The campus has good infrastructure, but maintenance is very poor.

Placements: We are the batch of mechanical department, and they are showing 80 percent of the placements. They offered Rs. 10,000 per month as the highest package and Rs. 4,000 per month as the lowest salary. They offered the product management role. The visited companies are like Southern India Drilling Equipment and Precision Engineering to our campus.

I have been four years in the college, and I give the review of PEC that it's a good college.

Placements: The placement team invites the company, but they are not genuine. During the placement drive, if any student placed in the drive that student will not allowed into the next drive. The call letter from the companies to the students may or may not get, but they show 100% of the placement.

The college life in this institution is a waste.

Placements: They will bring some normal companies. The companies interviewed in our college, and they have given a call letter. After completion of my graduation, when I went there, there was no office located. It is a waste college. We do not get MNCs in Prakasam district.

It is good for local people and girls.

Placements: The placements are not much good, but somehow, they try to get the placements. Sometimes we get the offers, but they didn't join us after the completion. It is better to try on our own and focus on your course subjects. The college is maintaining good faculty, and they will give good knowledge.

If you are able to learn, then don't prefer that college , change life by choosing a good college.

Placements: During my academic year, the placement was not so good as 10% of students were selected. The highest salary that I came to know was 30,000 and lowest was 6,000. They offered as a software trainee and then they promoted as a developer. Regarding the stipend, I don't think that any of student was getting a stipend. None of students was offered the internship.

This college is having an excellent infrastructure, faculty members and lab facilities. The faculty members have a very personal attachment with the students and lecturers and management are also very good. This is one of the colleges maintaining university standards and always trying to motivate and help people by having NSS schemes and having great seminars, presentations, skills to improve and ways fo face any situation under any circumstances. The facilities this college provides are a cent...

Glad to study there. But need to improvise the teaching process. New standards should be maintain. University level culture could help students for their computer skills. But supporting from lecturers is a nice thing. Sports and cultural activities are extra stuff for students to gain personnel strength.

Prakasam Engineering college is very good college. Especially they provide full security for girls from boys.Hostel facility available for both boys and girls. Phones and laptops are not allowed in hostel. Study hours for hostel people for morning and evening and daily first period exam on one subject so that you can get good marks.Only one negative point is no extra curricular activities and no tour.Other than this college is very good .College provides different courses like B.tech,MBA,MCA,Di...

The college is not fit at all for coeducation because boys and girls must not talk to each other. It seems entirely as that of women’s college. The infrastructure is okay in the college. Alumni in the college is not as good as many of the lecturers are fresher and without better communication and technical knowledge. Campus placements depends on the performance of IT sector.

It gives importance to students who studies well. The professors are not up to the mark. The alumni was average. Boys and girls should not talk to each other. The important thing about the professor is they fight among each other and the higher management has no role to play, only correspondent plays role in everything, be it good or bad.

Faculty is good, but rules and regulations are very strict and that are strange to hear but they will help you in long term. ECE is the best in the college, the ECE branch consists of two PhD holders and many associate professors .The placements are average in the college.

Review about Prakasam Engineering College.

Placements: As a final-year student, I recently got placed with a package of 2.5 LPA which shows that we are eligible for placements in our final year or 7th semester. Companies like IBM, Cognizant, and Allsec Technologies have already visited, and many more are yet to visit. We still have a chance to apply for all of them and get placed with better packages. Till now, the highest salary package offered is 4 LPA by two companies. The percentage of students getting placed is about 70 students out of 300 in A...

College management is understanding and always wishing us to help.

Placements: Final year students are eligible for the campus drive. Around 30 companies come every year. The average package is Rs. 9 lacs per year. 80% of students get jobs on campus. My plan is to get a high package opportunity on a campus drive. 75% of students got internships at our college. Students are recruited by Wipro, Genpact, and TCS companies.

I'm little bit disappointed because of placements.

Placements: The vast majority of students were placed in various consultancies with pay after placement plans. A certain number of students were given internships in various companies. No events, no fests, just campus connectivity is okay. There is no such thing as a proper rules and regulations book of a college which students have to follow.
