Review of Pillai College of Arts, Commerce and Science.

Placements: The percentage of students who get placed from our course is very high, which is because accounting and finance have a good scope. Almost 60-70% of students get internships from our course in various companies. Accounts-related roles are usually offered in our course.

It's one of the best colleges in Mumbai to study and also for great opportunities.

Placements: Currently, I'm in my second year as I've completed only three of my semesters so to date we didn't get an opportunity to grab any kind of internship so I probably can't really answer those questions mentioned above, But as I could tell from experiences of my seniors I got to know about is that almost 70 percent of the students got placed in companies and salaries were between 16k-23k in different companies. L&T, Capgemini, TCS, and Wipro were amongst the top recruiting companies.

Events in Pillais college are very nice. The infrastructure is awesome and crowd is good.

Placements: More than 50-60% of students in our course got placed. The salary package offered range between 1.8-5.6 LPA. I heard from seniors that placements are quite good. Many companies recruit students with a decent percentage with decent salary packages. Almost every student can get an internship if they want to, and they only have to contact placement cell for it. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Tech Mahindra, Godrej and many others.

Our college provides great placements and environment.

Placements: Our college offers great placements in companies like HDFC, Kotak, Axis, etc. BAF course gets more preference in Banking and IT Sector from the commerce department. They need to improve placements for BAF and B.Com as only some of the students get placements, and the rest go for private interviews, and those never get such a response.

It is a good college with good faculty members.

Placements: Our college provides average placements. The salary packages offered are also good. Almost all the students get internships. I have also done an internship and planning to do it again this year also. They specially conduct a program where they grace 10 marks for working as an intern. The college program is the DLLE program.

Pillai College of Arts, Commerce and Science is the best college.

Placements: My experience in this college is excellent. They did everything for me like finding a better internship program for HR, sales manager, and many other internship programs which saved my time and efforts to go online and search for the best. They offer very good placements in top MNCs like Tata, Wipro, and others too.

Many students got into the companies. Around 95% of the students must have got into the companies. In our batch, all the students who opted for placements got selected in one or the other companies.

Placements: A high percentage of students are there in our batch. Everyone is focused and sharp regarding their career, activities and events. Everything about Pillai's is the best, but the only thing that is not up to the mark is placements.

Placements: Major companies visited the college to offer placements to the marketing department. The highest package offered for the BMS course was close to 3 LPA. Many students had to find internships outside the college, on their own. Overall, the college placements are average.

I had a wonderful experience in my life in this college.

Placements: There were no 100% placements. As I am a B.Com graduate, we did not get much job opportunities from our college. However, now, our juniors said that companies are visiting our college to hire freshers, which is good. But not many companies didn't visit during our tenure.

Placements: 60% and above with no backlog is the criteria for placement. The highest salary offered by them is 2.5lpa per annum. Tcs, LTI, CAPGEMINI. Etc. Are the top recruiters. Talking about placements, the college gives the best placements and opportunities for the students to show their passion and skills throughout the companies in which they are given the placement. Everything is Good and upto the mark, just improve the placement part.

Placements: The placement in Pillai's college is pathetic. Even a finance student is offered a sales job, isn't it disgusting? 90% of the companies are from the banking sector but no one comes with a quality offer for a finance student. If this is what a college is offering to a BMS student. Then why are they providing a BMS student electives in SY?

Placements: I'm in third year BMS student, and my specialisation in the field of BMS is finance, around 40% of the students get placed every year, the college has its placement cell with training programmes as such, the average package offered to a BMS graduation is around 2.8-3 LPA, top roles include departmental managers, departmental executives and associates. 100% of students in my course got an internship in companies EY and with big CA firms and banks.
