Good placements in 2022 and really good infrastructure.
Placements: There is a good percentage of placements that are given from my college. The highest salary offered is about 9 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 4 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are wipro, private and government banks, etc. All the students got placed from our college. Role offered is of tax consultant.
Infrastructure: We don't have Wi-Fi in our college or rather labs for our particular course but there are spacious and airy classrooms with smart boards and rooms which are well maintained and cleaned. We also have a good library with a vast variety of books. The canteen is also a good one.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is great. The course is very curriculum relevant. It really makes the students industry ready. The difficulty level of the semester exams is merely difficult but also challenging.

Yes, it makes the students industry ready. It is difficult to crack semester exams. The pass percis 40%. .

Good classrooms. Placement is not good. The college is not for hard-studying students.
Placements: Our college placement program is not that good so very few percentages of students get placement. As our college placement program is not that good, it's hard to say what the average package offered in our course is. It is an average 10000 to 25000 starting package. There is no recruiting company involved with our college normally. Students can get an internship if they enroll in external courses. As I said, there are no companies involved with our college, so there are no top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is pretty good. In big classrooms, there are various books, articles and journals available for students; they can easily access them as they want or as they need. Our college is a commerce and arts-based college so there are no labs available in the college. But there are enough things and facilities available for college students. Our college does not have a hostel.
Faculty: The helpfulness varies from teacher to teacher; some are very helpful and kind, while others are not. Teaching quality also depends on the teacher; some can explain things easily for students to understand and some don't even come to classes. As for the curriculum, it is only theory-based and kind of boarding so students sometimes skip classes and it also doesn't make anyone industry-ready. Rather than the teaching quality, the exams are pretty tough and hard to crack because our college is under Calcutta University so the exams are pretty tough.
Other: I was a commerce student; that's why I chose to do B.Com. (H) in the first place. For the improvement of the course, colleges and teachers need to focus on making students industry ready but the colleges only focus on irrelevant topics like studying old lawns and stuff. As for events, we got freshmen for the new students of our college and also, our college celebrates the Saraswati puja. There is no scholarship that our college provides. And for this activity, our college has an inter-college competition.

Review of Prafulla Chandra College.
Placements: Many students opted for B. Com. It is a 3-year course with 6 semesters. Students who pass the 1st division are recruited forward. They provide training process. They conduct interviews for our betterment.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good. Our college is based on an old British theme with huge doors and windows. The authenticity lies between walls. It is not like private colleges. The library is good. Washrooms are clean. Our college has a good environment.
Faculty: Our professors are highly educated in their fields. They behave well with students. They play an important role in project completion. They help us during other activities. They won't conduct classes regularly. They conduct special classes on night shifts.
Other: I opted for this course because I was from the accounting field. This course helps me to improve my strength in accounts. We can learn different marketing skills.

The USP of the college is to study. But do not expect placements.
Placements: This college doesn't provide any kind of placement. It is only for completing graduation or post graduation course. It is renowned college in the city. If anyone is willing complete a course and want to get a Certificate of the course then they can take admission in the college.
Infrastructure: Here you can't not get any type of hostel facility. In the college, you will have a canteen, a library, a hall room, lab a small ground and common rooms. Infrastructure is quite good. But yes this is not any kind of hifi college. So consider it like that.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum makes students industry ready. Semester exams are neither too difficult nor too easy. Pass percentage in the exams is 30%. Extra curriculum activities also take place in this college.

The facilities and infrastructure facilities available in our course are very good.
Placements: Almost each and every student in my course has been placed in different fields. The highest package is approximately 7.2 Lacs per annum, the average is 5 Lacs per annum and the lowest is approximately 4 Lacs per annum. Top roles offered in my course are company secretary, chartered accountant and cost accountant.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure facilities available in our course are very good. The teachers teach on smartboard, this technique of teaching has made teaching and learning easy and understandable. Food is very hygienic.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful whenever we needed any help. Teachers are very much qualified, and they have a great knowledge in their respective subjects. Teaching quality is very good. Semester exams are very easy in our course and almost every student pass in our course.
Other: I chose this course as I find the course easy and understandable. The best thing about this course is that it offers various types of job facility to its student.
