An honest review about college faculty .
Placements: PIET has a good placement record in comparison to other regional colleges or universities. Companies like Wipro, Cognizant, and many more visit the campus and offer students good placements and internships. The college also focuses on free placement training.
Infrastructure: The college buildings are well-maintained with proper wood finishing and all the required things. The campus is modern and well-maintained with facilities like smart classrooms, labs, an auditorium, a well-stocked library, and a sports area complex. Some students feel the library and lab resources can be improved further, especially in terms of advanced appearance and equipment. Overall, the buildings are good and built with great infrastructure.
Faculty: Many faculty members hold advanced degrees and have relevant experience in both teaching and industry. They are generally experienced and knowledgeable in their particular subjects. Most professors are willing to help students outside of class hours and help them solve their problems in an easy and understandable way. They also provide assistance with project work and internships. The faculty emphasizes practical learning and skill enhancement through workshops.
Other: I chose this college because PIET is a good option for students. It is suitable for those who are looking for an affordable private college with decent placements, particularly in IT and management fields. However, it may not be ideal for students aiming for cutting-edge research and world-class exposure. It is best suited for students looking for opportunities.

Worth the money. Above average college.
Placements: About 60 percent of students are placed in our course. The highest package offered is 38 lacs per annum, and the lowest is 3 lacs per annum. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Capegemini, and Infosys are the top recruiting companies of our course. About 60 percent of students got internships in companies like Solitaire, Infosys, etc. Roles offered are software developer, game designer, and many more.
Infrastructure: The campus is modern and well maintained with facilities like smart classrooms, an auditorium, labs, a well-stocked library, and sports areas. But some students feel that the library and labs can be improved further, especially in terms of advanced materials. Hostel and mess are also very good in terms of infrastructure and accessibility.
Faculty: Teachers are great and very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is the best, except for some exceptions. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant; it also makes students ready for the upcoming semester. The semester exams are moderate. Pass percentage of students is 90%.
Other: My motive to choose this course is that I want to become a software developer. The best feature of this course is that it is best for the upcoming future teaching things. Events and festivals are organised by the college every 6 months.

Piet: a student perspective.
Placements: I am Aryan Kumar, studying in Piet till 2021, and I am in the 4th year of B.Tech. in Piet. The placement record of the college is good if we talk about the overall placement record, but if we talk about the B.Tech course, then the placement record is not that good in this college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very nice there are 7 building in college that have different course. The campus of the college is clean and green; there are 3 to 4 parks in the college. There are many canteens in the college campuses. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Faculty is good in the college, but the management of the college is very rude; they didn't help you in any way; if you were right or wrong, they didn't help you. If you did any right thing but unfortunately it became wrong, then they didn't listen to you. They only fined you, and if you don't fill out the form, then they don't allow you to give the examination.
Other: Please don't take admission in Piet because they are like the teeth of an elephant. They have different faces at the time of admission, and they act different after taking admission in the college.

My Experience at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Around 60-70% of students from our course get placed. The highest package offered this year is 8 LPA, the lowest is 3.5 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, RUNO, Cloud Analogy, and SAP Labs. About 70% of students secured summer internships this year. Common roles offered include Software Developer, Computer Vision Engineer, Data Scientist, UI/UX Designer, and Web Developer.
Infrastructure: The department has Wi-Fi with decent speed, and labs are well-equipped with the latest software and hardware. The library is resourceful with a vast collection of books. The food in the mess is good, and there are many canteens. As a day scholar, I don't know much about the hostel, but medical facilities are available. The campus has proper areas for sports like badminton, basketball, and cricket.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the course. The curriculum is well-designed and updated to meet industry needs. Some parts of the curriculum could be modified to better suit student needs. Semester exams are fair and moderately challenging.
Other: The curriculum is well-designed, and the industry exposure through internships and projects is beneficial. The college organizes industrial visits every semester to organizations like STPI and DRDO. Various cultural and technical events are hosted, and societies like the National Service Scheme provide opportunities for students to contribute to society through social events and initiatives.

If you think you have to take admission just for fun, then you can take admission.
Placements: During the start, there were many events that took place, but after some time, no events happened related to placement and nothing was taught about the placement. In their brochure, they just show that they provide placement, but in reality, no placement is provided to anyone.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are okay; in classrooms, there is no smart TV for study. They write on the board. Wi-Fi is provided, but its speed is very low. The library is nice, but it is in the basement and books are provided for just 14 days. The canteen also doesn't provide good items, and sports are not there.
Faculty: The faculty is very nice to you in the starting, during the time of admission only. After admission, they will become rude to you and will not behave well with you. During examinations, the syllabus wasn't completed; they just take the examination just for fun. They didn't complete the syllabus.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the college
Placements: The graph of placement is continously falling over the years. The highest package in BCA was of 5 lakhs.BCA ,being a technical course, the students are made to sit in non-technical placement interviews which are mainly for the students of management studies.
Infrastructure: Both the infrastructure and hostel are well structured. The quality of food they provide in the mess is quite good.However,non-veg students may find it challenging to have veg food all the time.As non-veg is not served in the college mess nor in the canteens rather it's strictly restricted inside the college as well. However ,the college wi-fi never worked for me in the campus but it does work well in the library.
Faculty: The course doesn't make the students industry ready.A large portion among the faculty lacks actual technical skills and focus more on theoretical concepts.Kurukshetra University, the university to which the college is affiliated to ,is not at all a student friendly university and is known for making students stuck in a never ending loop of backlogs. No matter how well did you write in your exams you can still get failed if the uni doesn't want you to pass. The syllabus remain not revised. They cha
Other: They will charge you money for attending star nights/concerts that are held during annual fests and freshers.21
