A place that can help you to go forward in any direction you seek.

Placements: The placements from the college are average, but the interested students have the opportunity to get themselves placed. The placement cell functions really well to bring a number of companies to the college for recruitment. The majority of jobs are offered in banking and marketing sectors. Other sector jobs are also available.

Come to learn and enjoy college days.

Placements: If we talk about the placement cell, it was good and up to the mark in helping and bringing the students openings in the fields of work. Many good firms took the students as freshers.

PGDAV college is the best.

Placements: PGDAV has an active placement cell which brings esteemed companies every year for the final year students. Most of the companies come for B.Com and B.Com (Hons) students. For instance, this year, NY came and recruited more than 30 students of our college. Other courses have lesser opportunities through the placement cell.

Fee was very less and all other things were decent but the crowd in the college was poor

Placements: The placements in my college were not that good. Though we had recruiters like Ernst and Young, Royal Bank Of Scotland, Larsen and Toubro and LimeTray coming to our college for recruitment, only around 20-25% were placed at my college. The highest package offered was around Rs. 10 lakh and the average was Rs. 3.5 lakh. The roles offered were junior analyst, sales trainee, etc.

Emerging as a good college.

Placements: The college has a dedicated team of students who look after the placements (both off and on campus). The team is formed every year from scratch and has been successful in providing relevant placements to students of various courses offered by the college. The placement of the commerce students has the major share of the pie followed by computer science students and statistics. Companies like EY, AON and Genpact consistently come to offer various roles in their respective operations. The pay pack...

Life at PGDAV. (Infrastructure, Academics, Faculty)

Placements: Placements were good and reputed companies have been participating e.g. EY. The placement cell of this college is one of the active placement cells of Delhi University. Reputed faculty members are involved in cell and have contributed very much. These are the things that are making the placement cell of PGDAV College great. Internship fairs have been organized by the placement cell for 4 consecutive years, which makes the difference.

A college with good faculty and placements.

Placements: Placements of PGDAV college are pretty good. We have our own placement cell which is quite active. A few months back they organised an internship job fair which was really helpful. Many students got internships. My friend got paid internships for five thousand in GROLIER. Companies like EnY, Accenture, ICICI, L&T and many more visit our college for campus placements. 60% of the students got placed through campus recruitments. The average package offered was 3-4 lakh. ...

My reason for admission in PGDAV is its faculty.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is very active and works hard for preparing the students for getting good placements. Many big and reputed companies visit the campus like IBM, RBS Bank, EnY, L&T, etc. and the average package goes above 3.5 lakhs which seems good to me after graduation. Seminars are also frequently organized by the cell for motivating students and helping them in personality development.

Great faculty and placements but need to improve the infrastructure.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is making a great deal in enhancing the placements level of the college. EnY, IBM, L&T, ICICI bank etc visit the college campus. The average package is increasing every year and in the coming years, they promised to get KPMG for campus recruitments. Internship fares are also organised by the cell. In the last semester, two of my classmates were selected for 2 months paid internship.

Faculty is the best but the infrastructure is average.

Placements: Placements are better than many colleges in the south campus. EnY, RBS Bank, TCS Ignite, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, etc are some companies that visit the campus. The average package goes around 4 lakhs p.a. Internship opportunities are also there to work in the summer break before the start of the new semester. The placement cell organizes an internship fair every year.

Average placement and infrastructure but good faculty.

Placements: I find the placement cell to be average as a student won't get a speedy answer of their queries from them. Though the companies that visit the campus are the reputed ones and MNCs like Ernst and Young and IBM Concentrix. Internship opportunities are also there but only to work in a startup where you won't get much exposure.

A plus point for the college is the faculty.

Placements: Students get opportunities to get placed in highly reputed companies like IBM Concentric, Ernst & Young, L&T, etc. The placement cell of the college is highly active and encourages students and helps them in personality development to get campus placement. Internship fairs are also organized by the placement cell.

An emerging college of DU in most of the fields.

Placements: Our college is so far concerned as one of the top colleges regarding students' placements. Companies are offering packages of 2.8 lakhs PA on an average just after the graduation. The prime company was Larsen & Toubro. The rate of hiring students for their work was good.

Placements: Many big companies come to our college for placements. All the seniors I know got placed with a pay of about 4-6 lakhs per annum. Also, many internships are offered to students to help them gain experience. Our college placement cell is very active and takes care of needs of the companies coming for placements.
