Only above average students get placed, but I think the placement cell of this college didn't give us the right information about companies.

B.Tech. in Computer Engineering - Batch of 2023

Average College in Pune City Campus College.
Placements: The college has an average placement record compared to other colleges in Pune. The TPO section isn't as strong, and while computer engineering has good scope, the college lacks strong industry connections. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant visit for placements, but the offered packages are around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure has limited facilities. Hostels are expensive and not affordable for middle-class students, leading many to live in rental accommodations. The college lacks a canteen or mess, so students have to go outside the campus for food. Classrooms and labs are average and not well-maintained.
Faculty: The faculty are newly appointed and lack experience in teaching. They are not well-versed in future possibilities for engineering careers in IT. They cover only about 75% of the syllabus and do not provide projects that are effective for performing well in semester exams. The teaching quality is average.

Best college for engineering.
Placements: Our batch is very talented as well as helpful. 50% students got the internships from our course in micro companies. The lowest package offered in this course is 2.5 LPA and the highest is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in my course. Library facilities are available along with the classrooms being maintained clean and neat. Hostels facilities are also good. Labs are very clean and a Wi-Fi connection is also provided by the college All the sports are available in the college for the students. Medical facilities are also provided. The canteen is very clean and neat. They provide tasty food.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Exams department is also very punctual. They stick to their time. Teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very good and understandable. Passing percent of our college is 80%..
Other: Everything is perfect.

I am satisfied with the branch I got and hope will help in my future scope.
Placements: The average package was 3–4 LPA. Now that new companies are emerging, improve the percentage of students who get internships. Many students are placed. Students are placed based on the percentage they scored. Also, our TPO provides us with a lot of support in placements.
Infrastructure: The college has enough facilities. The college has enough campuses. The college provides proper library facilities and has well-formed labs. The college provides digital classroom facilities. My college is very good; everyone must take admission.
Faculty: The exam was held properly and teachers provided study materials and assignments from time to time. They also recommend the questions we need to study for exams. Also, the exams are done in a very appropriate way. The teachers are very good; they help a lot with exam studies.
Other: This year, the events—fest and extracurricular activities—have improved a lot and students are showing interest.

Review of Pune District Education Association's College of Engineering
Placements: Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Persistent, Wipro and much more visit the campus for hiring. Various training & placement-related activities are also conducted in our college for placement. Last year, our college had the highest package of 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The quality of the hostel is good as compared to other colleges. Our college infrastructure contains facilities like a lab and Wi-Fi, which is quite enough. Our college provides all the facilities, like a sports club, gym, Wi-Fi, a classroom and a well-maintained library.
Faculty: Teachers are much more helpful towards students and knowledgeable, as all of them are well qualified. This obviously makes students industry-ready and keeps attention on their IQ tests, group discussions, and visits through college. Under college observation, no ragging is allowed.
Other: At this college, fests and events are conducted.

Overall, the college needs improvement.
Placements: Companies that come for placement have low packages. The training and placement department tries to bring more and more companies to the campus, but students still need to take all those efforts seriously and make preparations accordingly. Training and placement in cell offices are helpful.
Infrastructure: The college does not have a hostel on campus. One of the girls hostels is 3–4 kilometers away from the college. Though one hostel is near college, its rooms' quality is not so good, though there are many small food restaurants near college where you can survive.
Faculty: The faculty is good and helpful. They are very serious about assignments, attendance, seminars, mini projects and lab practicals. This varies from department to department. Also, the principal sir are very strict. Though faculty try to complete the syllabus very well,.
Other: There is a low student population on the college campus, as well as a poor campus life, and better management is required to organize fests and events.

Scoring 75 percentile in MHT CET is a pretty good score . To confirm yourself a seat at PDEACE gor B.Tech in ELectronics and telecomunication your percecentile should be more than 75 according to the previous year cutoffs, so your at the border , the cances are 50:50.
