Placements: The placements are average, but many MNC companies do not come to this campus. And the training and placement cell head is lethargic you get emails from companies late, and also you have to go to another college for placements means to the first campus. The percentage of the students who are placed is very less. There is no encouragement towards internships also they don't provide any internship.
Placements: Placement is carried out jointly for Pillai's HOC of engineering (Rasayni) and Pillais College of Engineering (Panel) at there Panel college. Very few companies visit Pillais. For our batch 2015, we had Capgemini, Microworld offering low packages. The highest in our batch was 3 LPA. 10 Percent of people got placed for our batch. Our seniors did not have any campus placements.
Placements: There have been many companies coming for placements. This college has a joint campus placement with panel Pillai. The number of students getting placed is increasing every year. 20 to 30 percent students got placed every year. The companies coming are also good like TCS, LTI, Capgemini, etc.
Placements: There is a separate room there which we call it as the placement cell. Also, the placement cell head name is Sanjiv Data who is a very down to earth person. Around, 45 to 50 percent students are placed in companies. The approximate package that a student gets is Rs. 3,00,000 per annum. L and T, KPIT, Atidan, Capgemini and such companies have visited the college.
Placements: I don't feel placements satisfied. Though the companies come for the drive, we never had placements in our institute at Rasayani. We have a common drive at the panel campus due to which we get filtered. After passing out, the students not having jobs are tremendously higher in number as compared to the students having jobs.
Placements: The placement offered are quite good. Most of the companies visit our college, and many pool campuses are brought to the notice of the students through social media. We also have research lab for creating the projects. It has tie-ups to most of the reputed companies and also multinational companies.
Placements: Very few companies came for the placement to our college, most of the time we had to go to Pillai's Panel campus for the placement, but even for that, the priority was always given to Panel campus. There were very few campus placements happened during my term, but the reason for it was we were the first pass out batch of our college. Over the recent years from the student testimonials, I have been informed that the placements have been improved.
Placements: We are the first batch, so we could not get the chance in the placements. We all have to face the problem to get the job as a fresher. The placement will provide more opportunities. Currently, the college has the placement cell, and many students get the opportunity for the placement.
Placements: The college's training and placement department is too good. They give proper training and as well as proper guidance where ever needed. Also, they do conduct weekly test to increase a good score in aptitude test. They also help by guiding the interview place which is conducted off-campus also. The department takes responsibility for each student to get placed in a company, and they do take efforts to do so.
Placements: The placements were poor as it was a new college, but they were improving every year as compared to the senior batches. The placements for the IT and the computers were better as compared to other streams. There were no core companies, and the campus placement was a struggle for my batch.
Placements: Not up to the expectations. 5-6 companies come for placements every year. More IT companies come for placements. Less telecom companies come for placement. I guess no company for the automobile branch and no company for mechanical branch too. The percentage depends on companies.
Placements: We were the first batch, so there were no placements at that time in our college, but we use to attend pool placement conducted at Pillai's new panel. So for the pool placement, I have attended the Godrej in Pillais and L & T in the data Megha college. So basically, for my batch, there were no placements.
Placements: The placements are there, but I didn't get placed. From the previous batch, most of the students got placed, but in our batch, only one student got placed. Most of the placements were not declaring results. I didn't get placed, maybe it's my lack of skills. I may get something better for me, that's why I didn't get placed now.
Placements: Less placements are available for civil engineering on-campus, about 10% students get placed in all year. All the students can apply for an internship from the college. The companies such as Rustomjee and Marathon Nexzone visited the campus. About Rs. 17,000 to Rs. 20,000 is the stipend offered to the students.
Placements: I have heard that there happens to be some companies which do come to our college. There is a seminar conducted on basis of which the placement is offered. But according to me, if you really want good placements, then this college isn't the one in which you should take admissions in. Moreover, students who don't have any have first-class results throughout the course are only selected for the placements. But if you are a bright student and you know you can easily score marks throughout the cours...
Placements: The placement statistics of this college for the mechanical department is not good till date, about only 15 - 20 % of students are being placed every year. Also, the company in which the students are being placed are noted so much as it is related to our core subject, and many of them are IT companies or sales. The highest salary ever offered as far as I know is of Rs. 40,000 without allowances, for 4 students who were being placed in Dubai, the lowest salary offered as of last year was Rs. 12,0...
Placements: Placements do happen here with an average package of 3.5-4 lakhs PA Field related placement for automobile engineers is less; it's more for IT sector. 4-5 out of 60 students get placed. 60% marks are needed by most of the companies, though the placement cell makes good efforts to get the companies on our campus
Placements: The percentage of students getting placed every year is very less, and the average package is 3-4 LPA, with the highest being 8 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS, and I don't know much about the roles, as I am a fresher. But this college can prepare you really very well for off-campus placements. I guess this college provides very less internships. I can assure you that Pillai's is not so good in terms of placement, as very less companies visit the campus.
Placements: A program conducted within universities or other educational institutions to provide jobs to students. A major number of companies such as TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Wipro, Siemens, etc., visit our college every year for placements. The college has a good number of placements, and the teaching staff is also good.
Placements: 30% of students placed till now. Highest package is 5 lpa, lowest package is 2 lpa and average package is 3 lpa in electrical. Top recruiting companies are bluestar, godrej. 80 % of students got internship in electrical and in jsw, mseb, best, etc.
