Placements: About 80% of students are placed, with an average package of around 24 Lacs and the lowest average package of 15 Lacs. Top recruiting companies include Genpact, Wipro, and TCS. Top roles offered include financial management and data analyst. Placements can be good only if they are offering a decent package. Otherwise, it is always better to go for higher studies and get a master’s degree. If you wish to get a better-paying job and a higher package, then it is recommended to go for higher studies...
Placements: The placement rate of last year, i.e., 2024, for B.Sc. (H) CS was around 5%, and the highest package was about 6 LPA, with the lowest about 3 LPA. Wipro was one of the top recruiting companies, and the number of students getting internships was about 40%, while others pursued higher studies. The top role is that of CEO, as many students pursued becoming startup founders and ended up being CEOs as they were founders.
Placements: The college does not provide placements, but some internship opportunities are available during the college years. However, the number of internship opportunities is also very low.
Placements: Before the pandemic, our college had placements from companies like WIPRO, but after the pandemic, the placement cell of our college was not that active, and recently it is being rebuilt by some 3rd-year students. From what I can remember, the average package is 2 LPA, while the highest is around 16 LPA.
Placements: There are very few placements. I would say not even 10% get placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Only core companies come and that too in the teaching industry. Role offered is assistant teacher.
Placements: No placements are provided by the college, you have to look for off-campus placements yourself. Placement fairs are held in the north campus of DU where you can apply for job interviews but there are no on-campus placements provided by the college for my course.
Placements: The percentage of students who placed in our course is approximately 15-20%. The top recruiting company is Axis Bank. Roles offered in our course are accountant, businessman, etc. The highest salary package offered in our course is 8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.92 LPA. The percentage of students who got internships in our course is approximately 5-10%.
Placements: Many students got placements in the science department and SC bio department. The highest salary package offered is 3.4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. For internships, students have to achieve above 80%. Students got roles in the research field. They can also become doctors, scientists, etc.
Placements: There wasn't any placement cell in the college; it was recently established when students took the initiative. I am a member of one such placement cell, and all I can say is the college holds back on supporting such societies. No placements come for students, nor do students expect any jobs from this college.
Placements: The placements are not that great, but being a "sol" student, I am sure that I am not going to get a job after passing out because our practical knowledge is much less than needed. I am currently in the 1st year, so I can't clearly tell what is going to happen.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is not that good and kind of poor. Very few students get the placement opportunity in our college, and the package is also not that high. If you think to choose our college for being placed, we suggest you don't pick our college.
Placements: To be honest, the placement facility is not very good in our college, especially in science courses and my course. Our passed-out seniors didn’t get any placements, and there isn’t much hope for us either. Students of my year are planning to go for further studies and prepare for entrance exams.
Placements: Placement cell is available in our college but it has likely been inactive in the past few baches. Our college has 0 placement. Highest is 3 to 4 lakh. The college did not offer internships but some research programs are available as per university guidelines like elite summer research program.
Placements: I recently graduated from this college, so I would like to share my thoughts about it as it was truly a wonderful experience. There were 37 students in my class, and many of them had the chance to work one-on-one with their teacher. Speaking about the placement, I can only say that it was really bad? Especially in our department. Considering that the college only offers three-year programs, it is absurd to expect such a placement.
Placements: Almost 85% of students get placed. One of our seniors is working at WHO. His package is worth millions. The average package for college is 5-8 LPA. The college doesn't provide any internships; we have to find them on our own. The top roles offered by the college are research scientist, data analyst, and corporate.
Placements: College is good for education, but the placement rate is low. As a graduate, the placement is not good; the percentage of placement is around 10-15%.Internships are not provided by the college. There are no recruiting companies as of now, but many entrepreneurs are from our college, e.g., Khiladi Adda and BookWithUVA.
Placements: Many good companies visited Acharya Narendra Dev College for placement drives, such as Bajaj Capital, which offered 4.2 LPA. While I wasn’t interested in internships, many of my friends took advantage of these opportunities, so the college does provide internship options.
Placements: The average package in this course is 6 lacs. The top recruiting companies are TCS, WIPRO, and ICB. The students who have a deep understanding of computer languages like Python and Java were offered higher positions. Internships are less common at the college but only third-year seniors get it.
Placements: No placements cell is available for the students. You have to do M.Sc. and Ph.D. to get a decent job. The college itself has no cell to offer placements. The alumni is nice but they have to continue studying for a long time. You can join societies like spite and erasmus mundus.
