Best college of Physiotherapy in India, great college life and good placements.
Placements: Almost 100% students are offered placements after the course. The highest package is 35k while the lowest is 10k. The average packages are around 20-25k. Top recruiting companies are Osteopath and Apolo. All students are offered 6 months internship. Top roles for BPT students- Physiotherapists, Sports Rehabilitation, Lecturer.
Infrastructure: Free Wi-Fi, library, gym available. Large classrooms and separate labs for anatomy and physiology. Cadaver available for practical. There is a badminton and cricket court on the backside of college. The hostel is hygienic, secure and well maintained. Mess is clean and the food is good. The cooks follow a certain timetable. Canteen food is low priced. Like tea is Rs. 10. Chole bathure is a must.
Faculty: In the first year teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and help you to adjust with the course. Since second year classes reduce as professors also work in the OPD. Yes course curriculum is relevant and very practical. It teaches how to deal with patients and handle the injuries. Internal and annual exams are held, not semester wise. These are not difficult at all. Students easily pass these if they just listen and follow their professors.50% is the passing marks.
Other: Bachelor in Physiotherapy is a very useful degree if someone is interested in setting up self establishment. It is a work of the field. It would be better if a national council of physiotherapy is made so that more opportunities for jobs and employment open up. Rigjt now only state councils are present. College life is certainly interesting. Freshers, Saraswati puja, Farewell is conducted with enthusiasm. And most importantly, every year the college organizes an event where the President of India awards the successful physically disabled people. So every year we get a chance to sit in the same room as President and watch him/her live. This year I was lucky to be graced by the presence of Hon. Draupadi Murmu Ji.

This college is one of the best colleges for physiotherapy.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. It all depends on individual skills. You have to work a little hard to get good placements. You have to maintain good discipline and knowledge about your course so that you can get easily placed in good hospitals. It depends on your ability to treat patients.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. There is a hospital for therapy patients. Classrooms, canteen and library are avialable for students. Sports and medical facilities are also provided. Hostels and mess are available for girls. We have Wi-Fi labs and every small thing that is needed by students is available here.
Faculty: Faculty and staff members are good. Teachers are always there for your help. Exams conducted by the faculty are much good. All the questions are taught you before. So you have to focus on what faculty guides you.

Review of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities.
Placements: Hello. I have taken admission in this college this year. I am a BPT first-year student. There are a total of 120 students in my class. In my college, OT placements are really good in comparison to PT. This information is mainly given by seniors. I will inform you of the rest when I start my internship. The internship duration is 6 months. But ward duty starts from the 3rd year onwards. This college is one of the top colleges in India. The campus is really small, but the metro and bus stop are nearby, so it's convenient.
Infrastructure: Our class has a projector, and a speaker. So, we study from PPTs. Anatomy is sometimes taught practically when the bone study is ongoing. Every bench is provided one bone for practice. Students can even issue bones through the anatomy lab and sit and study there.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. They guide students very well. The course curriculum is really relevant. I haven't giaven the exams yet, but I have heard they are a bit tough. You need to maintain 75% attendance to attend the exam because it is compulsory.
Other: This is the best college in India, and it is under the central government. Students will get a stipend during the internship. Only 4 events happen in our college. No fests are organised, but small events do take place, like Physiotherapy Day, etc.

    It provides supportive faculty members.
Placements: There is no dearth of placements in this college, in the final year some private hospitals and NGOs come to offer internships, and when the students perform well, it also gets a final place. If students will study well and learn practical skills, because this is a professional and skill building course as well then they will get placements, even if it is not there, students will do very well in it. The average salary offered ranges from Rs 25,000 per month - Rs 35,000 per month.
Infrastructure: The departments are not very great, but there is a lot for studies. The laboratories are also fine, it looks old but there is no shortage of modern equipment. There are only girls' hostels here, and I have heard that the hostel facilities are average.
Faculty: There is no competition with this college in studies because this college is the top college in physiotherapy, so only the best professors of India teach here and their curriculum is also very good to study it's might be hard for the first-year student but then easy to cooperate with syllabus, there is 50% of requirement in each subject to go next year. There is no semester basis exam only having an annual basis but the internals is there for supporting students in the final performance.
Other: Our college is not big, so sports is negligible, whatever sports are fed, they are fed on some other ground. Fests are not held in our college, and the connectivity is good. Students never face any problem, and the ITO metro station is very near this college.

    Very satisfied by college.
Placements: I completed my Bachelors in 2019 in BPT course. 55 students were placed at that time. Different hospitals and clinics come for recruitment based on interviews. The highest package you can get is 40,000 per month for freshers and the lowest package to be 25,000 per month. College arranges internship for the students in different hospitals and outside Delhi too which is referred as rural posting.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that good. Wi-Fi is very slow, classes have air conditioners. Mess is okay, food is edible. Medical facilities are on point. The college don't have a ground to play sports so the sports part is missing. The college has a badminton court and a very small basketball court just to practice the shots.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Students learn a lot in this college and it helps them to grow. Exams are annually conducted and passing marks are 50 percentage. Most of the students pass the exam with correct guidance and knowledge. Teaching quality is very good.
Other: Best thing about this course is that this course teaches us to deal with different kinds of patients with confidence. Fests and events are not organised in this college and that is a negative point. Extracurricular activities are also not present in this college.

It is a good college, but it lacks extracurricular activities.
Placements: Almost 99% of the students got placed in this course. About 1% of the students who had bad academic as well as practical performance don't get satisfying jobs as they don't work harder to achieve that. The salary offered varies from Rs. 10,000-30,000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Össur, Otto Bock, ALIMCO, College Park, etc. Almost 100% of the students got internships in the above-listed companies, various NGOs, the public sector, etc. Top roles offered in this course as medical consultants, practitioners, rehabilitation supervisors, clinical assistants, orthopedic consultants, demonstrators, etc. There are many other job profiles that are going excellent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college premises, as well as hostel, is good. It is still developing, and the construction work is going on to make a good ambiance. The hostel is located on the college premises, and there are only girls' hostels available. Various facilities are available in the college. There are many labs, and a gym room is also available here. Various classrooms are available, and a library consists of two areas, i.e., reference section and study section. Almost all books of our course are available with the latest and old editions, and English novels are also available. Wi-Fi is available in the college. The quality of food in the canteen is average, but it is not that good. Due to covid, the mess is closed. Various sports and games are available. Badminton court and basketball court are available here, and various indoor games are also available.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The overall teaching quality is very good. There are two faculty members, i.e., internal and external faculty members, to solve our doubts and make us bright students. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready to face the industry with their practical and theoretical skills. Semester exams in our college are easy. If you studied appropriately throughout your session, then you can't find any difficulty in passing semester exams. The pass percentage of students is nearly 80-90%.
Other: I have chosen this course to gain knowledge in the rehabilitation sector. Its best thing is that it leads me to serve the country in the medical field, and it is still growing. Things I wish would be better to improve the course is the interaction of the students with patients more and interacting students with more advanced technology. The college is lacking in extracurricular activities, creating events and fests.
