PSG College of Arts and Science Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Coimbatore

Placements: Many companies visit the college for placements. Many students get placed here in different good companies. Seniors are always available to help and support. About 50% of students get placed in the first half of the 3rd year.

Placements: Students will get a lot of companies specifically Infosys. Around 2 to 4 core companies will also come but students had competition from other colleges. The highest salary package offered was 4.8 LPA, and the lowest salary pacakge offered was 2 LPA. Students can get placed only in 2 companies. If students get selected at any non-core companies, stop giving interviews. During their pre-final year, it had a note of companies with the help of their seniors.

Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in the campus interview is 96 %. The highest package is 6 Lacs. P. A. The lowest is 2 Lacs. P. A. The average salary package is 4 Lacs. P. A. The top recruiting companies include Wipro, TCS, Goldman Sachs etc. , Of the students who appeared for internship 95% got internship.

Placements: I do not know the percentage of students who got placed, but many of our students are getting recruited by various companies. One of my seniors got placed in Cognizant. My classmates got selected in Goldman Sachs, which is one of the greatest MNCs. Our college is also training the students to get placement.

Placements: The deserving ones will get placement for sure. There are many companies coming for placements in our college and also for my degree. You will be placed if you have excellent skills in both communication and academic wise. HR, receptionists and many other jobs are offered.

Placements: Infosys and many others companies come for placements. Minimum 70% of academics is needed to participate in placements. They are many roles in placements like web designer, coder, etc., offered in our course. The average salary offered is Rs 50,000 per month and the highest salary package offered is 1 lac per month.

Placements: About 50% of the students from our course got placements. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. CTS, TCS, Amazon, Infosys and Wipro are some of the top recruiting companies here. I don't know about the internships and also about roles because I am still studying and have not passed out. However, I heard that some roles like testing, debugging, coding, etc., are offered here.

Placements: Almost all the students were placed in good companies from our course. Opportunities were fairly provided, and both placements and internships were fairly good. Goldman Sachs and EY were top recruiters here. Students were selected for the roles of associate level. The highest salary package offered here was around 4 LPA.

Placements: In our course, most of them are pursuing CA. So, only a few students are interested in placements. Even out of a few students, around 70% of them got selected. The packages offered start from Rs. 10,000 to 30,000 per month, by medium-scale companies. Top companies offered the salary of Rs. 50,000 to 60,000. In our department, we don't get an internship with companies, but we get trained by an auditor. Even big companies like Goldman Sachs recruited students from our college. Mostly, roles offere...

Placements: The placement percentage is more than 80%. The highest package was offered by Goldman Sachs, of Rs. 70,000 per month, and Deloitte offered around Rs. 40,000 to 50,000 per month. Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, TCS and Amazon companies visited the college. Around 15% of the students got internship opportunities. Charted accountant roles were offered.

Placements: We get many opportunities from companies, but the salary package offered is a bit low, like the average salary package offered is 2 LPA. We all have to search on ourselves for internships. They provide timings from 7 to 12 for our course for student welfare because most of the students choose this degree to pursue CA.

Placements: A vast majority of students attend placements but only a few get selected and take up the job as most of them have their own business. Around 70% roughly get placed. Graduate Trainee was the most frequently offered role and the highest package was above 10 Lacs per annum.

Placements: I am from the 2013-16 batch and almost everyone who opted for campus placements were placed, provided they were eligible. Average package was 4 LPA and some of the top companies which came to campus were L&T, RBS, HCL, Deloitte, E&Y, Goldman Sachs etc.

Placements: 80% of the students got placed in companies like ONGC, HPCL, IPC. Roles offered to the students are chemist, chemical analyst, and lab technician. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA, the moderate salary package offered is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.75 LPA.

Placements: Above 80% of the students got placed in our course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 50,000 per month, and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. The average salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. Cochin chemicals, TCS, Water Tec, etc., are the companies that offer placements. Around 85% of the students got internships. Scientists and chemists are the roles offered.

Placements: Students who scored 60% and above with distinction get placed on the campus. The minimum salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month and the maximum salary offered is Rs. 5 lacs per month. Top recruiting companies of our college are Microsoft, IBM, Tata, Reliance, Cognizant, many information technology companies and multinational companies. Students require to score an average qualification of more than 60% in each subject inclusive of all semesters to get an internship.

Placements: I am in the third semester, and we are given placement training. Students face burdened with the work they give, and the concerned in-charge faculty member is not approaching students in a soft manner. The percentage of students who got placed is not up to the level.

Placements: PSGCAS offers a very good placement for the students. Most of our batchmates got placed in various companies. Mostly top companies offer roles like a sale executive, marketing assistant, etc. Our college also offers various internships, and most of the students got selected for the internship.

Placements: Mostly final year students would be placed in different companies. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. A topmost recruiting company is Goldman Sachs. Placement training has been started in the second year. During the final year, it is very useful for us to tackle many interviews.

Placements: Top recruiters in the college are Tech giants like. TCS, Infosys, CTS etc. The average package is around 3 Lacs. Only around 40% of the people get placed because many opt out of the placement. Some companies offer internship for the second year but only a few are able to crack it.
