PGDAV College is one of the oldest colleges in Delhi University. It is also the father institution of Hansraj College, North Campus. Because there are no other colleges near it, the campus life is average one but after sometimes people starts loving it because of unique culture of PGDAVians. It is a college where you will get nothing to do apart from studying. Faculty members are highly qualified and teach really very well and are very friendly with the students. But the extra-curricular activities does not match DUs level. But the study level isn’t compromise at all. Also it is situated on the ring road so it has direct connectivity to the road. Placements: Only 20% of students are placed in PGDAV College, with the highest package being 23 LPA, the lowest 3-4 LPA, and the average 5-7 LPA. Deloitte and Zomato are top recruiters. 20% of students get internships at Deloitte. Sales and management roles are mostly offered. Students get frustrated with the placement cell as they demand special skills.

Placements: Not much students were placed, around 40-50% were placed. The highest offered was 6 L. Pa in the marketing field. None of the famous recruitment companies were there, those who came we had never heard of them. 30-40% got internship and I was not one of them.

Placements: about 50% of student got placed in every final year of Bcom with the highest package of 6 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa by top recruiting companies like Wipro, infosis, mother dairy etc, No internship is provided by the college, you have to find your own.

Placements: There is very less opportunity of placement, very selected student can get placed. Placement conditions jn this college is little bit problem, if you want to get placed you have to work very hard and after it also you have no 100% chance to get placed

Placements: They can't even provide us with a good internship; how will they offer a good placement? When I approached the placement cell to confirm my placement, they rebuked me for asking such questions and were very abusive. I've applied for numerous internships and qualified for them, but they never allowed me to work for the company.
