placements have taken a hit in PCCE. Maybe, due to the new NIT/IIT in Goa, and also maybe, top companies prefer going there.

Great faculty. Good placements for ETC and computer Department.

Placements: The placement of P.C.C.E is one of the best after Goa College of Engineering. Companies such as IBM and Putzmeister come to offer jobs. Around 10% of the students get placed in these companies. The criteria for getting placed is based on your average marks of all 8 semesters and you should not have any backlogs. The highest salary package was 10 lakhs and the lowest was 4 lakhs, the average salary package is 5-6 lakhs. IBM usually take freshers from the computer and IT department and give them r...

A good institution if you take teaching and learning aspects into consideration.

Placements: The placements were good in 2015 but in 2016, the IT industry has been facing a lot of issues and only 6 are placed yet from our college by sem7 (one more semester to go). The highest package offered was by IVP, 8 LPA. That too, they placed only 1 student. Other companies that visit are PSL,TCS. I am placed with TCS at 3.36 LPA. Your percentage needs to be more than 60-65% to be eligible for placements. Regarding internships, Goa University's semester patterns are not suitable enough for an in...

It is a college with good facilities for students, a well equipped library and a great faculty. Apart from academic progress, stress was given on discipline and compassion. There is a strict check on ragging incidents and I am proud to say that there were none during my tenure as a student there.

The college is located in close proximity of Verna industrial estate. The infrastructure is pretty decent with library, football, auditorium, air conditioned classes, and canteen. No hostels available, but you can stay as a paying guest in nearby areas. There are separate departments with each having labs with state of the art instruments. The electronics department has one of the best faculty with more than 4 years of industrial experience. Placements are decent with minimum package of 2.5 lak...

It is a nice campus with caring and excellent faculty members.

Placements: Many startups recruited students from our college. About 80% placements are offered with a salary package ranging from 2 LPA to 5 LPA. Many companies like PSL Goa, Tata Consultancy Services (Goa), companies from Bangalore like Citrix, Siemens, etc., visit this college for placements.
