It is one of the good colleges in terms of infrastructure.

Placements: This college was very good. There were few students so no companies visit our college for recruitment. Teachers guide us about internships. We can opt for software or hardware courses in this college.

Review of Pydah College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Almost all the seats were filled in the 2021 batch. At present, for the course of agriculture engineering, the fee is 35,000 for ECET qualified candidates and 40,000 to 50,000 for management students. There are placements in Surya Tech and food processing companies. Most of the students went for field sector jobs and food processing companies.

Really good infrastructure and facilities .

Placements: About 40% of students were placed in previous batch, recruiting companies like diamond processing industries and automobile and non destructive testing companies. While coming to the packages it differ from company to company but you will initially get 20,000-25,000 per month.

At first I was totally dissatisfied about the college, now looking back I realised it was great.

Placements: 1. 25 to 30% of students got placed including on and off-campus 2. Most of them attended off-campus because on-campus placements are rare as very few companies come for on campus. So the highest package would be 2.5lpa and the least being 2lpa. 3. Axis bank, VEE technologies are the recruiters and the package was 2.5 LPA. 4. Loan recovery agent for Axis Bank and customer support for VEE technologies are the major roles. 2.5 LPA stands as the maximum salary for all branches. 20% of the students...

A review of Pydah College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Placements in our college were poor. Hardly, 5% of the students got placed in the college placements. The lowest package offered was in between 1.80 LPA to 2.40 LPA. Companies that visited the college are not much reputed and are operating from Visakhapatnam and smaller companies. You just get a degree from this college. Students hardly get placements as not many companies visit the college to hire students.

Satisfied with the faculty, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Placements are good. Around 30% of students from our senior batch were placed. The average salary package offered was Rs. 20,000 to 35,000 per month. The college has provided many placement opportunities for our batch when compared with our senior batch. But the students have to do little hard work. Students of our college have attended internships. But there is no placement cell.

Our college is the best in the whole of Andhra Pradesh.

Placements: Our college tries to place more and more students in respectable jobs by bringing in more companies. Every year, more than 1,000 students get jobs through college placements. Some of the big companies like HCL, HP, TCS and Tech Mahindra also come to our college for placements.

I enjoyed my college life.

Placements: No placements were conducted in the college during my studies. But, my seniors were offered placements from more than 30 companies, and we thought, it would be the same with us. Only one company came and selected only one person among 400 students. College didn't try to bring companies. I hope juniors will get more placements.

We satisfied in teaching but dissatisfied in placements in 2014, really good infrastructure.

Placements: There are no placements for my batch. There are 120 students in my batch, and no one faced any campus interviews. We are facing many problems to get a job after completion of studies, but college is good and very peaceful as it is very near to NH5.

My review on Pydah College of Engineering, Vishakhapatnam.

Placements: Every year, Pydah provides huge placement opportunities for all the specialisations like finance, marketing and HR. As compared to finance and marketing specialisations, HR opportunities were less in number. This year, many of my seniors got placed in companies like Concentrix, Dmart, Walmart, etc., with a package of 2.2-2.4 lpa.

Around 40% got placed and the average salary was 15k. Mostly, we got IT companies and software development roles were offered to our batch.

They will conduct seminars to trace out the talent which was of the students. We can play sports also like cricket. They will conduct tournaments also. The college infrastructure is good but quality of the faculty varies with courses. Overall teaching is good as all the engineering colleges are in same situations. Coming to sports and extracurricular activities are very good. There are lots of workshops which are conducted by college itself. And fees is quiet low but penalty for attendance is high. The teaching staff is also friendly and interactive. The college has very good sports ground but the maintenance is not much good. Overall, it is a ...

Good place to get exposure, neat campus with lots of amenities. Very good environment to study, and gain much experience. Well qualified staff and always motivating management is a huge add on. Cafeteria food wasn't really that great, but packed stuff was readily available. This college personally taught me to groom myself in tougher circumstances. All together it's a huge experience studying this college.
