I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Only 30-40% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered to the students ranges between 3-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Tata, Mahindra, etc., visit our campus for placements. Many new startups also visit our college, and they provide decent jobs.

Worst crowd and faculty and placement is almost zero.

Placements: From the mechanical department, there are only a few students got placed like 20-25 students. Not a single company came for an interview in our college we have to go to the other branch of Pillai college which is in Panel. All students have to go Panel pillai's for interview. The highest salary offers by byju's company which is 6LPA the lowest salary offers by small banks which is Rs.18,000 per month. And Average salary offered salary is Rs.20,000 per month.

The teaching quality is very bad.

Placements: This college doesn't invite companies which offer good placements. They offer placements in the sales and marketing department. All the placement cell teachers don't have any knowledge about what type of job profiles are offered to the students. They asked us to participate in the placement drives conducted by other colleges.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placement has been increasing every year exponentially. Many top IT companies like Capegemini, Larsen and Tourbo, TCS, Infosys, Mahindra, etc. Visits our college for placements. The highest salary offered is around 8 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 2.5 Lacs per annum. Average salary is 4 Lacs per annum. Internships are majorly provided by startups, TCS, JSW, LNT, etc.

Excellent to take admission, Placement at your risk.

Placements: Yes there is placement cell but a very few companies visit in our college for a civil branch. From our batch, only 7 students got placed. There is no internship provided by the college. Need to find yourself. I think MAHINDRA was the only good company that had visited. Lose a point in placement category.

The college is good in terms of infrastructure, but it lacks in education.

Placements: The college has a separate placement cell which trains students for aptitude and interview round. Around 50% of the students get placed through campus placements. The average salary package offered was between 2 to 4 LPA. PHCET doesn't provide internships. L&T and TCS are the companies which recruit students in bulk.

Good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The companies coming here for placements are really good. As compared to our senior batch, many students from our batch got placed. All the students were offered the role of a software engineer. The companies offered us 3 months training. Companies that visited the college for placements were Capgemini, Reliance Jio, and TCS. Almost 65% of students got placed, and the remaining are yet to be placed.

Average faculty and college is located too far; the only attractions are MU and the title Pillai.

Placements: The college training and placement cell is not that functional. They inform the openings 1 day before the drive and that too with eligibility criteria, and this sums up for no placements. Only pool campus placements are available with very low salary packages and non-technical designation.

The college is awesome in all the aspects.

Placements: The placements are good on the campus. Our batch is the 1st batch in electrical, so more companies visit the campus as 4-5, but for IT & CO, there are many placements. EXTC department has also good placements. Our placement department is awesome for teaching GK, aptitude, etc. Every week, there will be an aptitude test for the students understanding, and also get general knowledge exam for more preparation. Normally, L&T, Wipro, Capgemini visit the campus.

Everything for the electrical branch is good.

Placements: Balaji Enterprises and Pipe tech companies came for the job fair with a good package. This is the first year for placements in electrical engineering, so the companies recruited very few students. But in future, I hope more companies will come to our college and hire the whole batch of students.

Review of Pillai HOC College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements were conducted by the companies like Tata Communications Service, Seed Infotech and StartLogic. Each of the company selected almost 40% students. TCS hired many students. The highest salary offered was from TCS, which is up to 3 LPA to 4 LPA. There is a placement cell in our college; it is very useful to the students because the internships are also sanctioned from the placement cell.

Our Beautiful and Big Educational Campus "PHCET.

Placements: There is less placement for Civil branch but candidate who is good at there requirements they get hired. But Company's are less for Civil engineering branch as compared to others. I think because lots of engineers are pass out so the company reduced there vacancies through placements but still good enough.

The college is good. Take admission at own risk.

Placements: In our college, there are no placements. For placement, we go to Panel Pillai. No company comes to our college. There are very few job opportunities, and only a few students get jobs in big companies. For this, students can get the admission in this college.

The college is the best for studies.

Placements: L&T company recruited the students with a salary of Rs. 20,000 per month. Many companies visited the college, but L&T was the company that recruited most of the students. Companies like Tata, TCS, and Wipro visited the college. Wipro was the mass recruiter, and the eligibility criterion was low. The criterion to attend placements for L&T company was the highest.

The infrastructure was awesome.

Placements: Only a few students got placed. The salary was not much good. In future, it may be improved. Last year, I guess 8 students have got selected from the mechanical engineering branch. For CSE, this college is brilliant. For placements, we go to some different colleges to attend the pool campus drives.

Good infrastructure with good quality teachers.

Placements: Good placements are provided for computer engineering, electronics and EXTC engineering students. Also, some of the students already got placed in the company depending on their skills and knowledge. From this year onwards, greater companies will come to the college. TPO is also good which provides placement information regularly.

A good college with some best facilities.

Placements: The placements for IT are good. Civil department does not have proper placement. The placement cell is very helpful with placement related topics. They carry out various aptitude tests which encourage students for better approach towards the aptitude tests of the incoming companies.

Placements: There is a separate room, and we call it as a placement cell. The placement cell head name is Sanjiv data. He is very down to earth person. Around 45% to 50% students are placed in the companies. The approximate package of the student is 2 LPA - 4LPA, for example, L&T, KPIT, Bitwise etc.
