Placements: The placements in my college are quite nice. We have companies here like Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Dell, IBM, etc. Other placement attractions are CCD, HSBS, ICICI, Amazon, BIOCON and many more. This college also provides good summer internship placements as well some major recruiters this year were HSBC, JIO, Red Bull, and many more.
Placements: Placement for the current batch of 2015-17 was okay. About 80% of the students got placed in the company they wanted to join. The highest package was that of 37 lacs and the lowest was approximately 5 lacs. A wide variety of companies visited our campus. Major recruiters were IT and heath care companies for the health care management batch.
Placements: The placements were quite and the good the international package offered was 38 LPA (Africa). The domestic high and low packages was Rs.14,00,000 and Rs. 6,00,000 per annum respectively (healthcare) with 80-90% placements. Profiles - Diverse profiles like sales & marketing, equity research analyst, HR, operations, outsourcing, advertisement and business development. The advantage of being in Welingkar is that course does not matter due to the 1 roof placement process. You can sit for any company...
Placements: Welingkar has a 100% placement track record till now. They have companies coming from all domains of marketing, HR, finance, operations, IT, etc. HDFC, Mahindra and Mahindra, TCS etc visited for placements. All students got the internship. Free to 50000 per month stipend range is given as per the profile.
Placements: Placement is above average when compared to other colleges and the ROI of the college is good. The average package is 7-8 lacs per annum whereas the international packages are quite decent. A lot of reputed companies visit. The placement opportunities in banking and marketing sector are quite high as compared to other sectors, though they are also doing quite well. The job roles offered are quite varied & interesting. Internships are also a great learning experience. Most students get a stipend ...
Placements: Welingkar has earned the reputation of good placements. 80-90% of the students get placed through campus recruitment. We have a career management centre(CMC) which is dedicated full time to placement work. In addition to this, we also have placement councils from every course which works closely with CMC to help bring in new companies to the campus. Welingkar has a dedicated week for placements called the 'placement week' during which 60 odd companies visit the campus & nearly 50% of the student...
Placements: Highest package : 15 lac/annum (domestic). Highest package : 40 lac/annum (international). Average package : 7.76 lac/annum. Companies that recruited: Nestle, GEP, HDFC, Siemens, Axis, Icici, SBI, Accenture, Capgemini, Citi Bank, Dun & Bradstreet, Yes Bank, Xanadu, HUL, Mahindra & Mahindra, Nielson, Britannia, Asian Paints, KPMG, Madhura Garments, Jio, etc. Profiles offered: relationship manager, analyst, project manager, etc. Out of 46 finance students, 44 got placed. ...
Placements: The placement opportunities are good enough. Although, I haven't used any of the placement offers. I have gone through the lists of job offers, but as per my experience, I saw a lot of job offers for PGDM at marketing, but if we see the response, it's more or less matches with retail management too.
Placements: The senior batch got placed into the biggest named and famed companies across various sectors such as pharma, manufacturing, audit and assurance, power sector, banking, etc. The percentage of seniors placed was 90 to 95 since the rest had sought placements via their own contacts. The highest package was 20 lacs while the lowest being 1.5 lacs. The range is vast and the placements depend on the academic performance as well as prior work experience. Roles offered were as per their specializations....
Placements: This year, we had some good companies coming on campus for both Summer internships and executive placements. Some of the big companies were General Electric, JPMC, JLL, GEP, etc. The highest package offered was 18 LPA (Int'l Placement), and the highest domestic placement was 12.5 LPA.
Placements: The placement team, though was new, did a splendid job in contacting most of the organizations across India. The profiles that came were of varied interests like sales, operations, business development, process improvement etc. The packages ranged from Rs. 6 to 11 lacs per annum, which was at par with other tier 2 of 3 colleges. The placement team also took initiatives to improve the overall capability of a candidate. With 96% placements and considering the placement team had to build contacts f...
Placements: Unfortunately, the college doesn't provide placements for part-time courses, but they help you out from there reference. My course is entitled to generate contacts from many professionals who have come for master's course. I have met many people from reputed companies to get placements.
Placements: The placements are really average and certainly can be better if we get proper interview training and mock group discussions. Companies like Mattel, Godrej, Infosys, Accenture, Ion Hewitt, Siemens, Reliance Jio are some of the recruiters we get. The average package is around 5-6 lakhs, still less for the amount of fees it charges from the students. Highest goes up to 15-20 lakhs (with experience)
Placements: The lowest and highest stipend offered is around 0 to 25-30K per month. Not many students are placed right now but eventually, it does get settled down. Students are free to find internships and executive placements by themselves. In the final year, the annual salary is 6 lakhs on an average and about 15-20 lakhs on the higher side. Companies coming in are Accenture, RBI, Infosys, TCS, Trent, ICICI, HDFC, Axis banks, Gep, CapGemini, Godrej, etc
Placements: Many companies visit the campus. The placement cell does a good job to make everyone place, and freshers get good salary packages. Companies like ITC, Phillips, Blue Star, CBRE, JLL, RPG, Tata Housing, D&B, etc., visited the campus. The average salary package offered was 6.5 LPA.
Placements: There are big names coming into the campus for placements although the intake is too less. CapGemini, Reliance Jio, Infosys, Accenture, Godrej & Boyce, TCS, TRENT, ICICI prudential, HDFC bank are to name a few. Salary package is upto 20 lakhs and average is like 6 .5 lakhs or so. Overall, the college should improve, keeping the return on investment in mind.
Placements: The placements for our batch and seniors are still going on. The highest stippend offered for winter internships is 5000-7000 per month. For summer internship the highest so far is 50,000 on completion. and for executive placements the average is 6 lakhs per annum to 20 lakhs. Companies on campus so far: Cap Gemini, TCS, infosys, HDFC bank, ICICI bank, Axis bank, Siemens, Mattel, Godrej and some startups too.
Placements: The main pain-point for Welingkar is that it has a very large batch size which makes placement scenario difficult as there is immense competition within the college itself. As a result of which, average package offered also goes down. The placement scenario is not very encouraging.
Placements: Currently, I am in the second and final year of the PGDM course, so main placements for our batch is still left and yet to happen. But we had companies lined up for the summer internship which went really well. Our college has a good line up of top companies. Various MNCs, top banks, insurance, technical and non-technical companies come to our college. Apart from that, various live projects from good and branded companies also give nice exposure and help build the CV of students. ...
Placements: The highest salary offered to my senior batch was 18 lakhs per month and the lowest was 6 lakhs. Wipro, Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, ION Hewitt, Future Group were some of the companies on campus. For summer internships this year, we had GEP, Soap Opera, Yodlee, HDFC bank, Axis bank, Reliance Jio, Britannia, JLL and the stipends were in the range of 0 to 50,000.
